n March 2019, I purchased 56 insulated replacement windows from True View Windows & Glass at a cost of more than $15,000. A major reason I chose True View was the company's promise of a lifetime warranty. Today, all 56 insulated glass units have experienced seal failure. True View has acknowledged that the failures are related to the butyl sealant used in the insulated glass units. Over the past year, I have repeatedly contacted True View seeking warranty service. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and service requests, this issue remains unresolved. When a True View representative first came to my home to inspect the windows, he agreed that this was a warranty issue and stated that all of the windows would be replaced. After returning to the office, that same representative later informed me during a phone conversation that True View had consulted with their attorney and that the matter was still considered a warranty issue. Despite these acknowledgments, I am still waiting for True View to honor the warranty that was a significant factor in my decision to purchase these windows. I am posting this here because I believe a company that stands behind its products should also stand behind its customers. A lifetime warranty should mean something, especially when a homeowner has invested more than $15,000 and trusted the company's promises. I hope True View Windows & Glass will choose to resolve this matter fairly and restore my confidence in the company. I will gladly update this post when the issue is resolved. Outstanding customer service from the OWNER himself I had an outstanding experience with True View Windows and Glass and its owner, Nick. I had been searching for brushed stainless steel U-channels for a bathroom renovation project, and what should have been a simple purchase turned into weeks of frustration. I spent weeks calling manufacturers, distributors, and multiple local companies, but I kept hitting dead ends. Eventually, I was referred to True View Windows and Glass. When I stopped by, it was after their business hours. I noticed a side door open, I called out, and a gentleman came to see if he could help. I briefly explained the situation and the difficulty I had been having finding the parts. To my surprise, that gentleman turned out to be Nick, the owner and CEO of the company. My experience with True View Windows & Glass has been a nightmare form the beginning. 1. They said that they'd be able to cut the glass I needed, which didn't turn out to be true. After not hearing back about the glass being ready, I called to find out that they couldn't cut the glass, and it had to be sent out to do it. 2. After making an installation date for the glass to be installed between 10 and 1 p m, I get a phone call, on that day at 11 am, that my installation was cancelled for that day. Mind you, the day before, I got a phone message that if I cancel my appointment, I'll be charged $100.00. So, when they cancelled my appointment, I told them that I should be charging them $100. They had no answer for that. 3. To add a note. The day they cancelled my appointment, I lost out on a paying job, I could've accepted but couldn't cause they were supposed to show up to install the glass. 4. So, another appointment was set up for the following week. 5. Second appointment day arrives and the installer ends up installing the glass backwards. Now I have to get another in Staller to come out and reinstall the glass the right way. Mind you this whole process started on February 6th, 2026 when the glass was ordered and paid half of the total bill. 6. I paid half on February 6th, 2026 and the second half when the glass was installed the first time. I lived up to the bargain from start to finish. I only wish True View Window & Glass did the same. 7. I was also told that I would be sent $100. for all the inconvenience I went through but never received a check to this day. I'LL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! In my opinion they are unprofessional and dishonest. read more

TRUE VIEW WINDOWS DESERVES A MILLION STARS! This is my go to saying on reviews where a business knocks my socks off!! Our realtor recommended True View (they are tried and true with them). We used them to replace 3 broken window on the home we just sold and again on a BIG job for the home we just bought. On our new house we had 12 windows replaced, front door glass replacement and 3 huge sliders that needed the rollers replaced (you could hardly open them). On both occasions they came out to measure, ordered the replacements and scheduled the install straight away. Just yesterday-they showed up right on time at 7am (it was still a bit dark) with 3 work trucks and 4 guys. Derek, Dylan, Brody, and Nolan were extraordinary! Their skills and work ethic were off the charts. They worked so hard and never took a break. This was a big job with huge pieces of glass! I was amazed at their perfection and skills. My windows are soooooo beautiful and the guys literally left my house better than they found it. I am a neat freak and there was not one spec left behind. They even wiped down our indoor out door bar counter. There wasn't even a print left on the windows-as they were cleaned as well. My sliders GLIDE OPEN AND LOOK AND FEEL BRAND NEW!! Wow! Proper window installation is so important and I believe these guys did a phenomenal job. They were experts in their field and super knowledgeable regarding their product and installation. I got what I wanted (my oil rubbed bronze trim door, bypass with the barn door top, 3/8 in spot free coated glass...the opening is only space for 60 in door x 76" high from Home Depot delivered safely to my home. Absolutely the worst service for a windows job I've seen and we have been in real estate for 20 years. Paid for my windows in April. At first, the job went smoothly, but then they didn't measure two accent windows correctly. I understand. It happens. They say they will expedite getting the windows (which means 3-4 weeks) and they will take care of the additional stucco repair since my stucco and paint people were on the schedule right after them. Somehow, the supervisor comes out and also measures the windows incorrectly (they are blaming the fabricator but who knows. If it was the fabricator, why have you sent 3 guys out to measure). They of course don't tell us this until the 4 weeks is up and now we are waiting on 2 windows again. They assure us this time, they will overnight it, get it to us in no more than a week or two. Yet, my house looks continuously pretty bad. Today, 2 weeks later, something else went wrong and now it may be 3-4 weeks again for our windows, which everyone is waiting on them now for 2 months so they can finish their jobs. Talked about a credit once, but now the office manager won't return phone calls. Vinnie, the sales guy, has been the one to break the news. He has been professional throughout but would not recommend this company. We will be sending all of our clients elsewhere. read more

