5++++ stars. I've been wanting to get a door in my garage to my side yard, where there wasn't one,…read morefor almost 6 years, since moved in. Finally got it done. I had several estimates but Krasiva, although not the lowest Jeff presented as the most trustworthy company. I reviewed Jeff earlier in year and came right back to him when ready to get project done. He came back out and we got paperwork done. Dustin came out and measured. They were both very informative about the whole project and estimate of when job would be done. I learned about door frames and stuff I don't remember now, but they do the job to insure its sound construction. Communication was great. Yelonda in office called or emailed to keep me updated, give me information and answer my questions. Never did I have to reach out more than once to get an answer. That says a lot about a company and how they treat their customers. I felt valued and respected. I also think the company owner and management has to be treating these folks well which trickles down to customers. It finally came to day for installation, Thursday July 23rd. Dustin and I believe it was Glennis arrived a little early ready to work. The electrician came shortly after and installed light fixture I purchased. Then door install began. Not sure how they worked the long hours they did with it something like 110 out, but they got things done. Dustin came back next day for several hours to finish up, it was only to be 116 that day. I'd also purchased a keyless entry deadbolt that he put in. They got everything accomplished and it looked great. Everything was cleaned up and my door was now there. Monday Spencer came and painted. I purchased the type of paint recommended for door and had it match my exterior. (I'm in a HOA community. Door is behind gate and barely can see top and light fixture from street, but I followed HOA guidelines). Just had whole door and frame done in same color. If you prefer different trim color you just get different color, but I'm fine with it all matching rest of house. Inside it "pops" on white wall. Spencer did a great job and door looks flawless. If you need a door installed call these folks. Any extra money you may spend will be well worth it. Knowing they followed city codes and building codes, did the necessary work to insure the job was done right. They even checked with my HOA if needed approval, which I did have to have. They did what was needed to make things strong and secure with no corner cutting. I think the door will last for many years to come. Couple other companies were kind of wishy washy on if need to follow all codes, and need of HOA approval, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to be sure nothing would come up down the road that some part of job wasn't right or maybe a hazard. Overall a great experience. These folks were always polite, respectful and friendly. Had a few nice conversations with Dustin and Spencer. Close to my generation. Oh, they had terrific music playing too, tunes I remember. Again call Krasiva if you need doors or windows. Jeff had told me Krasiva means Beautiful in Russian. And my door is definitely Krasiva.

The short version is that they came to evaluate my front door, and ended up fixing it on the spot…read more So far (it's been over a week now) the door is closing better, more easily. Really 4.5 stars. There was some difficultly with communication that required some persistence on my part. But that only rates a 1/2 star reduction because he did eventually schedule me in. The long version follows: We have had problems with the front door for some time. And it seemed to be getting worse over the years. We had someone out several years ago, and they only put additional stripping on the jamb. This year the door sweep appeared to be wearing out (again), and the new one didn't want to mount (it was too thick). Checking reviews I called Precision Fit (Jason). After a few fumbled communications, Jason put me in his calendar. From then on the communication was good. He showed up to evaluate my door. I had sent him photos, and he thought he might have to remove the entire door frame and redo it. But he wanted to see it for himself, and was going to be in the area. To my surprise, when he showed up he said something along the lines of "I can do this now". Next thing I know he's moved the hinges, and shimmed a bit, and replaced the weather stripping, and even lowered the threshold so the sweep doesn't drag so much. Plus he drove longer screws into the frame to hold the hinges better. When he was done the door opened and closed better, and there were no light leaks around the door. Previously what clued me in to the problem was light leaks both at the top-left and lower-right of the door. Those are now gone. And he didn't have to rip the frame out. He still could have done that, and I wouldn't have known that it wasn't necessary. But he spent about 1-2 hours, fixed the problem, and saved me money compared to the more expensive procedure of remounting a door frame. So I recommend this service. They are honest and only do the work that is needed, and they appear to do it right. Post-script: It turns out that I called Precision Fit six years ago, but it wasn't Jason then. I remember a middle-aged man who didn't really impress me. He's the one who added thicker weather stripping and said not much else could be done. Jason proved him wrong.

