Great job on my new shelves and a glass panel, very professional and timely, I will definitely recommend this exceptional shop.

awesome team at AZ Express Glass - very communicative and brought the project to life in under a week

AZ Express Glass and Mirror removed two mirrors from our bathrooms that were being remodeled. I was nervous to have the work done because they were large mirrors and one was completely surrounded by wall, making it hard to get behind the mirror to loosen it. They responded quickly to our inquiry, gave us a fair price, did the job efficiently and cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend them!AZ Express Glass and Mirror knows what they're doing! read more

AZ Express Did A Great Job . Found them on Yelp !! Had a glass shower installed on my tub to replace the shower curtain, and it was a great decision. The turnaround time was quick, the installers were respectful and very clean, and they left no mess behind. The bathroom feels more open and modern now. I highly recommend. read more

JR Replaced our shower doors. He gave us great advice, so that we didn't purchase doors with glass too heavy for our fiberglass shower walls. He gave us an expected time frame of how soon he'd be able to install the doors and was able to do the work within that time frame. And when he gave us a date and time to install the new doors he arrived when he said he would. He did a great job and he left things immaculate - no mess for us to clean up. The shower doors look great and work great! He did the work for a very fair price. He clearly takes pride in his work. And he's a really really nice guy! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing glass or mirror work done read more

It's hard to find somebody who can just remove mirrored glass from a wall. AZ Express was able to come quickly to remove tall wall of old mirror, and was very reasonable on price. Guys were personable and professional. They cleaned up what little dust was left from the job. Highly recommended. I'll be using them for other removal work and new shower door installation as we proceed over time with this house. Thank you so much! read more

JR did an outstanding job installing our glass shower door. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. The installation is absolutely flawless -- the door is perfectly aligned, swings smoothly, and seals tightly with no gaps or leaks. read more

Professional, courteous, prompt. Good quality, good value. We had a mirror installed on a closet door, and we could not be more pleased.

A very strange and alarming interaction with AZ Express Glass and Mirror. We had some back and forth on text arranging a time for him to come out and work on on my shower doors over a 3 day period and he sent me a quote for the work. We agreed on a date and time for him to come out and do the work. I told him I might be a few minutes late as I had an appointment that finished right before he was to come to my house. His text response was "Okay". I arrived home 5 minutes after the time for the appointment and I let him know via text. I get a call an hour later and the guy says we never had an appointment confirmed, and when I tell him he confirmed the appointment via text, he starts yelling at me for what I don't know, and then hangs up. I sent him a copy of the text with the appointment time and his confirmation and called him back and he says I am too difficult to work with and he is blocking me and then hangs up. I would stay away from these guys and would never let them in my house, particularly if I were alone. Very unprofessional and just a weird vibe. read more

I think the company is one person I called to get a quote and he gave my a good/cheep price comparing to others. After I got the quote I told him you can come and take measurements. he said I cant because you are in scottsdale I can come next week. OK I said , after 2 weeks I called back and he said I don't remember you!! so I reminded him of the text messages between us and called him again. so he told me Im going out of town for 2 weeks , so thats more than 3 weeks just to take measurements! I called him and I told him that he suppose to come and take measurements last week!! he said NO Im not suppose to come and I don't take orders from customers on when I can come. and I don't want to work with customers like you. thats my story with that guy. Have a good day and find better company read more

I called them to replace broken mirrored closet doors. They were in my estimation very big. Over 6 feet tall and 5 feet wide. Excellent job for about the price I expected. read more

We had 2 sliding doors and a shower door installed just over 2 years ago. Aesthetically the doors look great but quality has been very disappointing for what we paid. We have had to replace wheels on both sliding doors on our own and then the shower door sinking and creaking loudly right after warranty expired. Upon further inspection it seems that installation was done poorly or door has a manufacturing defect. My husband is handy and has been able to deal with all the issues when it should have been dealt with by this company. We called and text and didn't get a response back. This is a business I would NOT recommend to anyone. Pay more and go with someone else. read more

We needed 2 shower panels without a door, so we quoted a few companies for the price and lead time with the concept we had in mind. After a few quotes and seeing the kind of responses from the companies, we narrowed our selections to 2. AZ Express gave us a slightly better price but much faster turnaround, and the reviews were pretty good so we decided this company. Very happy with the process and results- JR was reliable. Called for a time to come out to measure and showed up as promised; honored the price; collected a deposit and gave us a window of 10-12 business days. He called exactly on the 10th working day to install and the shower turned out exactly what we had envisioned! The whole process was smooth without drama and the shower is beautiful! Will definitely use him again if another occasion rises. read more

Went through the painstaking process of requesting quotes from many firms over months (delayed/deferred due to some quotes were ridiculously priced, some quotes were chargeable, some required significant advance deposits months in advance). Came across AZ X on Yelp, of course read the reviews, and gave them a try at the end of this long process - to replace entire master shower/glass enclosure. JR was very responsive, professional, polished, delivered on every promise, including a Top Quality install A-Z. Extremely happy to have found AZ X in the very late stages, the pleasure of meeting/dealing with JR, and with the awesome final outcome. 5***** Every Category, whether 5 or 10. While a prospective tenant was viewing my property the old cloudy shower door nearly tore off from the hinge.. I immediately checked with the company that fixed my window earlier in the year, and they recommended AZ Express Glass, like others I called around as well, they were able to get out the quickest.. I had another viewing the next day and was worried about the overlap (with Covid and everything) but they were very professional and had masks on which made my future resident feel comfortable. It may have been good timing or the new glass insert and fix done while they were there, but I now have the unit rented out to them. Thanks! read more

Have to give 2 Thumbs Way Up!! J.R., who is the owner of the company came out and gave me a free estimate, just a few days after I had another estimate done with another company and beat their price by a few hundred bucks!! Real cool, great personality, and was really helpful at making sure he accomplished everything I needed. I was looking for a big custom frameless door, something as a big guy, partially handicapped would be easy to get in and out of and he hit it out the park!! Me and the wife were thrilled and happy with how he worked around our schedule to accommodate us... Even came personally on his normal day off to help us get everything installed and setup!! Really couldn't be any more happy with the way everything turned out!! If you don't know, now you know!! Give them a call for all your shower needs!!! read more

I called to get a quote on Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. JR came out and was really knowledgeable and helpful in giving us ideas on what was our best options were. Price and insulation time where our priorities. Out of the 4 company's we got quotes from, we chose theirs. We went ahead and ordered and was able to schedule a installation date. We had a great experience with JR and his company last month. They arrived on time to give us the free estimate. We decided to hire him based on his other reviews and his price. He did not disappoint. The shower glass is beautiful, tall, and heavy. It was a 2 (very quick) day install since one panel had to set first. Honestly, I didn't want the support bar on top but when going over the safety measures and feeling how heavy the glass was, it was the right decision. I don't even notice it anymore and it's only been a month. I would recommend JR and his team. They did an excellent job! read more
