I reached out to Christy Windows back in February, some five months ago, to have three windows replaced in my townhome in Tempe. The proprietor, Matt, and I agreed upon a price, and was told he'd take measurements before installation. Since then, I've received texts about unexpected delays, both professional and personal, with assurances that the windows will indeed be installed once all these events subside. From March through June, I followed up and followed up, only to receive excuses/explanations about this or that unforeseen event that hasn't allowed him to complete installation, but not to worry, it will get done. After four months of unfilled promises, three days ago I finally texted him to ask if the job was going to get done at all. I just need an answer one way or the other so I can plan on how to proceed and if I need to contact another company. This time there were no excuses/explanations...he simply ghosted me. After all this time, I get neither an installation nor even the courtesy of a phone call to explain why. To string a customer along for four months to ultimately just ignore him, that's no way to do business. The only reason I left two stars instead of one is the few times I actually spoke to Matt, he was polite. So, I give him a star for that. But he sure didn't fulfill his promise, and there's no reason to treat customers this way. read more

Originally this company, Matthew is the owner, was very communicative and responsive. We sent photos of the work to be done. He told us he could be at our home over the weekend. I needed a day/time pinned down so I asked for more specifics. We settled on the day and time. When the day arrived he wrote early saying he had car trouble and other work to do and had to cancel. He said he would follow up with us the following week . The week goes by and no contact. This is not a good way to conduct business. By then I decided to contact another contractor who was available and interested. The work has been completed by another contractor. read more

I have an older home with a lot of cracks around my window mounts where I could feel hot air coming in from the outside. Not only did Christy Windows do an excellent job sealing all of my windows and doors, but did it quickly and at an excellent price! Above and beyond service by far! read more

Matt was AWESOME! I got the same quality windows from some of the larger companies at much cheaper prices. Matt was quick to call me, come over, measure, and was able to install windows much faster than quoted. I had referred Matt to multiple friends due to his professionalism, and work ethic. Having just had all of my windows and doors replaced in 2019 I do not think that I will be needing his services in the near future, but when I do hear of a friend or colleague asking about windows or doors, I will happily forward Matt's info to him. I had cracked a very large window in the back of my home. I had a couple vendors come out and Matt was the only one that replaced both panels of glass instead of taking it apart and repairing just the broken side. Firstly I always love a free quote. Originally asked Matt to look at replacing two windows on the front of my mom's house and he gave a reasonable price for both. One of the windows was a custom job so it took more time to get the supplies but Matt was transparent and communicated with me the entire time.
