I had a return that I had spoken with customer service about returning and when I came to drop it off the associate in store appeared helpful at first then said she couldn't help me, didn't offer any Verizon solutions just asked that I figure out going to return it to UPS on my own time and was dumb enough to suggest taking time off work to do so. What an asinine suggestion when I was shipped a faulty product replacement that didn't work, what if the products the company sent out just worked? That would be a much better solution. I called again and the service associate tried talking to the same rep in store and the rep just was telling her no she could not help she wouldn't even let the phone rep speak. If you hate your job get a new one. The rep on that phone apologized for the rep in store after trying to speak with her. Luckily the phone rep was still able to resolve. read more

This is a dealer location. I recently switch from another carrier and the first three line were done at another Verizon location. They switched three phone in less time than this store transferred the 4th line. They needed up charging me a "set up" fee of $37.50. At the first store these charges were not charged. To top it off my son's phone did not work. He could only text his Mother and I and had no internet connection. So what did this guys do for the set up fee? My son will be going back today to try and resolve it. The other issue was the sales rep was constantly trying to sell me on everything. Never buy assessors from them. The same assessors are so much cheaper at Walmart or in line through Amazon. I hope my experience with Verizon gets better. I will Always go to a corporate store in the future. read more

I had no way to log in. None. The basically canceled my account. I mean, im fine with it but let me pay my last payment. Yesterday I brought my mother to this location to either 1) fix an issue she was experiencing with her iPhone. 2) if there was no fix, then for her to upgrade to a newer model. The issue I'm referring to was her phone not having any internet connection, whether she was connected to WiFi or using Verizon's data. Which prevented her from using any of the apps on her phone. We did contact customer service prior to visiting the VW store, but after 2 hours of troubleshooting, they suggested an upgrade was necessary (she was out of warranty and did not have insurance). So we go into the store and speak with a rep about the situation. They attempt to troubleshoot and fix the connectivity problem, but no luck. At this point, we're under the impression the phone is unfixable and best option moving forward is purchasing a new iPhone. We were in the store for about an hour at this point and her new phone needed an additional 50 minutes to complete the iCloud back up. The sales rep explained we did not have to wait in the store and could return the old device within 30 days. Since we were both hungry we ended up leaving, thinking we'd be all good to go. Unfortunately once we arrived home and the iCloud backup was complete. The EXACT same issue is now occurring with the new phone. At this point we're now completely confused and don't understand how that's even possible. With what felt like no options left, we contact Apple customer service. I kid you not, they were able to fix the problem in under 5 minutes. Apparently she has a VPN setup fir job and a "connect in demand" toggle was on, which needed to be off. That was it. We now realize this could've been completed on her old iPhone and she never needed the upgrade after all. Well, today she went back to the same VW store to return the new phone (since she does not need it and no reason to increase her monthly bill). This is the turning point in what was a horrendous experience with Angel, who I believe was the manager on duty. He immediately becomes annoyed that she's needing to return the phone and could care less for the reasoning. He made my mother feel stupid by saying "why would you think VW customer service could've helped with that issue. You should've called Apple from the beginning" now my mother is older and not tech savvy. Aside from being disrespectful, why would Verizon tell a customer "don't reach out to us call Apple" EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. He then informs my mother that she'll need to pay a $50 restocking fee since the box was opened. Even though she only bought the phone because VERIZON WIRELESS told her old phone was useless. We try to explain the situation again and he doesn't care. He states "if you're not going to pay the fee then you're stuck with the new phone" his tone and demeanor was HORRIBLE. She finally gives in and pays the restocking fee, but she does ask for a receipt. He laughs and says "you'll get it in an email, bye" and walks away. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN. I might not even go into any VW store again. Going forward it seems best to just work directly with Apple for technical support and/or any purchases. Angel needs to be held accountable for his actions and experience a serious learning opportunity for his people skills/problem solving/communication/customer service. read more

