Valleywide Glass is top notch. They were professional, straight forward, and skilled with the repair of our sliding glass door. We had a grid that was perfectly matched to our undamaged side in both color and thickness. They were always on time and the turn around time for glass manufacturing was actually pretty swift. If you want peace of mind, go with these guys. read more

I contacted John at Valleywide Glass earlier today about my patio door that shattered. He told me to take pictures of the damage and forward the pictures to him. He indicated he would review the pictures and call me back promptly. If Valleywide couldn't do the repair, he would refer me to someone who could help me. Several hours later, no call from John. I called and left a voice message. No response. I called two times later with no answer or VM option. Instead I must have been put on a list for an automated return text that said they had no technicians available and call back tomorrow! Some kind of service! I rate my contact a one star only because you can't leave a zero star! Mike Walter 480 577-9000 read more

Revised Review: I worked with Valleywide Glass to replace a door that I had accidentally shot with BB gun. Although they had to have someone in california match the glass and said it would be closely but unlikely to match exactly we proceeded. The glass was installed and matched perfectly. Took a bit longer for special order, but got it done. After installing the glass I noticed the screen door wasn't rolling right and they dispatched a team to correct it. All in all, good communication and I would recommend them. read more

As a small business owner I m glad that I called his number when it was an emergency. It happened at 2 :00 a.m. and by 6:00 it didn't look like nothing happened. He did measure right away and put a temporary board then came back quick to Put the new glass in. That's the definition of Rock-n-Roll . Keep in mind I was angry of the situation but you gotta keep going read more

Thanks to an ill-placed dog toy, I had a pratfall that resulted in a broken window in our hallway. We got it boarded up, but then I was on the hunt for a good, reasonably priced, works after 6 PM window repair company. (They also offer a window boarding up service then return to fit the glass but we didn't need that so I can't speak to that part of their service). Valleywide Glass fit the bill, and went above my expectations! The repairman was courteous, quick, pointed out what he did when replacing the glass, and went over what not to do for the first couple of days to let the bonding set. Plus - there was a Yelp deal - $100 for $50. Saving that $50 was a big deal to me. My entire experience, from start to finish, was A+ in every regard. Take a pratfall and break a window? A golf ball or baseball shatters your window? Give Valleywide Glass a call - you won't be sorry you did! I know who I'll call the next time we need a window replaced. read more

Not the company to use This company claims same day service, but could not fix my very small window or give me a quote the same day. I would recommend going with a company that actually can do what they say. I would give them a ZERO star rating if Yelp allowed me to read more

The young Latino male that I dealt with was completely unprofessional. Just because I was a female, he felt that it would be acceptable to be outright rude. Do not recommend. Absolutely no customer service. read more

Unfortunately, some criminals broke my window last night and I had to have it replaced. I called multiple places for a quote and they either A) did not respond in a timely manner or B) were a bit on the expensive side. Valleywide glass answered my phone call promptly, and they sent someone out to fix my window in about 3 hours. The repair took about 10 minutes. Will definitely call them back if I need any further service. read more

I highly recommend Valleywide Glass for any home window replacements. I was in need of two window replacements of different sizes and the job was completed in just three business days including sizing, ordering, and installation. The windows look amazing and function great! John was really helpful when discussing options and with scheduling and his field team of Juan and John run a really smooth and efficient installation. The price was very reasonable and fair and Valleywide did not require a minimum of three window replacements to make the trip as some other companies mandate. Thanks, Valleywide Glass! read more
