New glass and ROLLERS on 3 sliders
    Jill S.

TRUE VIEW WINDOWS DESERVES A MILLION STARS! This is my go to saying on reviews where a business knocks my socks off!! Our realtor recommended True View (they are tried and true with them). We used them to replace 3 broken window on the home we just sold and again on a BIG job for the home we just bought. On our new house we had 12 windows replaced, front door glass replacement and 3 huge sliders that needed the rollers replaced (you could hardly open them). On both occasions they came out to measure, ordered the replacements and scheduled the install straight away. Just yesterday-they showed up right on time at 7am (it was still a bit dark) with 3 work trucks and 4 guys. Derek, Dylan, Brody, and Nolan were extraordinary! Their skills and work ethic were off the charts. They worked so hard and never took a break. This was a big job with huge pieces of glass! I was amazed at their perfection and skills. My windows are soooooo beautiful and the guys literally left my house better than they found it. I am a neat freak and there was not one spec left behind. They even wiped down our indoor out door bar counter. There wasn't even a print left on the windows-as they were cleaned as well. My sliders GLIDE OPEN AND LOOK AND FEEL BRAND NEW!! Wow! Proper window installation is so important and I believe these guys did a phenomenal job. They were experts in their field and super knowledgeable regarding their product and installation. I also ALWAYS received excellent customer service from the get go. Lynell was exceptional at her job. She even gave me her direct line if I had any questions. We have used a few window companies in different States that we have lived and TRUE VIEW is hands down THE BEST IN THE BIZ! Their quality of work is unmatched! Truly grateful my realtor referred them and for True Views awesomeness!

    Wine cellar

Highly recommended. They're very professional and fast! Also, recommend different ideas with good price! My wine cellar came out so pretty and fast!

This was one of the three bathrooms that True View installed for us.

The entire process with True View was amazing. Easy to get in contact with, easy to schedule, timely arrival, excellent work. The price to have my five mirrors installed was reasonable. Totally professional, the entire team introduced themselves and were an absolute pleasure. Everything was cleaned up, and the installation exceeded our expectations. I'm extraordinarily detailed, and was so thrilled that we decided to send them a tip that would cover lunch for the four guys that installed. Highly recommended !!!

One salesman came to my house, told me that matte black and oil rubbed bronze would look the same so just go with that, and that my barn door bypass door would have a leak on each side, so I would need a fixed panel on each side....So what HE wanted. Then, sent an estimate of $3888. I got what I wanted (my oil rubbed bronze trim door, bypass with the barn door top, 3/8 in spot free coated glass...the opening is only space for 60 in door x 76" high from Home Depot delivered safely to my home. Then, Modern Innovations installed it beautifully. Under $2K for what I wanted, not what a salesman wanted almost 4K. I did my shopping using yelp reviews and the internet for the exact door, features, and quality and installation quality.

I can't thank you enough. From the time I met you guys at the house to coming to the house days after you guys left, everything was super professional. You guys were on point on every step and very proactive. And to top it, I didn't have to do a single paint touch up in the house. Wild. It's rare to find the place with the best price to also have the best customer service but somehow you guys pull it off. Thank you, Judd. Made my life so easy doing this entire project from out of state.

    Acceptable?

