Once I gave him approval to order the glass it only took a week from the order to Ismael doing the install. I give him extra credit because we have a textured surface in the shower which adds complexity to the sealing process because the texture means variance in the gap between glass and shower surface. It seems like they are totally inept. Earlier this week when I had appointment #8, they said they ran out of time because they were servicing another customer, but the today when they cancelled appointment #9, they said the vendor shipped them the wrong part. This is after appointment #7 was cancelled a few weeks ago because the wrong part was ordered at which point the inept receptionist told me she would have the technician verify the order to make sure that the next order would be correct. Obviously the technician is as inept as the receptionist. At this point my gut feeling is that they do not know how to repair our door and they are just making up excuses.

The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves.
