We reached out to six glass companies about a specialty window we needed for our bathroom shower. Brian responded with details that matched what we'd asked for and never tried to offer us something different, which happened with most of the other companies. Came out to get measurements and verify our exact needs. Process and communication were clear and quick, and the window is exactly what we were hoping for. Would highly recommend! read more

So far haven't been impressed. Was referred by Hobaica for a glass shower piece for a new shower. Made an appointment about a week and a half out. The appointment time came and I did think it odd that I didn't get a reminder text/call but I started waiting for the tech to show up and about 20 mins after their scheduled arrival I called and they didn't have record of my appointment. They said they would look into it and contact me back. They called about 30 minutes later to say they never had an appointment listed but their tech could come out in the afternoon. Luckily I work from home so I said that would work. When the tech showed up he said he was new and forgot to put my name on the appointment book but confirmed it was him that I originally talked to. He did his measurements and said he would get right back to me with the quotes. That was on Friday -- I did finally hear back from him on Monday afternoon. The quote is pretty competitive but since I didn't hear right back from him I am getting a couple of more quotes now. I will update my review if I decided to go with Roadrunner but so far not that impressed. read more

I used to buy a little bit of glass when Larry was running the show. I haven't purchased anything since the new guy took over. I had the new guy quote about 10 jobs but it seems like he was put out that the quotes didn't turn into orders. In my business, it can take up to 8 months before a job is awarded. I never shopped Roadrunner glass. I've since moved on to Mercury Glass. Much friendlier and the communication is great. read more

We've had Roadrunner address several glass installations in our home including an installation this morning. They have always communicated clearly and have been timely in arrival and in job completion. They are careful, easy to communicate with, efficient, keep a tidy workspace and they are personable. We really like the father and son team that came out to install panes in a cabinet door. Great company, impressive work ethic and really nice folks. Can't think of anything to suggest to improve their product or service. Almost wish we had more business to send their way. read more

Quick reply to our phone calls and was able to help us quickly and efficiently. Also assisted us with our door, which we had had a very difficult time with for a long time. Extremely pleased with this company's performance. read more

I am very pleased with the end product - new windows. They team sent were great guys, Frank and Jonathan. They were friendly but very professional, and very efficient. Work was completed to my satisfaction in about an hour and this was removal and installation of 3 glass panes, one of which was arched and the new piece fit perfectly. Spot on - will definitely be my first call if I need glass work done again! read more

Talk about great customer service! I called for mobile service and they arrived within 15 minutes for the service call. Johnathon was able to repair the broken window glass in less than 30 minutes. read more

I spoke with Tanya who said they would be coming to repair our glass or schedule a call and was rushed off the phone. I had to wait 4 weeks out. The week came and went and I waited patiently for a response and ... nothing. Then, I called and she was the one that answered the phone. She denied ever speaking to me or having my address on file, however I had written down date, time and name for who I had talked with. Poor customer service. I would not use this company. read more

After 3 trips (original plus and 2 revisions) to a big-box home improvement store that is way too far from our house for all that driving, my fiance finally decides (after I told him in a very ladylike fashion that I was through with this project) to look elsewhere for custom-cut glass top panels for some wood shelves we (he) wanted to build and requested some quotes. Spoiler: supporting local business is the way to go!!! Roadrunner's quote was about 50% cheaper than the others we received. Customer service was incredibly friendly and professional, and the order was completed in a few days. The glass fit perfectly atop those godforsaken shelves that we (he) dreamed up, and now we can step back and admire. They even sanded the edges for safety. Should we attempt another home improvement project in the future and it involves glass, I will gently remind him that we (we) will be hiring a professional, and it will be Roadrunner. read more

This was my first experience with replacing leaking (foggy) double glazed glass. We had two foggy windows in a set of two, three pane windows that needed repair. Roadrunner came to our home for the estimate. I thought it was high until I had other estimates. Price seemed fair. I was amazed and pleased at the actual replacement process. The techs were very friendly, on time, professional and did a great job. My expectation was for a more involved and lengthy installation. I was pleasantly surprised. I'll use Roadrunner for all my glass needs. Thanks for a great experience! read more

