I read the other positive reviews for Victory Glass & Ismael, so I was glad to get a quote from him for shower glass on our newly remodeled shower through Jacuzzi/Costco. I was really impressed with Ismael's thoughtful approach. He strikes a nice balance between giving you objective professional advice but letting you ultimately choose the path forward. He was patient with my myriad questions as well. His quote for service was also the best price I received of 3 vendors I obtained quotes from. Once I gave him approval to order the glass it only took a week from the order to Ismael doing the install. I give him extra credit because we have a textured surface in the shower which adds complexity to the sealing process because the texture means variance in the gap between glass and shower surface. He handled it like a pro though; the sealant is smooth despite the challenge. We really appreciate the help and strongly recommend Victory Glass to anyone who needs a good glass team. Thanks Ismael. read more

We called out two glass companies to give us an estimate to replace an 8' x 5' dual pane picture window that had been hit by a golf ball and also a side window with the same issue. Victory Glass came in with a competitive price and were very professional as well as timely. It is a father/son business and we wanted to support our local community rather than a national company. Their work was impeccable. We will use them again and again as needed which could be a lot due to the fact that we are in the 7th fairway of a golf course. read more

Ismael and his team did great work. He was very responsive, gave a competitive estimate, and completed the work as soon as our new window came in. He even took the extra time to diagnose and fix a separate window latch issue on the window he was replacing to ensure the window was working properly and was safe. read more

First time experiencing a broken window at my house and Ismael was quick to respond to the order, came to the house measured and quick install at a very good price compared to the other quotes I received, highly recommend Victory Glass for window replace or replacement read more

I was in a tough spot - I only had four days in town and discovered several broken windows in my home that needed to be replaced before I left. Ismael was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed within that tight timeframe. He also has an exceptionally calm and professional demeanor, which was very appreciated as I was juggling a dozen home projects at once. Throughout the process, Ismael was transparent and honest about what he could and could not do. I needed three windows repaired, and he clearly explained that one would require a specialist due to damage beyond standard glass installation. Even though the third window required a specialist, he still took the time to test a pre-cut glass piece we had on hand and carefully explained why he wouldn't recommend using it - it was slightly too short and could cause issues. I appreciated him educating me along the way. 10/10 experience - reliable, transparent, and committed to doing the job right. read more

Ishmael and his team were professional, friendly and showed up on time. The 53 year old window frames were bowed and they had to improvise to get the replacement into the frame. They kept us informed throughout the installation. They were fast, pleasant and left everything cleaned up. We will definitely use them again should the need arise. read more

Quick, efficient, affordable and kind! I was able to get my service completed the very next day after reaching out.

Ismael and his team were great! I called early Monday morning about a broken window at one of my rental properties. He was able to get a new window pane installed that same afternoon, which was great because it's hot outside. He also helped me with getting some paint overspray off another pane. He was fairly priced and communicative the whole way. I will definitely work with him again in the future. read more

I don't see how it would be possible for another glass company to do such great work in such a caring, pleasant manner. Ismael and his son had to be patient and come back twice for measurement ( first, to see the space and also after a custom bench was made) Beautiful work and they clean up the area so well. They went so far as to on their own decide to vacuum after others- when they came for the second measure before installation. I thoroughly enjoy transacting with people like them and you will too! read more

Ismael was great to work with from beginning to end. He was very easy to talk to, willing to give me *rough* price ranges without requiring me to schedule a meeting so he could sell me products. Which was a huge plus for me, because I don't have time to set up meetings with a bunch of different installers just to find out their prices. He had a lot of knowledge and helped me understand what would not only look good, but would hold up over time. He even suggested cheaper options than I originally was considering because he honestly believed they would be better fit for what I needed and better suited for my small shower (he was right). He offered to come earlier than we originally planned because the parts arrived earlier, which was perfect for us. The installation was quick and painless, and he did a great job. My wife and I were both extremely satisfied with the end result. 100% would recommend, and would use again. read more

Highly recommend using this company. Ismael did a great job in being proactive with communication.