A few years ago we contracted with Artistic Entry based in Scottsdale, Arizona. My issue with this…read morecompany is not the design of the security door, rather the poor, inept customer service they have offered since our purchase. I have been having problems with the fit of the door itself, overtime it's not a good seal. The bottom right side of the door is bowed, allowing dirt and bugs in. I called in March to have it looked at. PATRICK (owner/designer of said company) informed me because we lived farther away it would take time to have it looked at. There was no guarantee as to when they would be able to get to me ?!?!? Yet they had no problem accepting my $4,000+ door when I originally purchased it. He said he will inform (SANDY, his scheduler). He assured me they would call me as soon as they had another install in my area. (note - I live about an hour from their location). He informed me I don't need to be home when and if they do come to repair. I informed him I DID NOT want a contractor on my property while I am not there. I want to be home when their repairman comes. I literally waited a month and half for a phone call. Nothing. I called SANDY to find out what's going on? When she picks up she immediately says .. " Oh we'll actually be in your area next week for an install." Yet had I not called I would have never been informed or scheduled. I already had the vibe that they were trying to dodge me, after this call I knew that was the case. The day before my scheduled appointment I received a call from SANDY informing me they would need to reschedule my appointment a few days later because their worker had come down with heatstroke!?!? I guess it's possible, even though I was already suspect, sounded convenient to me. More delays. My problem with the rescheduling was that it was now on a Friday and I had a doctors appointment in the morning across town at 10:30am. SANDY assured me it would be fine, as she went into this long winded dissertation that the installer will be working a mile away from my home installing a new door and those usually take 4-5 hours. They wouldn't be to my home until 1pm ish. I reiterated I would not be home until atleast 12:30pm and did not approve workers to be on my property unless I was present. She said "no problem and I'll even keep you posted the morning of their progress so you'll have plenty of time."Along comes Friday. I am literally just finishing up my doctors appointment I get a phone call at 11:04am, it's SANDY. She informs me the workers finished early, and are almost at my home. I informed her I wasn't home and reminded her of our conversation that I wouldn't be until closer to 1pm and that I did not approve having their worker on my property. SANDY replies to me "well I can't have them wait for you until you get home" ?!!? I informed of her prior agreement, she became very flip and terse. I asked her why didn't she call me earlier with an update like she had informed me of? SANDY replies "well they were finished early so .." I said I understood that but without me being there, there would be no repair. I kept on her, she became flustered and had no answers. She then said "well let me see what we can do and I'll call you back. " Fast forward 90 minutes later, I arrive home. I noticed my front gate wide open, it's always closed. I walk up to my front security door and noticed it had been tampered with. ARTISTIC ENTRY still decided to enter my property after I had SPECIFICALLY informed both parties PATRICK & SANDY several times that I did not approve or want their contractor on my property while I am not home. The bafoon they sent, decided to saw down a piece of metal that made contact with the screen door. The angle of the cut was crooked, there is now a very sharp and jagged piece of metal sticking out. There is now a gap between my frame for bugs, water and dirt to enter. The frame to my security door is damaged. I was never informed or communicated to about what options I had, they just did it. This repairman didn't even clean up the mess he made. Left the metal piece and debris all on my welcome mat. HOW PROFESSIONAL! The whole point of this repair was to fix the bottom right corner from allowing bugs, dirt and water from entering, this half assed repair did nothing but create more damage. Since I was not home they were unable to open my front door to properly assess and view the issue. Which was one reasons I did not want them there without me. I was trying to avoid this exact thing from happening. This company is unreliable and rogue ! AVOID IT ALL COSTS. SANDY & PATRICK should not be in business if they cannot communicate effectively with their costumers. Their contractors are rogue imbeciles who don't know how to do basic assessment of repair. To add insult to injury, SANDY left off by saying she'd call me back, that has not happened. Think it's time to file a formal complaint with BBB.
