No one came close to service or price of Riley and his team. We have had our windows for almost a year and wow what a difference they have made. The home is cooler and they look and operate amazing. The one thing we also like was the fast turn around with the windows. Now every renovation or installation has its ups and downs. Ours was no exception. We were supposed to have them installed one day and a situation occurred where Riley and his team needed to come another day. They called and apologized for this and quickly set up a new time to get out and do it. Very professional and friendly. These windows are the best. They are beautiful. Well installed and they keep our rooms cooler. They are also a great value. Everything you look for in a company and more. We did two windows with Cougar and will do the rest later. Thank you Riley and team. Great experience from start to finish.

It was only may at that time, so I decided to call Cougar they booked me a appointment and next day they arrived with a quote and it was about half the price of other company's and they where able to do it in a month and a half!! Looks great highly satisfied

We had our patio door replaced and installed by Windows and Doors Near Me last December. A few…read moremonths after installation, we discovered that the screen lock latch kept falling down. I was locked out of the house due to this malfunction. We tried tightening the screws, but it didn't help. I reached out to Cory via the Thumbtack app messenger and asked to have the problem rectified. He didn't respond. I send other messages via phone, text, and email with no response (using the same methods as I had used in the past). Now, we are stuck with a screen door that doesn't lock properly, and no response from the company. This is bad business, and I would never recommend this company.

Kachina did a better job from window wrapping/flashing(?) to amazing stucco matching, and cleanup. The scheduling from estimate to delivery/install and completion was great. Communication was consistent and billing and order detail was excellent with the online system. HIGHLY recommended from a detailed customer.

We had spent a few months researching companies that sell & install folding or stacking doors…read more After getting a few high quotes, we found Phoenix Folding Doors right in our back yard. We were surprised by the low cost of their doors. We went to their office to look over the door quality - Very impressed! Ian, the owner, guaranteed a great install and he was correct. His crews did everything from prepping the room by moving the patio furniture, using drop clothes, to stuccoing and painting. They were at our house every day that week installing the 16' x 9' doors. Due to an automatic drop down bug screen shade previously installed on the exterior of the patio, we had the doors installed in a reverse fashion - folding side in, not out. This was no issue the the installers. We can't say enough about the quality of the doors, how well the installation went and the good communication throughout the process. We would highly recommend Ian and Phoenix Folding Doors.

My husband and I researched kitchen remodeling companies and decided to hire Luxe Cabinetry +…read moreDesign for our kitchen remodel. They had an excellent rating with the BBB and many 5 star reviews. We visited their showroom to discuss our project, pick materials and to go over in detail what our expectations were. After our meeting we felt confident in hiring Luxe. During our consultation we were told Luxe doesn't sub out and on the occasions they need to, it's with subs they have a long standing relationship with. None of it was true. I believe the only person that worked directly for Luxe was a warehouse worker, who helped with demo. Our cabinet installer didn't directly work for Luxe.(I do want to say he was an excellent installer and Luxe should have been honest and said we sub out our cabinet installer but he does excellent work and primarily works for us). The fabricator for our counter tops had only been used by Luxe a few times before our project, which turned out to be a disaster. Our salesperson ended up calling in a favor from a friend, who is in the fabricating business, to refabricate them for us. As for our tile backsplash installation, I had to find my own installer. The quality we were told to expect, isn't there( During our consultation we discussed our vision for our kitchen, without discussing budget. Therefore, I assumed Luxe was recommending quality materials). Our Cabinets(Holiday Cabinets) are not good quality. We have several finish issues that are apparently "to code" according to what Holiday Cabinets told Luxe. Because they are "to code", Luxe won't honor the warranty. Luxe told us that we need to go through the ROC and see if we can get new cabinet doors and drawer fronts that way. Since the cabinets apparently are "to code" according to Holiday Cabinets and Luxe( even though their installers said the finish wasn't good and requested replacements), the ROC would side with Holiday and Luxe. Also the timeline of our project didn't even come close. We were told 3 weeks. It was 7 months and still waiting on one door that was damaged by Luxe. It's being sent directly to our home, supposedly and Luxe said we're responsible for installing it. Why should we have to pay to install a door they damaged? The entire experience was a nightmare! I Do Not recommend Luxe Cabinetry + Design. That said, Hunter, our salesperson did the best he could trying to rectify all the problems we had. I truly believe he would have honored the cabinet warranty but unfortunately he doesn't own the company. Update: Luxe Cabinetry sent me an email yesterday stating they are NOT sending the door to my home. But I can purchase one if I wish.
