Sheela Esslinger at Verizon Prasada is without doubt the very best person we have received tech help from in decades! She is efficient, thorough, and patient. After working with her over several days, she is my "go to" person whenever I have a question or problem with my iPhone or Verison account. How she can remember details from previous sessions is amazing. She is willing to show me how to do what needs to be done even if she had already demonstrated the process previously. In addition to her total competence, she listens to questions and concerns - all of this with a sense of humor and friendly manner, Verison has found a real winner in Sheela Esslinger. read more

Came to this location turned in two phone to upgrade and got an iPad with a line and an upgraded router. The amount the sales person Malik gave us as what would be our total monthly payment was incorrect and we didn't actually get the credit for the phones we turned in. When I called verizon they shared The staff member that processed the turning over credit didn't correct it like he promised he would now I've had to call in to Verizon's over 5 times with still no resolution. Scummy way to do business. I'll update if this ever gets corrected not feeling hopeful as I'm 5 one hour calls in Update found out the associated added insurance to all of our phones and iPad after we told him we didn't want it totaling over $50 monthly read more

Do not buy a phone from anyone here. Specifically Timothy Harlain I explained what I needed and he assured me it could be done. I clarified again and made sure that he understood if it couldn't be done I had no problem waiting on getting wireless service through Verizon till about September. All in all I was blatantly lied to about what I was agreeing to, I even was signed up for services I made clear I was not interested in and did not need. I had to call and remove those at a later date and wait to be credited for them. If that wasn't already alarming and frustrating I also found out that the credit for the past carrier amount would not be credited back as promised (Where did I send a copy of my personal prior phone bill too and why was this even suggested to me to do if not possible?) I called in to look into the credit before finding out today that it was all lies so he could get a phone sale under his name for his quotas I was told that the promo required a 60 day waiting period and that I needed to wait to receive an email and if not to call back after the 60 days. That call was placed today in which they informed me not only was I lied to in store but that I was also lied to by the representative that took my call on July 16. The icing on the cake is I was told nothing could be done about this absolutely nothing. I will be terminating my service luckily I have funds to ensure I never have to deal with Verizon ever again. However I urge and caution those that are looking at getting Verizon to instead look anywhere else avoid this new location like the plague they lie to people to hit sales and it's so disgusting and despicable. read more

We have been customers for years. Dude refused to put on a screen protector as a courtesy. 0 stars for this very sad, empty location :-/

Came in looking for help with billing and seeing about opening another line. Immediately came in to a busy store with no greetings or no sign in services and sat inside the store for over 20 minutes waiting to be helped. Once helped we were approached by a representative named Matt who seemed to be unimpressed and unmotivated to help us with our questions and our concerns with our service. He came off very dry and rude and did not help in any way whatsoever. Was looking for answers but was addressed in a negative manner and he did answer some questions but again was very short with his responses and it felt like he did not care to be there. Definitely won't be looking forward running into him again. read more

I scheduled an appt. for noon. I came in at 11:50... it's now 1pm and I'm still waiting to be helped. I literally just need to pickup my new phone & activate it. This is kind of ridiculous.. & they'll probably end up charging me an activation fee lol terrible read more

Part 2 review I never got a follow up call as promised from my 1st review ... no one "looked " into it.. here I am , 2 months later with a bill for the incorrect amount . I spent about 8 hours in store plus 10-11 phone calls. RUN don't walk away from Verizon store on Bell road next to Chipotle. The fact that management tried not once but TWICE to collect a $49.99 restock fee for a DOA phone is wild . DOA means "defective on arrival" ... Makes complete sense right!? Here is broken phone , and we're gonna charge to take it back even though we can't resale it! read more

This company is not helpful they kept charging after cancel account. There solution is to send ccharches to collections when knew didn't owe it. Run if you haven't sign anything . Don't go in worst company ever! -10 rating!!!! read more

