Purchased a Life time warranty on my cell phone protective glass. Went to get it replace because it did crack. The tech wanted to charge me a service fee. Not part of the warranty I purchased. My previous phone glass was replaced free of charge. So why now? Show me the policy? What does Life Time warranty mean (sometimes) or when we feel like u out t. Complete scam at this location. The sales clerk was Venkata K offered no resolve or explanation as to what the policy is previously or currently. He wasn't rude but wasn't helpful either. Simply take it or leave it. Update: So the day after I interacted with the Zagg technician. I received a questionnaire about the service provided. It offered a $5.00 coupon for my feed back. I figure I'd give my opinion just in case anyone really reads this sore of feed back. I answer the questions asked of me and properly after received an expired coupon from Zagg. Typical. I don't know why I even bother. It's not a question of the money. Poor service n poor business practices should not be tolerated. Consumers are exhausted and tired of being taken for what little we have left in our pockets. read more

Absolutely unacceptable customer service at ZAGG Arrowhead Mall. I went into this location to have the screen protector on my iPad replaced, something I originally purchased from ZAGG several years ago. Apparently, they can no longer find my purchase in their system. While that is frustrating enough, the way the situation was handled is what really earned this review. I spoke with Yomin, who was working at the store, and asked him to contact his manager or simply pass along my information so the manager could contact me. He flat-out refused. His response was, "I'm not allowed to call my boss." Are you kidding me? I wasn't asking for anything outrageous. If an employee can't resolve a customer issue, asking to speak with a manager is about as basic as customer service gets. Instead of making any effort to help, escalate the issue, or even take my information, I was essentially told there was nothing he was willing to do. I've purchased ZAGG products specifically because of the replacement program and the expectation that the company stands behind what it sells. What good is that supposed to be if years later they suddenly can't locate the purchase and the employee won't even allow you to escalate the problem to management? Terrible customer service, zero effort to resolve the issue, and an absolutely ridiculous response when I asked to speak with a manager. I expect someone from management at ZAGG Arrowhead Mall to address this. read more

DO NOT BUY!! I bought a screen protector for my iphone 17 pro for $60. It came with lifetime free replacements so I thought why not pay this expensive price since I would be covered for life. I had my purchase registered on their website and when I tried to get a replacement for my cracked screen protector they gave me the turn around for 26 minutes on the phone. When they finally picked up, they told me I would have to pay $12 for delivery to get a replacement. I offered to come in the store and they said they still charge $12 delivery since thats what it costs them. Finally the emotionally frail boy on the phone starting insulting me saying I was asking him for free stuff when I paid $60 for the lifetime free replacement. AVOID THIS PLACE!! read more

Stopped by to get a replacement for my 14 pro and Albert refused to do it. It seemed like he was having a bad day because he was rude the whole time. He told me my screen protector was not from ZAGG. I bought my screen protector at a Verizon store. Mind you I work for Verizon and we sell ZAGG screen protectors. I asked him to check my account for my registered products like they have done in the past when I need a replacement. He refused. I will just go get my replacement through CPR (cell phone repair) location instead. read more

Reviews were correct, Albert was just not a pleasant person to encounter, I can understand people have bad days but he just is not a nice and accommodating individual, Jordan is a great guy but if he were to care about customers he would get rid of him. I never complain but this made me just really turned off with this company especially if it were not a problem from customers side. Jose is great too! read more

WARNING!!! This place is a joke!!! forget any kind of warranty I had a simple screen protector replacement, a few days later a couple bubbles popped up I took it back with in a week to get it replaced under their warranty policy and they said it was damage the only damage was the air bubbles. I am retired , I don't abuse my phone in fact I barely use my phone it sits on my coffee table 90% of the time. No customer here go somewhere else this business needs to go out of business read more

Arrowhead Mall ZAGG I just read the reviews for this store and I agree with the negative customer service reviews 100% accurate. The store "Manger" Albert lacks any emotional stability and maturity to handle the most simplest and minor customer service issue. He is very short tempered, rude, and will not listen to or work with the customer to resolve anything. I am not surprised to see that others had issues there. I just wrote a complaint to the Reginal Manger Mr. Nash and Corporate. They truly and absolutely need to remove that employee "Albert, The Manager" before ZAGG is on YouTube with someone dragging him over the counter. I never had any problems with the company before this horrible experience. read more

I got a new 13 pro max and needed a screen protector. I really wanted a a privacy screen but they were out , they said they would have the next day. They did have the new edge to edge which is what I got, but it doesn't come in the privacy version. Overall it was quick and easy... a little pricey though.... $75 read more

The so called "manager" at this kiosk is by far the worst employee I've EVER had to communicate with. Why work in customer service if you have none, literally ZERO customer service. I was actually blown away how rude he was. There are plenty of other kiosks in the mall that will treat you with respect and handle all your needs.