We placed an order for a glass door and one window replacement in January 2022. We were told it would be about 4 weeks for it to come in, no big deal. After several calls for an update on our order, we schedule for install in late March. His team was given the correct phone number to contact several times, however day of install the team calls the wrong number, they don't even ring our doorbell, and drive away when no one answered the call. When I called the office, the receptionist tells me she doesn't know what happened and Larry will have to call us back to reschedule. Why the receptionist can't schedule or do anything besides be a glorified answering machine for Larry blows my mind how this business is still functioning. Larry never called me back. A month and several unanswered calls goes by before we can schedule another time for them to do the work in April. When their team showed up they ran out of an item and couldn't complete the job that day. It was another month before the install was completely finished in late May. Took 5 months for them to order and install 1 glass door and 1 tiny bathroom window. I will never use them again due to lack of responsiveness, poor customer service, and clear disorganization. read more

This is how a business should be run. They are busy for a reason! I had 30 dual pane windows with an internal grid pattern that needed replacement. The windows/glass had been discontinued, but Larry and Jonathon went out of their way to find a perfect match. Other glass companies would not even try. They installed all 30 windows in less than 5 hours with 10 very professional installers. They left the house cleaner than when they came. I highly recommend this company! Monty S. read more

I do not recommend Roadrunner Glass Co. I ordered 5 things from them. 1 out of 5 was correct! 2 large mirrors arrived without the bevel that I ordered! 1 mirror wasn't even the correct size!!! They didn't have the bracket that was ordered to hang another large mirror! At least they got the glass table top correct. Now I still need to wait for the replacement mirror that was measured wrong. I will never use Roadrunner Glass Co. again. Don't waste your time or money! The photos of the mirrors show the bad measurement and 1 of the 2 mirrors without the bevel. read more

Have used Roadrunner Glass on two occasions. The first to replace approx. 20 insulated window units where the original seals had failed. More recently, to replace a large unit damaged by a golf ball. Both Larry in the office and Francisco were very professional and great to work with. Prices, schedule and quality were all first rate. Highly recommended. read more

Three unreturned calls over 3 days? Really? Wow. These guys are far too busy to deal with customers. If your time has any value, look elsewhere. read more

*Edited my review down to 2 stars because when I got home the glass didn't fit the table top and they really tried to give me a hard time on getting it fixed!* Decent quality for the price. However not good communication to the customer. When I placed my order I was told a 3-4 day turn around time. Took nearly 2 weeks AND I had to call and get updates on my order, nobody contacted me. Also if you're picking up just know nothing is wrapped you'll need to bring your protection, packing etc. read more

While i didn't end up buying from them because they didn't have the product i was after, i have to leave them a 5 star review for their customer service. They were quick in responding to my questions, and were one of the few companies in the valley willing to give me some idea of pricing without setting up an appointment for a consultation or phone calls. read more

Super easy to work with, very reasonable price and quality work. We used Roadrunner for two bathrooms. They were prompt for the measurement, provided an estimate the same day and installed it on schedule. When they came back to install the second one and perform a maintenance on the first, their technicians proactively found out a defect and had someone come back and replace the defective part all without us ever telling them to. Would recommend them to anyone. read more

Great focus on customer experience. After a small hiccup in communication, the owner of the company reached out directly and engaged his team to help solve the issue. The fact is that this company has a good reputation for a reason, they have been around for a long time and do great work. We had a shower removed and replaced it with frame-less glass. The quality and work was as expected. The complaint I have is with our sales person and the resolution of issues. The installers called me promptly at 7am before our apt scheduled at 7:30-8:30 to let me know they had a flat tire (these things happen) and needed to repair it at a tire shop. When they arrived they found out that one of the pieces of glass loaded was incorrect (these things happen, but probably shouldn't). They went back to the shop to get the correct piece and now it would 11:30 before any work began. I originally figured this would be done by 12 latest, based on the 2 hour scope of work they gave me at the estimate. I had an apt. for my own job at 1 pm, that should have been no problem, and could not be cancelled. I called our sales rep at Roadrunner Glass to tell him I had been pushed out and had to be somewhere at 1pm. His response was that they would not be done by 1 PM(due to their issues, not mine). His solution was that I could cancel the apt and get back on the schedule sometime next week. Not to reschedule that afternoon, or the next day, but just whenever they could do it. I was without a shower until this was done. They seemed more than happy to push me out to whenever the next most convenient time for them was.To be honest it's just the total lack of concern for the customer and my schedule that gets them a poor review here. This review is based on customer service and their total lack of concern if something goes wrong on their end. This review is not for poor workmanship and quality. Frankly, if you buy here and nothing goes sideways, your experience will probably be fine. I did not include the estimators name, as he is the weakest link at this company by far. read more

