Price too high, not professional at all. The guys was eating while talking to me and tried to touch the phone with his oily hands, which I asked him not to of course. They have few locations within the mall and pretend their different. I saw the same guy that gave me a quote to fix my son's phone in the next location with a different business name. On April 30th of this year, I had to warranty my screen protector that had been installed a few months earlier due to dropping the phone. Within one month, the new screen protector had begun coming off on the edges of the screen. I went back figuring they would stand behind their product seeing how this was obviously either the way it was applied or the product itself. I was informed that I would have to pay the same warranty fee as if I had damaged it. This company clearly does not stand behind their product, so buyer beware. I did not get my phone fixed here, wanted to at least not totally bash their reviews for their skill at repairs, however I did call for a quote and whoever the rep was told me that a repair for an iPhone X would be "$99 plus tax" which seemed unreal so I asked again and he confirmed. I drove out to the mall only to be told by the rep at the kiosk that "no we have never done an iPhone for $99 dollars plus tax". I knew it seemed low for an iPhone X repair, however it sucked to drive all that way only to find out I was mislead in pricing. I don't know if that's some standard practice to get foot traffic to their location or what but that was pretty disappointing. read more

HORRIBLE customer service is an understatement. Requested a repair over a week ago that they assured me no problem they could fix without an issue if I give them a payment to fix it. And then get a call saying they are no longer going to fix my phone. Absolutely horrid experience. Don't even waste your time here. It's a SCAM. read more

Worst place to ever get phone repaired. Had battery issue and once repair was supposedly done, my phone no longer has reception and can not make calls, text or go online. After several attempts to have them resolve their issue they told me it wasn't their fault and actually blamed apple. Phone worked great prior to them trying to fix battery issue. read more

Beware of their poor warranty. I had them put on a screen saver for my phone and a few weeks later it started to come off not due to any damage, but the failure of their product. The salesman just told me that because this happened more than ONE WEEK after they put it on, I'd have to pay the $5 warranty fee. Because their product failed less than 2 months after it was put on. Not sure why I should pay any money because their product failed so quickly after it was installed, so be aware they don't back up the quality of their product. read more