The store was clean & employees wore masks. The employees were efficient & professional. There was no hustle or attempt to upsale my 82 y/o uncle on something he didn't need. I would like to believe they would have behaved this way even without me present. We were in & out in a super reasonable amount of time. Biggest complaint? The parking is atrocious at this location. Do Not get a phone with Verizon. Do yourself a favor and don't go to Verizon. Read through what I have written and you'll understand why. Verizon set things up to make things difficult or impossible to do in terms of transferring service or canceling service. Went into the store for help and they said they can do nothing that we have to call the 800-number or go onto the app and do it and even when they tried walking us through the app, they couldn't do it. Verizon is the absolute worst company and are not Customer Service friendly at all. In the past, they inadvertently disconnected my service three days in a row, and it was completely their fault not mine. Each time when I called to report this, they apologized and turned my eight lines back on, but then later for all three events billed me $20 per line, which when all said and done I was billed $480 in reconnection fees and I still have not seen the credit. Every time I call I'm on hold for hours at a time talking to different departments and different supervisors and they tell me they cannot Issue a credit that big. They can't issue a credit that big but they sure can charge me that amount and I did pay it so that my phones wouldn't get turned off, but I am officially finished with Verizon. I switched to T-Mobile and hated doing it but had no choice because Verizon and it's Automated set up is a sham and this company are a bunch of crooks. If I could give zero stars I would. Five stars is something I'd never think could happen at a Verizon Store; well in my past experiences anyway until this weekend. We came in for quite a few reasons and we're dreading it because it was the weekend and we thought it would be so busy. I've been to this location once years ago and honestly try to stay away because I've never had a great experience at any Verizon store. From the moment we walked in it was different. Sebastian greeted us, asked what he could help with and got right to work. We were looking at changing a few phones around while also looking for a complete new one. With so many kids and busy schedules we need to make sure they're all in good shape. Sebastian was very patient, answered all our questions. He never made us feel rushed and even offered us an add on to our plan that actually saves us a ton of money. I appreciate images that so much. These dang kids are expensive lol so every penny helps. I work customer service and sales. I walked in for a screen replacement that is under warranty. The manager lets me know that the lifetime warranty is now online due to new management and they will only replace it this one time only as a curtesy. The manner in which the MANAGER of the store cut me of from talking and ignoring me while he talked to his sales rep was one of the nasties human experience I have had to date. When you ready this "new manager" I hope your corporate office reads and and retrains you because you should never talk to customers in such a manner that you make your self the big and loud guy that talks fist. I decided to switch to Verizon and give them a try . The customer service initially was so great , I told the manager my sales guy was so great with his customer service ! Well, that's before my issues . My Brand new IPhone 14 I purchased was broken within 24hrs. I couldn't open my contact screen , my videos would spin for 10minutes at least before download. My pictures were blurry and un readable once you clicked on them just name a few issues. When I went back to store , the lady (who is a manager ) was more concerned about collecting that re stocking fee . She said it's their "policy " to charge me the $49.99 re stock fee!! The store did confirm indeed my phone was "no good" . They never apologized and I had to argue with them about why i should NOT be charged a re stock fee when you sold me a broken phone !! Make that make sense please!? it gets better !! Hold on... my 2nd phone they gave me ---- NO GOOD ! Had the same issues as the 1st one ! No one received my pictures/ or texts ... messages /photos sent from weeks ago still spinning and never received. I had to go through maps to call out .. insane ! I called customer service and she helped get me a pin to transfer my phone to a new carrier. My bill is supposed to be $75 a month on autopay , I just checked it .. says $325 ....this is a nightmare! I have to go back today to turn in my phone and I can tell you , my interactions last time were horrible with their attitude literally didn't care they sold me a bad phone. Using the word "policy" over and over .... I will NEVER be a Verizon customer! 2 bad phones back to back and a huge headache. Worst experience ever ! Do better Verizon! So first off, my experience with Verizon as a whole has been hell in the year I've been a customer. I started on the consumer side (no complaints) now a business customer (been the worst experience ever). I made the mortal mistake and unknowingly went to an authorized dealer 7/23 to transfer from consumer to business and that's where it went downhill. $1,100 first month bill and ALL my incentives GONE. Ok, paid it and still the bill wasn't what was quoted. Here we are in 4/24 and I was on my way to a new carrier but Verizon has the best coverage so I decided to try and see what they could do to help. Rubi, and the business manager Rachel REALLY went above and beyond to help me out! The district manager was also there this day! I'd tell the world to go see them over and over as they were actually concerned and didn't just try and sell me products. Both tag teamed my account to fix the issues and I left with more than I could have ever imagined or expected! I'm really grateful for Rachel and Rubi cause they saved me a whole lot of money, energy and most importantly time! Thanks a million!!! read more