If you want to gamble on which crew comes out and how many visits it will take to make it right try them, the prices were competitive. But don't get your hopes up on the windows they sell you, when the final measurement happens the contractor will tell you the salesman over promised and the windows you wanted aren't available or will not work with your home design. So that was a waste of time and if you want another appointment or he can just select the closest product. After waiting the usual 10 weeks or so for windows to be manufactured and scheduling a 48hour window install. Requiring someone to be home, meaning taking time off of work. The contractors missed the time to start so 2 hours into that window a phone cal to the office revealed they had no crew due to "personal reasons". Mind you I took a Monday and Tuesday to be available for install starting between 8-10a at 10a I called them to find out they had to reschedule for 2 weeks later in the month. No confirmation email or follow up until the day of with a call from the installers that they are waiting for me at my house. I was 5 minutes away so no big deal there. The install seemed to go well, other than the caulk looking like they used a toothpaste tube or bubble gum, and stucco having missing chunks that pool water when it rains. Seriously just squeezed in with no finishing or attention to finish details. When questioned about it the installer took pictures and said he would send them to the office. A week later I get a call asking for final payment. When I questioned the finish work the office claims ignorant and never saw images. I took images and sent them myself. The following Sunday the salesman can by to look at it, he took pictures and committed to following up. I got another call from the office stating that they deemed the damage and finish acceptable and needed payment. I told them about the salesmen coming by and they had no idea or records of that visit. Now they stated they would review it again. A week later a random contractor looked like they took mud and filled a few of the stucco issues on the front of the house but not the rear, no appointment and no notes left in fact if I hadn't gone out front I wouldn't have known they came by at all. 2 weeks now and there is still no reconciliation. We are going on 7 weeks since installation was originally scheduled. Mind you we had 3 houses done and the other 2 were reasonably done and their caulk and grout seem professionally done. If you want to risk your home and your hard money, a bit like a lottery go with this company. If you want communication and someone that stands behind their work keep scrolling. True View may have been a good local company at some point, right now they are short staffed, unprofessional and untrained. Maybe one day they will be back to the level that many reviewers have stated as of 2021 they are not to the standard. And for the money you would be better served avoiding them or waiting until they train their new hires how to work a caulk gun. read more

The new Milgard windows are beautiful, quiet and reduced our energy use immediately - a tremendous upgrade from our old steel casement windows. It was a challenging demo/install (brick house) and Troy's expertise was invaluable. Both the on site and admin teams were responsive to our concerns and questions. I would give them a full 5 stars but the trim millwork for the bay window took 3 times (and several delays) to get right. But the windows turned out great! I highly recommend them. read more

Started off great! Mike Came out measured the window and gave a price quote. The field manager came put and re measured the window. We ordered the window and after 6 weeks trying to schedule the install. They gave very little time ( NO notice) and a small window to do it or it would be another 6 weeks to have the "crew" back out in my neighborhood. Ugh! Day of installation they tore out the window and the crew left for over 3 hours "for supplies" with a gapping hole in the wall and it was very cold that day! They final returned and installed the window. They had wrong measurements and the wrong grid pattern. Ended up with a 5 inch beam right down the middle of our "new picture window". Called mike and the business office and no return calls from either one until the end of the week! Long story Mike and the manger comes out 8 says after the install and agree that it is wrong. They inform me that they have to order a new window and that will take up to 6 weeks! 4 weeks later they call me to schedule and install and it's another 8 weeks from now! We are now 4 months into the process asked for a manger to call me back and NO CALL no nothing and this will take 6 months to complete this process. STAY AWAY! read more