I researched windows and doors for months and received more estimates than I care to admit. I spoke with some companies that deal with proprietary windows/doors, but even with the independent installers, most wanted to sell me the ONE window they specialized in, which, invariably, was poor quality. Doug at Roadrunner listened to my concerns and made excellent recommendations. They work with multiple styles and brands, so I had several options to choose from. We chose two different manufacturers, one for the windows and another for the patio doors, and we LOVE them- it significantly improved the look and FEEL of the house. The service was phenomenal. The entire staff was very communicative at each step, and they are very professional. I highly recommend Roadrunner Glass! (BTW, amazingly, the prices for superior quality products at Roadrunner are less than competitors' prices for junky window lines.) read more

I needed a replace double pane glass for my sliding door which I shattered. I called around and was receiving extremely expensive prices for a piece of glass. Went right in paid and had the glass in my truck within minutes. Extremely recommend read more

Road Runner glass did a frameless glass shower install in my custom home 10 years ago. Outstanding customer service. Our frameless shower doors needed adjustment a few years after installation. Craig sent efficient and neat technicians out to diagnose the problem and ordered the necessary parts. Adjustments were made quickly and courteously. I had Roadrunner Glass replace all of my home's single pane windows with Milgard Tuscany vinyl double pane windows. The salesman, Doug Saunders was knowledgable and helpful. The craftsmen, Steve and Ruben were highly skilled, courteous and professional. They have worked together for over three years, and have over thirty years of window experience. I was a fussy customer who had more than several concerns and questions. These were all addressed courteously and well. I was informed in advance of several potential issues resulting from construction quirks in my home and from the increased thickness of the double paned windows. These issues were also resolved skillfully and completely. The installation is impeccable. Of special note is the caulking job. In addition to sealing the windows, a good caulking job minimizes dimensional problems and conceals building flaws around the windows. My home had both problems, but the crew took pains to make everything look perfect. In terms of value, I shopped for this window replacement for several months. I believe that I paid Roadrunner approximately $200.00 more than I would have paid the Big Box stores. The overall seamless experience of the project and the quality of the job more than compensated for the slight extra cost. I would definitely call on Roadrunner Glass again, and I will recommend them to anyone interested in getting a quality job at a fair price. read more

Found this terrific company based on Yelp reviews. Needed a window replaced and from the day they came to measure to the day the window was installed, this company was fantastic. Roadrunner Glass was recommended to me by a contractor I used in the past. They totally lived up to my expectation. There was a little bump in the road at first; but they went the extra mile to make everything right. I have a totally new patio sliding door, screen and frame. Their professionalism, quality of work and knowledge of their trade is how every business should be - unfortunately many aren't. Use Roadrunner Glass and you won't be disappointed! read more

My house was robbed. They boarded up the window that day, and had a replacement made in short order. Good price and good service.

My family is brand new to the valley and had no clue who to turn to when 2 of our windows shattered (the joys of having a German Shepard and a younger brother!). I turned to Yelp! of course for some answers. Roadrunner came up time and time again so I decided to reach out for an "online quote". I was so surprised when I was contacted within 15 minutes of my request !! From the first form of communication (On a Tuesday) until the guys left my house (On THURSDAY!!) the customer service was supreme. They honestly listened to my concerns and made sure they prepared the correct measurements and requirements to make my home safe again. They also took it upon themselves to repair a broken seem on my sliding patio door at no extra charge!! Fantastic! The entire process was only two days and the windows were installed in under an hour total. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Roadrunner Glass Company, Inc to ANYONE in need of windows or quick on the spot glass replacement. We are now customers for life!! Thank you guys so much! read more