If you want to gamble on which crew comes out and how many visits it will take to make it right try them, the prices were competitive. But don't get your hopes up on the windows they sell you, when the final measurement happens the contractor will tell you the salesman over promised and the windows you wanted aren't available or will not work with your home design. So that was a waste of time and if you want another appointment or he can just select the closest product. After waiting the usual 10 weeks or so for windows to be manufactured and scheduling a 48hour window install. Requiring someone to be home, meaning taking time off of work. The contractors missed the time to start so 2 hours into that window a phone cal to the office revealed they had no crew due to "personal reasons". Mind you I took a Monday and Tuesday to be available for install starting between 8-10a at 10a I called them to find out they had to reschedule for 2 weeks later in the month. No confirmation email or follow up until the day of with a call from the installers that they are waiting for me at my house. I was 5 minutes away so no big deal there. The install seemed to go well, other than the caulk looking like they used a toothpaste tube or bubble gum, and stucco having missing chunks that pool water when it rains. Seriously just squeezed in with no finishing or attention to finish details. When questioned about it the installer took pictures and said he would send them to the office. A week later I get a call asking for final payment. When I questioned the finish work the office claims ignorant and never saw images. I took images and sent them myself. The following Sunday the salesman can by to look at it, he took pictures and committed to following up. I got another call from the office stating that they deemed the damage and finish acceptable and needed payment. I told them about the salesmen coming by and they had no idea or records of that visit. Now they stated they would review it again. A week later a random contractor looked like they took mud and filled a few of the stucco issues on the front of the house but not the rear, no appointment and no notes left in fact if I hadn't gone out front I wouldn't have known they came by at all. 2 weeks now and there is still no reconciliation. We are going on 7 weeks since installation was originally scheduled. Mind you we had 3 houses done and the other 2 were reasonably done and their caulk and grout seem professionally done. If you want to risk your home and your hard money, a bit like a lottery go with this company. If you want communication and someone that stands behind their work keep scrolling. True View may have been a good local company at some point, right now they are short staffed, unprofessional and untrained. Maybe one day they will be back to the level that many reviewers have stated as of 2021 they are not to the standard. And for the money you would be better served avoiding them or waiting until they train their new hires how to work a caulk gun.

Enclosed Back Patio Quick background - We have had a…read morescreened-in patio since moving into our house in 1983. In 2001, we replaced much of the wood and installed a 28" slab wall. My wife fabricated the screens. The last improvement was made in 2011, when we had heavy screens fabricated with eyelets and attached them with cap screws. After all these years, we decided to make this a functional room year-round instead of Mar - May/Oct - Dec. As we know, it is always easier to build new than to reconstruct. It's a 200 sq. ft. space with good wood, foundation, etc. We went out for three quotes, including Desert King Windows, which we had replaced all our windows with back in 2010. They came in as the best price, but what was most appealing was how straightforward it all was. It was not a simple project. We required to not have any wood showing other than the very top. It was explained how they would foil wrap the beams and ledge. We were given options for the windows and doors with no price haggling. Since they were our last quote, we were satisfied to advise on the spot that we wanted them to do the project. Days later, Johnny came over for exact measurements, to engineer the project in terms of how many windows, which beams would be removed/moved, exactly how the foil would be placed and installed, and the like. A few days after that, the owner, Jayson, came by with Johnny and the sales rep, Don, to give a final look over and to make sure we were "all on the same page" before the order was submitted for fabrication. The project was scheduled for 6-8 weeks, which occurred. It was expected to take three days, but the crew led by Jose finished it up in two long days. My wife, who has had a complete bathroom remodel redone, was extremely happy (this was her ideal and project), which is telling. I have attached before (after the screens were removed) and after pics, which show the transformation. Oh - and to be able to use this year-round - we added a mini split, and thus far, with the type of windows and doors, it hardly needs to run to keep it cool. Yes, we still have the real summer to evaluate it out.

Don and Justin were both very helpful with selecting the right door at a fair price, and getting exact measurements for the work. Mike and Cindy did a fantastic job installing the product and were very kind and informative about our new window/door. I highly recommend using Desert King Windows for your next job.

When the crew arrived to install the windows in November, they ripped all of the windows out at the same time. It was a cold and rainy day. Three of the five windows had defects and had to be replaced. (that took a couple of months). My window frames are a dark brown. They used black caulking and did a horrible job. The lines were not clean and I had black smudges on the walls that could not be completely removed. They sent out a caulking guy and he worked to make it look better. One of the windows that didn't need replacement had a scratched frame that they promised they would touch up. In February 2026 they wanted final payment. They promised they would order the touch-up paint for the frame and the job would be completed. It is now May 2026. No touch-up paint. No follow-up. I emailed them and told them that I was concerned that if I paid them they would not return. Unfortunately I was correct. Seems they didn't care. No response. The only part of the job that went well was the stucco guy, Ivan. He did a great job. My advice is to proceed with caution. I have other windows that I want to replace and was going to do it in phases with this company. Needless to say, I will not be using them.
