No one came close to service or price of Riley and his team. We have had our windows for almost a year and wow what a difference they have made. The home is cooler and they look and operate amazing. The one thing we also like was the fast turn around with the windows. Now every renovation or installation has its ups and downs. Ours was no exception. We were supposed to have them installed one day and a situation occurred where Riley and his team needed to come another day. They called and apologized for this and quickly set up a new time to get out and do it. Very professional and friendly. These windows are the best. They are beautiful. Well installed and they keep our rooms cooler. They are also a great value. Everything you look for in a company and more. We did two windows with Cougar and will do the rest later. Thank you Riley and team. Great experience from start to finish.

I was locked out of the house due to this malfunction. We tried tightening the screws, but it didn't help. I reached out to Cory via the Thumbtack app messenger and asked to have the problem rectified. He didn't respond. I send other messages via phone, text, and email with no response (using the same methods as I had used in the past). Now, we are stuck with a screen door that doesn't lock properly, and no response from the company. This is bad business, and I would never recommend this company.

Giving Quality Overhead Door Inc 4 stars since they completed the primary objective in making it…read morepossible to now use a universal bottom door seal rather than a proprietary hard to get Amore Seal. However, 1 star was lost over a laps of "ATTENTION TO DETAIL" in the quotation and finishing the job which may likely result in me taking follow on business elsewhere. 1) The quotation was incorrectly done which was not discovered untill after the job was done and resulted in more money. (I had two doors not one.) Yet they had materials for 2. 2) The material quote was per sq-ft rather than linear foot. Funny I know but that is either someone that doesn't know what they are doing or pure carelessness. I should have held them to sq-ft for a fraction of the price. 3) Left before adjusting the door top panel spacing leaving a gap I could slip my finger between from inside to outside. 4) I asked about replacing the door side and top seal but was told it wasnt necessary. Then after they came back out to adjust the door, it became evident that it needed to be replace to seal the door. This results in yet another $85 service call to replace when it should had been done on the 1st call. 5) Over $300 just to replace the vinyl strip seals around both doors with $100 just to remove the existing, I think not. Obviously the 2nd service call is wrapped up in there someplace and the materials marked up about 2x from what I could by them for. Also, the tech said he would just cut the end of the strip off rather than remove the entire strip
