Pella French door sidelite (enough said). I searched high and low across the web trying to find ANYONE who would/could fix/replace our Pella French door sidelite glass with no success until I came across Sunny State Glass. Most if not all service providers I contacted straight out told me that they would not service a Pella window (sidelite). Thankfully after many tries I came across Sunny State Glass. Dwayne explained that he has many years experience with many different window providers (Pella, Andersen, etc.) and he would stop by to review and provide an estimate. Dwayne showed up on-time and explained that in his experience he had replaced many Pella windows. In our case he was confident that he could replace the glass in our Pella sidelite. To make matters even better, Dwayne's estimate came in around half the price/estimate that Pella was quoting (~$1500). Dwayne to his word - showed up, replaced the Pella sidelite glass, and provided excellent service (affable). My wife was extremely pleased that her Pella sidelite glass had been replaced but also saved half the cost of replace. I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess. I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. We were out of town this past weekend and came home to a ransacked house. The burglars had thrown a rock thru out bathroom door window and reached in to open the locked door. Glass was everywhere!
