Unfortunately, I had a very different experience with this installer. People should not take their aggressions out on their customer if something had gone wrong with them the night(s) before. Waiting for hours and not giving an arrival window is so unprofessional, saying that "I will call you when I head out toward you" is not a window, making your customer wait for hours. Short tempered and threatening to take down the whole installation if not paid at this moment without an invoice is something else, after stalling about giving me an invoice.
