No one in the valley wanted to touch my old iPhone 4 that had been sitting in storage for a few years with a busted screen. I called up All Mobile Matters, was told to bring it right over. While I was hesitant to make a trip to the mall, I decided to battle the crowds anyway and I'm VERY happy that I did. Cesar and his co-worker were friendly, explained exactly how the process works and answered all the questions my curious son had. They thankfully had the exact screen I needed, and Cesar got to work immediately and told me to come back in 30 minutes. After a short bit of shopping we stopped by the kiosk for an update. I didn't realize replacing the screen on the iPhone 4 meant basically deconstructing the entire device! That's a lot of work. Grabbed a bite to eat, come back and Cesar was just wrapping up the phone right on time. I honestly feel like I got my money's worth. They got the job done in the time quoted, they include a 30 day warranty and I was in and out of the mall in record time. Thanks Cesar! read more

This place is great! I dropped my phone today, and completely destroyed the screen. I called All Mobile Matters about an hour and a half before they closed, and they encouraged me to bring my phone in because it would only take about 30 minutes to fix. Caesar helped me when I got to the kiosk, and not only was he extremely pleasant and personable, but he had my phone fixed and looking brand new in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend trying these guys out before you try to upgrade early or buy a new phone. They give you a 90 day warranty on the screen in case something isn't working correctly, and their customer service was excellent. Thank you Caesar! read more

I have had my fair share of broken screens and had them replaced with second rate glass and service for that matter, I'm mean should it really take 10 or 12 days to have a screen replaced?? My man Cesar had my phone a grand total of 2.5 hours from drop off to calling me and telling me it was ready, and that was with four phones ahead of mine. To be completely honest it looks brand new again. read more

First time I do business with them and I am completely satisfied! Kudos to Carlos for being a great sales man and repairing my iPhone 6s screen and battery.