My family and I ended up moving to Verizon from another phone company every was going great, we turned in our phones for the plan they had going on and still it's going to be almost a year for us on this phone line they haven't refunded us the amount they have charged us on our phone bill after cashing in our phones. We spoke with Jordan and Nate and no one has helped out with our situation. Let alone our connection sucks we can't make a single phone call without our calls dropping, we are basically paying more than we are supposed to. I honestly think we should switch back, we've called and no one picks up the phone unless we spam call the place. It's ridiculous.. read more

worst verizon ever no help from anyone and they try to be nice and act like they are fixing the situation, but guess what THEY ARE NOT . They false advertise & when you call them on it they dont honor the promotion they "sold" to you in the first place. Even talking to the MANAGER of the store nothing gets fixed johnny the Manager makes it seems like he cares and says he will "work on it & get it fixed " as soon as he gets in or if hes at worl already he says he will work on it and give you a call or text back after hes done and its fixed, but guess what again HE DOESNT. he will let days go by and the customer has to make the first message or call , because if the customer doesnt he will not even do it or make it his priority. ive got recommended to this verizon because it's supposed to be the best verizon snd they will help you out but they dont and they lie to you. This isnt right and when i said i was going to return my items he said i was way passed my return date but i was trying to figure this situation out for a whole month and a lil longer , if they actually did they job i wouldve been within the return date but VERIZON loves to take there time and only do it if you text them or call them . One more thing which is nuts finally after a month and some change of trying to get this situation fixed the manager tells me he cant do anything more and i have to call a different number?????? WHATTT HE IS A MANGER and should be doing all that stuff himself and not making the customer. The customer should never have to do any type of work when they are the ones trying to make the customer satisfied. if i were you just go somewhere else dont waste your time. read more

I sat around for 10-15 minutes while employees were joking in the back for them to tell me I had to go to a real Verizon store. Waste of time. read more

I recently bought my new iPhone 11 from this store. I traded up from my iPhone 7. Not knowing this phone has never been backed up, Donald helped me back it all up and set up my new phone without losing anything! This did take some time but was worth it! Thanks Don! read more

AWFUL customer service and NO MANAGER! I couldn't believe it. I bought a flip phone for my dad and needed to return it a couple hours later. Went back and talked with my rep and he says he can't return it because the computer says so. So he calls cust service and gets put on hold for 40 min, while he's doing that I'm walking around the store and notice a wireless charger 5 bucks less than what I just bought mine for earlier that day. I asked him what the difference was and he says "oh that's an old tag" and wouldn't honor the as advertised price. Then while he's still on hold I call to see if I can get someone to help us on Verizon concierge line. Sure enough I was able to get help and pass the phone to my rep while he was still on hold, and the lady on the phone was able to get it resolved. So basically I had to do the sales reps job by calling another number to get a quicker response. So after all that he tells me I owe him a restocking fee!!!?? What?!? The item was never opened or used and I was just there 3 hours prior. I refused to pay it and he told me I signed the paper where I could be charged a restocking fee. I also showed him where it says unopened material can be refunded within 14 days. The other sales lady was also on hold while a customer was waiting and waiting and waiting!!! Biggest waste of my time due to complete incompetency! No read more

Verizon - These 2 items are the EXACT same thing. Guess who charged me the higher price? Guess who wouldn't refund the difference? - Mobile Phones Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

The store manager Johnny went above and beyond to upgrade our phones. In the end, he ended up saving us money on our monthly bill.

I have been going to this location since they opened. This last visit verified why I choose to work with this store over others. The manager Johnny was helping me on a busy Saturday when another employee had called out. He and his other employee handled the stress of many eyes staring and waiting with grace. He phoned Lynn from another store to come help and she quickly got to work finishing up with me while Johnny attended to the next customers. Never once did I feel rushed or unimportant. Lynn explained my new phone to me and Johnny is working to get my husband a new phone as well. It felt great to feel appreciated and important! Thank you! read more

After getting excited about Verizon's unlimited plan I went into this location today to ask about all the fees associated with the plan as I wanted to switch from my current carrier. The employees were completely misinformed about the details. Someone needs to train their associates on pricing and ensure everyone is aware of new plans when they come out. I was told $80 plus a $20 fee plus a monthly fee for financing the device. After reviewing on Verizon's website the new plan is $65 plus a $20 fee plus the device. Receive a $5 credit once you sign up for auto bill. This makes the cost of the plan at least $20 less than what they explained. Good thing I did my own research. read more