We had our phones for 2 days we upgraded to the iPhone 14 and changed our plan to premium only to have the same issue of no service in our home and calls dropping. We told them and they have a long note history of us calling them and telling them our service isn't working at home they told us they were going to give us a booster/antenna for free so it could help us with our service because we run a business. We've lost clients due to our calls dropping or we will get clients cussing us out. I don't know what else to do with Verizon we were lied to from a third party saying they were Verizon then we come and switch over to the actual Verizon where we spend more money to get nothing resolved. I don't recommend this place or any Verizon especially when they don't resolve your problems. read more

Ive had verizon for years and i hate them every time they tell me one thing but then its always something else. I went in to upgrade my phone and was told my monthly bill was 109. I went the next day to add a line for my son and was told my bill wud increase 26 and the promo for the phone wud be 250. Well my next bill is over 200 and monthly bill is 173. I think they tell whatever they can to con their customers to buy their phones and the its wrong. This isnt the first time this has happened with verizon. Ive been working with someone for the past 3 weeks and he keeps saying the bill is being fixed and it has not. Again i think they r telling their customers what they think they want to hear but wont accommodate what they r being told and the customers r gettn as screwed over. They had a promotion for cracked or damages phones and was told i qualified. Wen i tried it wouldnt work. I called customer service to be told i had to be on an unlimited plan. Against my better judgment i still upgraded and now having billing issues. Now im returning both phones and going else where. I feel like they lie to their customers. I made an appointment online Thursday for 4PM Saturday. We arrived only to find the store closed. Why would I be allowed to make an appointment when the business is CLOSED??!! When there wasn't an easy answer on fixing my phone, he didn't give up. He asked for assistance from his manager, who was also exceptionally kind and took the time to listen. Not once was there any pressure to "upgrade a service" or purchase accessories for a phone that I was clearly having issues with. Con artists just to make sales 1st main issue: My upcoming bill. I recently went in store, and upgraded 2 devices and added 2 devices as a B1G1 promotion for the Gizmo watches. I confirmed several times with the woman who helped us that our devices were all PAID IN FULL. The woman told me my bill would look really high but go down before the autopay was scheduled and now, I am looking at it and it still says $524.96. I was already misinformed by the same woman when we first switched over from T-mobile and signed up in May. At that point she told us our bill would be 155 with autopay - not 175 a month like it has been, but I let that go. Now she said our bill with autopay should be $225 with autopay or $285 with $50 device protection on all devices. I know she said there would be activation fees for the watches but even that should only add $70 to the bill. Meaning the bill should be $355 which I confirmed with her several times as well since she misinformed us the first time. I documented everything fully on my end to ensure I was fully understanding in case there was a discrepancy again. I had $1350 in rebate credits I used to upgrade the phones, then paid $344.80 for the difference in price owed for devices/accessories. I then paid another $109.29 for both the Gizmo watches since there was a B1G1 promotion. She didn't mention all these extra charges, so now I am looking at a bill of $524.96. She just verified the $355 to expect for the activation of watches on top of the expected new monthly amount of $285. Which with the activation for the watches of $70 would make it 355 for this month (which is what I was expecting based on the information from the girl at the store) then 285 a month going forward for the 3 phone lines, 2 watches, and $50 charge for protection on all devices. All in all between rebates (3 @ $450 each) and out of pocket (344.80 for difference in device cost/accessories, and the $109.29 for the watches), I paid $1,804.09 in August. So what I already paid plus this months expected bill of $524.96 equals out to 2,329.05 which is a lot to pay in just over a months time frame. Also, my 3 phone lines cost different each month (even though they are paid off) and the 2 watches are charged different each month too, even though they are the exact same. I left T-mobile because of their customer service, and am not getting anything more from Verizon at this point. Super disappointed thus far. Apparently I will need to start recording all of my interactions when I go in, since I keep getting so much conflicting information. read more

