One star is generous, and I am posting this to prevent any other consumers from wasting their money on this business! I am appalled! I initially reached out to this company for an estimate for a new door for my salon about a year ago. We decided to hold off and then in July decided to proceed. I paid my deposit and was told it would be about six weeks until my door came in to be replaced. Then I started requesting info on when I could expect this to be completed with no response. Went with them because of reviews however my experience wasn't good. I was originally quoted 10 to 14 days for the window and felt like they told me just to get our business once they had it and I paid the first half then I didn't hear from them. 14 days came and went then 18 days. Every time I tried to contact them I never got a hold of anybody at the office. I text the tech and they would respond a day or two later. Over a month later, when we finally got on the schedule for the window to be installed big surprise a tech called out and they pushed us back another week so in all we waited almost 5 weeks for the window to be installed. That being said they finally came out and the window is fixed so I guess if you aren't in a hurry or timeline then go with them. read more

I was attempting to reach out for their sales and first impression isn't so great. Wants me to give rough measurements of every window (22) on a two story house. I don't have the ladder tall enough to do some of them. Told me I should seek else where for services. If this is how it starts with minimal communication and hardly a welcome, I don't even want to go any further. Eddie should work on customer service or find a job elsewhere to not deal with people. We had our shower glass door done by them, they had a reasonable quote and were always in communication with us via Yelp. We had to delay the measuring because we hadn't finished our shower tile, but they were patient and come out once we were done. It took about 8-10 days for the glass to come in, and they offered 1 time slot for scheduling. They did the work quick and we've had it about 2 weeks now and it's doing great. I had a good experience using this company remotely. Someone broke a pane in a french door, trying to break into my home. Mountain View Windows and More replaced the pane quickly and gave me the best price (I shopped around a little bit). They were always on time (for both the emasuring appointment and the installation appointment) and respectful of social distancing. This company could be so great! I love communicating through Yelp and these guys are on top of it! Had a rough estimate within minutes of sending my quote request, and after they came out to measure, the initial quote matched the invoice I received. Someone shot a bb through our front window...large windows with 4 separate dual low e panes. They came today to replace the window and after they left my husband and I realized the new window doesn't match the other 3 windows next to it. I contacted them and was told it's their standard low E window, and if I wanted the windows to match I would need to contact the manufacturer of the original windows and get a replacement through them. We totally would've done that..,had we known we needed to. Not once during the process did anyone say hey, the new window won't match unless you do XYZ. I'm thankful that we have a window that is no longer broken, and that the work was done well! But now we have a window that looks like it doesn't belong and no one told us that would be the case. A very small rock hit our slider when my husband was mowing on Sat morning. Totally shattered our door. Saw these guys on Yelp. Called them. They responded within 5 minutes and arranged to come out that afternoon. Came out (on time) gave me a quote and said they would let me know if they had the glass in stock. Called me back and arranged to come back the next day. (On a Sunday I might add) Abraham arrived on time, replaced the door (all by himself) and brought his own broom and trash can for clean up! Do not use this company. I paid my initial deposit in January of 2023 and I STILL (September 2023) do not have a complete job. I needed one window replaced, along with sun screens for the exterior windows. At first it was COVID related delays from the factory, which I understand, and then they just kept delaying and delaying the install. When I attempted to get my money back and cancel the order, they finally got me scheduled, but did not have screens to fit all of the windows, and cracked the replacement window. One week after that, I still have not heard back from them. read more

Initial contact with Eddie was quick. We got someone on site to take measurements for a new shower glass door the next day and a quote for the work the following day. However, Eddie was quick to assume that we wanted the minimum set up; options of color and hardware were not provided. I had to ask for the shower glass to have a pull handle instead of the standard puck that would have been installed had I not asked. After details were clarified, a 50% payment was requested 4 days after initial contact. After payment, it felt like Eddie was ghosting me. He was unresponsive to Yelp messages that were marked as 'read' and did not provide updates on delivery or installation dates unless I asked. A typical pattern would be Eddie telling me that he'd update me by the end of the week, only to tell me that he'd update me the following Monday. When a date was scheduled, Eddie would push it back further. Eddie did not provide me with reasons for the setbacks; I had to ask what the reason for the delay was and only then was a reason provided. Three weeks from the initial payment had passed when I requested a refund and cancellation of the order, to which I was advised by Eddie that payment is not refundable. This was not explained at the time of payment nor did we receive anything in writing that states a non refundable agreement. While some of the setbacks and delays were understandable, the lack of communication is inexcusable. 28 days passed between payment and installation. After installation, it was noticed that two pieces of hardware did not match the color of the rest of the hardware. Eddie told me that I would have to contact him to request replacement parts. I reached out 13 days after installation for replacement parts and was asked to contact him back in a month and a half due to a back order. When I contacted Eddie again after a month and a half, he gave me the same pattern as before for follow up: he said he'd let me know the following Monday (he didn't), then he said by end of business the next day (he didn't), then he said a 5-7 business day turnaround, only to tell me two days later that I have been put on a 2-3 month waiting list for the individual parts. We'll see if the parts actually come in by the estimation given of mid June / early July, which will be 6 months after installation and 7 months after initial contact. TLDR: The glass, hardware, and installation look alright (you get what you pay for), however communication and service was incredibly poor. As a customer, I initiated more communication and prompted follow up more times than I should have. The business should be providing the consumer with updates without the consumer having to ask, and should be taking ownership for a project that is clearly not finished. Eddie takes no accountability whatsoever. For that reason I will not be recommending this business to anyone. read more

My back slider glass cracked. They came out and their pricing was exactly what they shared in the estimate over the phone. They were flexible with their schedule as well. Unfortunately, the glass cracked on 1st installation and to get a new piece and have it out in took some time. They had to come back a third time to make adjustments to door and make it fit/slide better. No complaints with service overall, just in the time for completion. read more

I was looking for someone to replace a shower door. The person that replied to eMails (never was able to get someone to answer a phone) suggested I look at ideas online or the website. Not helpful. We decided to simply have them come out to adjust the door, since the main problem was related to the wheels coming off the track. Did not get any replies to eMail requests. Finally, I was told the schedule was being set up and would have a day and time by Sunday evening. Slow-forward (nothing about this process has been fast) to Tuesday, when I had enough and said to forget it. The last straw was the reply that they "lost Yelp access" and did I still want them to come put. Cannot comment on the quality of work, but communication and effort to schedule something was very poor. read more

These guys were responsive and followed through so that alone makes them so much better than the rest. They are a bit steep when it comes to pricing. They charged me $250 to fix my shower door. I would have totally understood if they were here for hours but the fix took 5 min. Looking back, I know the other companies I consulted only charged $80. I should have just waited.
