Contacted Scott about a glass shower door for a custom sized shower. Scott was super responsive and fairly priced. He came and measured and said he would be back within 10 days or so to schedule install. Scheduled install and Scott was on time and in and out and did a great job installing. We are super happy with everything. Highly recommend Scott. read more

Scott was able to give me a quote over the phone for a large replacement kitchen window. He works independently so his price was better than other places. I agreed to his quote and he set up a day to stop over and take measurements. He then ordered the window and a few weeks later he and an assistant installed it. He was good at communicating his schedule and he accepts a variety of payments including Zelle which was easy for me. I'm thrilled to be looking out of a clear window after years of living with white specs obscuring my view. Wish I had known to call him sooner! read more

Every five-star review is so well earned. This is absolutely an owner who cares about his business and providing nothing short of stellar customer service in all aspects of the job. Scott installed a gorgeous 5 foot wide frameless glass panel for our newly remodeled master shower and we could not be more pleased with the outcome and his expertise in the way he attached the glass to the floor and wall. It is more beautiful than we could have imagined. And not only did he do that installation when he was here, he graciously repaired our other bathroom shower door that had been incorrectly mounted previously by another glass company. Truly exceptional experience from start to finish. read more

Replaced glass shower doors and put up a mirror. Excellent work. Easy to contact. Very clean and courteous.

Scott just completed a shower door repair and I am perfectly pleased. He was responsive, punctual, efficient, neat, and fixed the problem! His fee was reasonable - what more could I ask? I can recommend him highly and will absolutely use him again when/if I need any other repair. He clearly earned 5 stars. read more

Fast and reliable - only thing i would recommend is ask where shower door handles will be and make sure you like it

I just remodeled my master shower. We were originally going to try to use the glass that we had because it wasn't even 6 years old but I had been warned that the glass could shatter. It did shatter and I was in a little bit of panic mode. I posted my project request for a custom Rainglass panel and Scott was the first to respond to my request. He asked all the right questions and he was able to give me a quote. He came out that same week to measure and said it would take some time but he thought maybe 4 weeks. He came today to install the panel earlier than anticipated. Scott takes pride in his work. His price was fair for great quality work. I would use Modern Solutions Glass again and recommend them to anyone. read more

Unfortunately, I had a very different experience with this installer. People should not take their aggressions out on their customer if something had gone wrong with them the night(s) before. Waiting for hours and not giving an arrival window is so unprofessional, saying that "I will call you when I head out toward you" is not a window, making your customer wait for hours. Short tempered and threatening to take down the whole installation if not paid at this moment without an invoice is something else, after stalling about giving me an invoice. I should not have to argue about me getting an invoice before I pay. Terrible experience. The only thing emailed to me was the invoice I insisted on. What are you talking about? read more

We recently remodeled our condo and of everyone we worked with, Scott was the person who stands out. I read his Yelp reviews & called him while driving across town. He was also driving. We discussed the single pane of glass I wanted in place of a shower curtain. He asked me to send pictures when I wasn't driving. I did& he sent back some pictures of his work with a reasonable cost estimate. Once I said I was in, he set up a time to come take measurements, & said the custom glass would be ready in 2 weeks. He texted when it was ready, came over, spent less than an hour on install and left with his payment in hand. He was kind, clean, efficient, and always on time ' personable. I don't have any glass needs in the near future, but when/if I do, it'll be Modern Glass Solutions every time. read more

We decided to build a custom wine cellar in our home and needed to find a good glass company that provide the glass for the structure. We reached out to three different companies and asked if they could come out on a Monday. All three showed up and took measurements and said they would get a quote to us later that day as we had asked. This was the only company who kept their word on that part. We had one quote by the end of the day from Modern Glass. We waited for the other two quotes and one of those came in 3 days later and the other one was about 10 days later. We knew we were going to use Modern Glass from the beginning. Scott was easy to work with and his pricing beat the competition by a mile. His work turned out exactly as we wanted and on time. We highly recommend using him for your glass project but no copying what we did!! read more

We had Scott fabricate and install a frameless glass shower enclosure in our remodeled master bath. I was very particular about the glass and the hardware to be installed. Hired Scotts company to help me in a really bad situation. I'm in the middle of a move and I went to clean the glass in the bathroom sliding glass shower door exploded all over me. I called Scott, Scott was on the ball!! He took the call and as we were speaking he ordered the glass. Then he sent out his guy Matt literally two days later to hang the door. I couldn't thank him for bailing me out and making sure the new ppl moving in behind me were not out a shower door. As they say the early bird gets the worm. Scott is on the ball!! Fair price considering this was a situation I didn't want to find myself in! Other glass companies couldn't turn this around as fast as Scott did. AMAZING! He will be my go to guy from here to eternity! Great personality, easy to work with and literally he puts his customers first! Thank you Scott for making this happen! You're the glass man that topped them all! read more

What an amazing experience! Called Scott randomly seeking a solution to what could have been an expensive ordeal. He arrived within an hour, removed trim, took out old stained glass, left the existing plain glass, explained that I could leave it the way it was just replace the trim. Vacuumed, taped up existing trim and was on his way at an extremely reasonable price. Almost too reasonable. Efficient, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. So many rip offs today, not here with Modern Solutions Glass Thanks Scott read more
