11/22/19: Last night at 6 pm our sliding glass door shattered. Since it was after hours, I texted Valleywide Glass my door's specs and the need for replacement glass. When they opened, at 8 am this morning, they called and were able to schedule me for an early afternoon glass replacement At 9:25 am they called back and said a tech (Juan) had become available and could come out within 20 minutes which he did. Unfortunately, I had wrongly told them I needed single pane glass. Fortunately, when Juan arrived he saw my mistake, called John at his office and said that I needed double pane glass. Then John (from Valley) called me, arranged for a second truck to deliver the correct glass, not charging for the trip, just the additional cost of the double pane glass. While the second truck was on its way, Juan cleaned up the broken glass, prepped the frame and by 10:45 the double pane glass was installed, the frame sealed and door was "back on track". Completely shattered the glass of my patio door while mowing the lawn (a rock propelled from the mower into the door). I called around to a few places and every business I contacted said they would have someone call me back. I never heard back from any of them. I called Valleywide Glass and was put in contact with one of the technicians directly. The tech was at my house within 2 hours as promised even on a Sunday. He replaced my patio door within 30 minutes and was meticulous to clean up any broken glass. I thought I would have to pay $750-$1000 for a replacement but paid much less than that. Despite having to deal with such a headache Valleywide Glass made this process so much easier. I am absolutely impressed with efficient service provided and how quickly that service was done! We used the weed eater and a rock broke out our sliding glass duel pane doors, it went thru the 1st glass. I called valleywide glass and they sent a guy out to measure it, this was the 3rd estimate that I had received. I felt like they gave us the best price. It was a custom door so it was not the regular size of glass. I had them order the glass it came in 5 days later, they called and it was installed the same day. I'm very happy with the job that was done, loved the guy that installed and measured it, he was very professional, friendly, and he had a lot of knowledge. Called Valley Wide Glass after the external glass of a large double pane window broke. Chris, the window tech, came out within the next few days, took measurements, answered all my questions and gave me a quote. He was extremely polite and professional. I called a few other window installers in the area and not only did Valley wide Glass beat their quotes, they beat their order and install time period as well. My window was replaced within two weeks of the glass order. Chris and Chris had the old window out, the new window in and the area cleaned up within less than an hour. Issue 100% resolved as quick as it gets! Our master bedroom sliding glass window wouldn't fully shut. After calling +10 service providers, the best I was able to get was an appointment for a technician to come out a full 7-8 days later. In the Arizona summertime, that just wasn't going to work. Then I called John at Valleywide Glass and was able to explain the situation to him. To my delight, he was able to have a friendly technician at my doorstep literally 75 minutes after I first called him! We came home today to find our front window smashed and broken glass everywhere. Someone had broken in and stolen our things. We tried about 5 glass companies, and they said it would take 3 days and some said 3 weeks. One said they would put up plywood for $400.00. We , finally, called Valleywide.
