Since my roof is 21 years old, took them up on their offer. You never know what to expect in these situations. I was pleasantly surprised. Joe Adkins, showed up on time, and after inspecting the roof, told me it was in good shape-and it would be disingenuous of him to try and sell me a new one. He did make a minor repair to one of the tiles-at no charge. Suggested I get it inspected annually though, due to its age. I found Joe to be very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to communicate with. He made a video of the roof inspection, and true to his word, emailed it to me immediately. He also gave me the promised Amazon gift card. BTW, the home office was very good about confirming the appointment several times. I call to find out What is going on, and the woman on the other End of the line acted surprised and asked if she could call me back. When she calls me back she apologizes and says that the person that was supposed to come out had an "emergency ". I said I understood and was trying to reschedule when she tells me oh let me just refer you to someone else. It all seems very shady, extremely unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. Luckily the guy she referred me to is a good guy and came out right away. I wouldn't recommend hiring this company seems super shady. I asked her why I couldn't just set up an appointment and she said she didn't know how long the emergency was going to last. if I could I would give them zero stars. Edit: I am putting this in here because I can't stand when people lie to make themselves look better. I specifically told the receptionist that there was not issue with waiting and that I was in no hurry to get this job completed. I completely understand that people have emergencies but the difference is most people have the decency to inform others!!!