I actually called the window manufacturing plant in Phoenix to ask who they recommend for installation. They told me True View, so I reached out to schedule a quote. Vincent was our salesman and was very patient. He also never pressured me, which I really appreciated. There was a manufacturing delay with our windows, but the scheduling department kept me in mind and called me as soon as there was a cancellation so we could get our windows installed asap. Finally, on installation day, the team arrived on time (early, actually!) and got everything done in ONE DAY. I couldn't believe it. We were replacing 5 windows, 1 slider, and turning 1 bedroom window into a slider. The work they did looks absolutely beautiful and they left our home cleaner than they found it. As a new homeowner, deciding which projects to tackle is tricky. New windows were 100% worth every penny. Our old windows were single pane and it felt like you could punch through them (if you could even open them...). Our new windows move easily, look beautiful, AND are energy efficient. It was eerie how quiet our house was after installation, too. Newer windows also reduce traffic noise. True View was a great company to work with. 10/10 would do it again. read more

We used True View to do a replacement window. They did our original house and our guest house a did a fine job. This time it took 20 weeks to get 1 window. I get the supply chain so we waited. Once the window was installed they also performed a stucco patch. The patch is awful and doesn't match out existing stucco at all. We asked them to come back to fix and even sent them pictures. Jessica was fine to work and showed her managers the pictures. The "managers" said they reviewed the pictures and said there is nothing wrong with the patch! Well according to the registrar of contractors, stucco patches must be "feathered" out to complete a smooth transition from existing to patch. They went out maybe 3-4 inches, no feather. and the patch immediately cracked and separated. We asked if we could have a proper patch performed on our end and have the window company give us a discount on the remainder of the window. They refused! Long story short, we will never use them again a and will not recommend them to anyone. read more

Right from the get go....If you do not know much or anything about windows or window purchasing , I would steer clear of this company. I have had the worst experience trying to get them to fix a window I purchased 4-5 years ago. They have no customer service and maybe that's why they are competitive in pricing but don't be fooled and apparently with them windows only last about 4-5 years. They sold me what might be the worst product and then switched the window manufacturer on me with the other windows (I guess they knew something was wrong with the window they sold me) but I can't get an explanation because they don't have one. The window has the business name True View on it also? Why would a business put their name on a piece of crap window......Maybe because there philosophy is once you pay them and the window is installed they're done with their obligation. Again service is not their thing. So I have been told many times by them "they were to busy to assist" and I had to contact the manufacturer myself. So they sent me to the wrong manufacturer because to begin with (that I had to teach with many different phone numbers and time,) but remember you time doesn't matter to them, only how busy they are is what matters, as it was made perfectly clear to me per our conversations. Now I have to contact the actual manufacturer and figure out how to get my window replaced as they didn't receive or care to get an answer from them (Cascade windows, garbage product) spoiler alert it's most likely because they intentionally sold me a bad window and or installed it incorrectly. At this point they don't care about resolving the issue or taking care of a customer who spent their hard earned money with them. FYI the window is crumbling. This may be the only way to get them to honor there responsibilities as being a business in our community or maybe they will be exposed for the frauds they truly are, it's really up to them. They best part is, I'm finishing up the windows in my home and they will not be a part of it, they're too busy anyway....... the pictures of the windows crumbling with the name True View on it, is my window. Slight update the manufacturer is saying it appears to be and installation and not warranty. I'll keeping updating this post until I getsome resolution. Update- The manager at True View has stepped in, and is now assisting with the issue. The have send a technician to my residence and have conveyed they are honoring the warranty and work. Once communication opened with the manager the difference has been amazing with help and communication. The scheduling an estimate was easy but went downhill from there. A representative was sent out to measure the wind that needed repairs. Totally botched that job and got the wrong measurements. Said it would be 2-3 weeks for the window. Over a month later i contacted True View about status and they said they were setting up the installation schedule. Date was set and installers came out on time to install the window. Problem, the installers knew right away the window they had would not fit and had to remeasure it all over again and order a new window. They did expedite the new window and about a week later they set a date for installation. I informed the scheduler that i would be home later that afternoon and set the install window for afternoon due to an earlier appointment I had. Just as I'm leaving i get a call from the installers saying they are on their way and be there in 10 minutes. Luckily my daughter was at the house and let them in. They installed the window but had to break the quarter round molding to get the window replaced which they didn't have to replace. Turns out the molding is obsolete and can't be replaced. The window was left with glue on the outside of the window for me to scrap off. Incompetent employee's and a sloppy job. They did knock off $100 for my pain and suffering but not enough to ever use them again when it comes to window replacement for the house. read more

