I managed the remodel of both bathrooms at my elderly parent's house back in early 2021 and when it came time to install a 3 sided glass shower enclosure, the remodel contractor forwarded my contact info to CJ. CJ's pricing was in line with other quotes I received, but CJ was always quick to respond with all the info I needed to make my final decision. Once the project was booked, I put CJ in contact with my aunt, who lives with my parents and he installed the enclosure in a few hours. The glass enclosure looked great! Flash forward to late December 2021 and my dad mentioned that a lot of water was splashing out onto the bathroom floor when he takes showers. I texted CJ and he sent a team member out to install a plastic guard to prevent too much water from splashing out between the shower door and the glass panel it lays flush with.
