Recently they even broke my window, and, evidently, I needed a replacement. I've looked around and selected Vista View Glass and Mirrors based on the coverage area and their good ratings on Yelp. It was easy to contact them, and they arrived promptly to do an estimate. Their price was reasonable, and I decided to hire them for the work. They have a quick turnaround, and they would have completed the work in 3-4 days or so. Only in my case was there a problem: the golf ball broke not only the window but also damaged the frame and the window trim. That window trim had a specific design, and the window manufacturer was no longer in business. It took Louis a couple of weeks to search everywhere, but he did not give up, and in the end, he found a replacement. The new window looks just like the original. I could not be more content.

The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves. Make sure you thoroughly inspect and evaluate your windows well before the 2-year mark! Once two years pass, it becomes extremely difficult to file a formal complaint or claim warranty support, which leaves you completely on the hook for their mistakes. Writing this review so that we can help someone. Just like many other reviews, we were initially very happy with the window installation at first. However, here we are 4 years later dealing with active leaks that have caused interior drywall and patio damage. We had an independent inspector evaluate the windows, and they confirmed the original caulking job was rushed, improperly sealed, and poorly executed. There was some areas where the caulking wasn't even applied. Please take time to see the pictures. When we reached out regarding the water damage, the unprofessionalism of their team was unbelievable. Instead of taking accountability or offering a real solution, Kris was dismissive, sarcastic and condescending--telling us to "Take a walk, grab a beer. Cool off bro". They also said it was basically our fault for not maintaining the windows by painting the caulking, which we were never informed to do. They tried to smooth things over by offering a complimentary recaulking, but that simply isn't right--a free patch job doesn't fix the drywall damage or make up for a job that should have been done correctly in the first place. We sent them the invoice hoping they would cover any amount of the patio damage resulting from the leaking window, and we still have not heard back. You pay a premium for new windows so you don't have to deal with leaks, home damage, and poor workmanship. To pay that amount of money only to be met with cheap quality and blatant unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Please inspect every exterior seal thoroughly as soon as possible.