Lou, the repairman, came out and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He had to come back a 2nd time for the full repair, once again he came out as the appointment was set up. If I could leave a zero stars I would,this place has been out to my house three times to fix issues very disappointed in the value of their work.They were hired by a company called dreamstyle showers it's just been one horrible experience with the both of them.The first time they came out they had to add silicone to different areas of the shower door and it looked like they just slapped it on to fix the problem,but it didn't.It was still leaking water we're the silicone was put on very sloppy and poor quality so i had to call them out again because the hardware was not done right screws were sticking out.I was ok with them coming back out to fix the issue,Which we thought they did.they sent a lead out this time to fix the leak and put new hardware in some areas of the shower and not only that our glass was Scratched.And here we are a couple weeks later with our shower still leaking,I have reached out to them by text no response back it's been over a week now need advice what should I do next. read more

Originally, True View Window & Glass (TVWG) installed new Low-E annealed glass replacements on 9/16/21 for $1,916. The first week of January 2022 they called to inquire about whether I wanted them to install another previously measured replacement. I rejected the possibility of the additional replacement, because I had seen glass/frame separation on one of the original 9/16/21 installs.  I sent out pictures immediately, and on 2/8/22 TVWG told me they would be sending a tech to check it. After one cancellation, Greg, a veteran tech, finally came on 2/22/22. He noted that both of the original replacements were bent - one concave and the other convex - and said he would discuss a second replacement of the glass with management. However, he never indicated that the vinyl frames were somehow compromised or involved in the bending. Then TVWG informed me that there would be a delay in obtaining new glass. I said that wasn't a problem, given COVID and the internationally delayed supply chain. Still, never any mention about frame concerns were noted by TVWG.  Subsequently, Mike, TVWG Tech, and his assistant came here on 4/19/22 to install new glass. When I told Mike of the problems with TVWG's 2 previous glass panels, he suddenly informed me that my vinyl frames might have issues with bending/deterioration leading to bending/warping. He suggested that fiberglass, clad wood or aluminum frames were better to prevent continued repetition of such problems. I told him I was perplexed, because no one from TVWG had so warned me before. I suggested he put a level on the frames to check them. He did not have a long level on the truck, so I loaned him my 4 footer to check the frames. He immediately noticed the bent/warped/sun damaged vinyl frames, which should have been a red flag for all previously involved TVWG techs. If I had been given such a warning about the original damaged frames before September 16, 2021, I could have made a more informed choice to change the frames completely before wasting almost $2000 to install glass in bent/warped frames. Interestingly, my original south-facing glass unit actually had a crack in a corner before TVWG's first replacement glass install. I now realise this crack must have been prompted by the pressure of the bending frame. Someone from TVWG should immediately have realised it too, and warned me that merely replacing the glass was a bad plan. In summary, I should have been made aware of the possibility of compromised frames by TVWG techs before I spent $1,916 to install the first glass replacements in 9/16/21, only to see glass/frame separation 3 months later.  Next I Chad Carlson, TVWG residential frame/window install division, who quoted more than $3,100 for 2 Milgard Ultra-Series Picture Windows with dual-pane insulated Low-E Argon-filled glass. Nice game if you can pull it off.  First charge $2K for new glass and 3 months later when the windows fail, bend/warp, try to sell the customer on complete frame replacements for another $3K. Yesterday our 5-window installation and expert stucco repair was completed. True View Window and Glass gave us an excellent customer experience. From sales to field management, we received prompt answers to emailed questions. We visited the showroom for a low key, no-pressure sales meeting. Our IWC Aluminum windows and the installation process met strict HOA requirements. The crews were professional and personable. They cleaned up inside and around the condo grounds. Needed a window replace at my elderly parents home. Inform them that I would take care of everything and didn't want them to have to worry about anything it would all go through me.
