My patience w/ contractors is thin and my time is valuable. We have used GCS in our last 3 homes - they @#! rock! Our current home has warped and unsquare walls and corners and ceilings (thanks, Maracay). And our orders was kinda tough: 1/2" Starphire ultra-clear frameless glass going 12' to the ceiling on the shower walls, and vanity mirrors going from backsplash to ceiling. Other glass providers have given us grief, complained, and lolly-gagged. GCS made the fit stinkin' perfect, and performed the install job right the very 1st time, w/ 100% zero oversight or micro-managing on our part. * Garret and Brandon are easy to work with and on top of their game * The install staff is punctual, friendly, professional * Unlike everyone else, these guys have never blown smoke up our dress * Their measurements are ridiculously spot-on * They measure and install multiple weeks before other glass providers are even able * The pricing is super reasonable, especially considering the time and quality work Thanks, guys, for making our Master & Guest Baths beautiful! read more

Garrett demands you not interrupt him, then interrupts you every time you start talking after patiently waiting for him to explain the history of the world. He's effectively saying "shut up and let me speak". This is what happens when you don't vet and test your job applicants. Garrett apologizes for YOUR feelings (you know "I'm sorry you feel that way"), not for interrupting you or other rude behavior. Garrett stresses that their process has never been given negative feedback. Go on their website and see if you can schedule an estimate. I gave up after 5 minutes of trying. So from a guy who developed processes for decades (me), I can tell you that their process has THEM in mind, NOT YOU. This is the kind of narcissism that will result in ANY problem with the job being either a "miscommunication" on your part (he likes that word) or something YOU did wrong. In addition to developing processes for decades, I also referred contractors and vendors to our Affluent Clients. I know that I would never have referred this company because of their bureaucracy and inability to accept responsibility. read more

I had a firm quote to install a custom cover on my existing shower. They had to take special measurements and I had to drive 2 plus hours so I came down the night before. Before I made the drive I confirmed the appointment And reminded them about my 2 hour trip. They confirmed 8am Friday. Oct. 11. The next morning at 8.25 I get a call saying we needed to reschedule. I was shocked. After reminding the caller about my trip etc he just said we need to reschedule. I protested and the response was he did not have time for this and he hung up. Yes his price was the lowest. Every thing else was horrible. I hired another firm who showed up and the job will be finished in 3 weeks. read more

The service and communication could not have been better! We are rehabing our home for sale, and NEEDED a new shower door. Dallas, Garrett, Jeremy, and Wayne were outstanding. Very honest people to work with. Fixed my shower door glass hinge in very reasonable price. Brandon gave me the honest opinion saying that he didn't think hinge needed to be replaced and it will going to cost me much more money but he can fix the hold hinge. Spoke with Brandon and he gave me a quote over the phone. It was the best I had gotten after calling all over town for quotes then once we agreed and I gave him my deposit my shower glass was installed in less than a week all of the other big guys told me it would be 10-14 days before install. The glass looks great and I couldn't be more happy with it. The price was great Brandon and his guys came in and had the glass installed and answered every question I had along the way. Kenny came out to do the original estimate and he was one of three companies i called, he had a couple of really good ideas as far as glass thickness and height were concerned, he thinks outside the box. They delivered when promised and the instill crew is neat, clean and professional, they did an awesome job on my shower glass,,i will recommend them to anyone and everyone.
