Instead of helping, he made a simple phone replacement into a huge issue and acted like I didn't belong there. Funny how my dad was told one thing, but I was treated completely differently. If this is the standard for Verizon management, it's embarrassing.

All I wanted was to cancel my old phone, and buy a new one. That's it. A few weeks later,I received my bill. It was more than 3 times the usual amount. I go to my local Verizon store to get an answer. Cole did disconnect my old phone, but among other things, he added a new number and a new line to my disconnected phone! I guess he didn't think a senior citizen would notice the increase,or he just thought I was stupid. What a horrible thing to do! If I could give this store a 0, I would. I hope this is not how they train their employees. Manager look this up,and you will know that I am telling the truth!

I hope management considers empowering their team to offer more direct assistance, as strong customer service is what sets great companies apart.
