Tiffany absolutely REFUSED to tell me the name of the owner or let me speak with a a supervisor. She will pass my information along to Janet. Jim-owner. Shame on you! Your response is incorrect. Your installer knew it was not working properly when he was as at my home and simply told us to adjust the tension on our own. I told him that it should be fixed properly and he said someone from the office would call us. My ex called the office multiple times telling your office we should not have to do this with no resolution. Based on my conversation this morning with Tiffany and her refusing to even provide your name and saying Janet would call with NO call just you trying to defend your work on yelp, I lost respect for your company. If/when someone gets injured, I hope you're prepared to still defend it. You better hope it's not one of my grandkids!

I read the other positive reviews for Victory Glass & Ismael, so I was glad to get a quote from him…read morefor shower glass on our newly remodeled shower through Jacuzzi/Costco. I was really impressed with Ismael's thoughtful approach. He strikes a nice balance between giving you objective professional advice but letting you ultimately choose the path forward. He was patient with my myriad questions as well. His quote for service was also the best price I received of 3 vendors I obtained quotes from. Once I gave him approval to order the glass it only took a week from the order to Ismael doing the install. I give him extra credit because we have a textured surface in the shower which adds complexity to the sealing process because the texture means variance in the gap between glass and shower surface. He handled it like a pro though; the sealant is smooth despite the challenge. We really appreciate the help and strongly recommend Victory Glass to anyone who needs a good glass team. Thanks Ismael.

I looked EVERYWHERE & called just about EVERY glass business in the valley. Demers was one of 2 responses I received. I chose them because their prices were slightly less than the other. Once the ball was rolling, it was an easy process. Trish and Tina were a pleasure to work with. They provided me with quotes on both anneal (less in price, not as strong) and tempered (stronger, able to hold more weight) glass. I chose tempered because I have a whole bunch of pretty glass nonsense to put on display. Once I signed the quote, it took about a week for the glass to be ready. For an extra fee, they deliver but I opted to pick up since they're only a few miles away. Look at my pics and see why I'm a happy old bird. I'd definitely use them again for any custom glass needs. Fingers crossed I don't need to. Thx Demers!