Honestly, One star is too good for these degenerates. Not only is the company (Verizon) as a whole one of the biggest "bait and switch" companies out there, but they encourage their sales staff to do it as well. Recently I went in for an upgrade on my phone, of course even though it is a national campaign, I was not eligible unless I was willing to increase my plan by $55 a month...that's not a Free upgrade. So I said let's just trade in my phone and I will finance the difference - wait my iPhone that is less than 2 years old couldn't be traded in? Again, the dishonesty. Finally I agreed to go with a phone at an additional $22 a month. Signed the paperwork and thought it was all good. Only to find out through an email that the cost was $59 extra a month and they added on services that I didn't request. No problem, just head back in the store, ask for a manager, wait 45 minutes while being lied to constantly by multiple "sales people". Manager's at lunch, She's on the phone, etc This is the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!! After an hour, the extra charges were finally removed, but nothing for the extra hour out of my life. AT&T has the worst service in cell phones. Ever since AT&T bought Directv, Directv's now reception is terrible. For services all their calls go off shore. Then you're talking to someone that's hard to communicate with. AT&T is even incomplete to fix their own web site and apps. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service in this corporate store! Very busy. About 5 representatives were working with customers. There were probably about 10 others waiting while 4 employees stood behind the counter chatting and laughing. No one was at the door checking people in. Periodically, one of the chatters would walk around and check people in, not necessarily in the order they arrived at the store. After waiting about 30 minutes, no one else was helped and the "chatters" behind the counter kept up their conversation and helped no one. Left and went to an authorized dealer who met us at the door and immediately helped us! read more

Victra (Verizon affiliate) in Surprise , AZ CHARGED RESTOCK FEE IN ERROR. Tried to return accessories not needed within 30day return window. Still charged $20.00 even when policy is : " no restocking fees for returned accessories ". This store is like a used car dealership! They add items to your purchase which are not needed. Snuck in a charge for insurance that was not asked for. Accessories are four times retail at other stores. WATCH WHAT YOU BUY HERE! This is not a Verizon corporate store. It's a sub-contractor displaying the Verizon name. Stay away from VICTRA! read more

I was there yesterday 5/28/20 to take care of 4 phones, upon arrival you had to check in due to covid cdc regulations, so I waited in my car for like 5 minutes, and they came and got me, which with it being 110* it worked out, the gal came and got me (Sandy) she was amazing, she went above and beyond for me, mind you it's a business account and not too many like to deal with it, but she did, I can't say enough about her and the service she provided, however she is from the lake pleasant store, so with that said I may switch stores because she was so awesome! This place is nothing more than a sales group. No technical expertise! Over the last 2-3 weeks we began experiencing issues with both of our 5 month old Samsung Galaxy s21 5G phones. Calls started dropping, both outgoing and incoming. I contacted Verizon and Samsung support and neither admitted any there were any known issues. Went online and found multiple reports from others indicating they were experiencing the same problem(s) with this particular phone model. Our texting, camera, Internet all work fine. The only feature not working is phones primary function - CALLS. A Verizon store employee checking in new customers told me the was a 90 minute wait to talk with someone, then had the gall to offer access to a team member that could sell me a new phone? We have been a customer with Verizon for over 20 years and are extremely disappointed with their support and service. read more
