I write this review for my wife as she is the one who directed us to Best Glass. We have an antique table that belonged to my wife's mom. The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves. So if you have some glass work to be done try Best Glass. read more

When we were on vacation our bedroom window was broken (we are assuming by a golf ball). Best Glass was able to get out quickly to give us an estimate (we got a few of them) and they were priced fairly. As it was a dual pane window it had to be ordered, it came back in the time frame quoted and was installed promptly. We would definitely use Best Glass again. read more

Customer service is outstanding. Looking for a replacement for a glass shelf, I called them and was referred to Mary, who works with residential order customers. Mary asked what I needed, confirmed that my dimensions were correct, and answered my questions about appearance, polishing, etc. I wanted the strongest piece of glass that is also the safest, and Mary was very kind to answer my countless questions. Their price was amongst the lowest -- though not the lowest. I thought that the slightly higher price was a good trade-off for the quality of the service. When I arrived to pick up the shelf, they put the shelf in a cardboard "frame" and wrapped it securely in paper for the trip home. Nice touch! If you're looking to have a windshield chip fixed, I would highly suggest that you look elsewhere. I can't advise on the other services they provide, but my experience with their windshield chip repair service is one I wouldn't wish upon any person. I called to confirm to see if they repair windshield chips, and they advised they provide the service from 7:30 am to 8:30 am, M-F (very tight window). I showed up at exactly 7:30 am to be told that the individual is about 20 minutes out. 20 minutes elapsed and still no person was available for repairs. After another 10 minutes, I simply just dipped out. Like why offer this service if it has the potential for such a negative customer experience? They may indeed have the best glass, but they sure as well have thee worst service. read more

Not the best if you live in a high rise. I called to get a quote and specifically asked if they would service my building as I'm on the 14th floor as I've had other companies come out to estimate the job only to say my building is on their "do not service" list. Well after they assured me I wasn't on any such list, I had their estimator come out. He assessed the job and thought the work could be done without hanging off the side of the building to get to the windows from the outside. Fast forward three days and I get a call from the owner stating my building is on their "do not service" list and that my request for an estimate should have been flagged in their system. When I ask why, he stated they'd have to hang off the building to service my windows, which was the opposite of what his estimator had stated. I referenced my previous conversation before scheduling the estimator and my frustration only to receive a somewhat insincere "sorry" before he quickly got off the phone. read more

I spoke to Steve regarding a commercial store front I was looking to install. He had very horrible communication, never answer when I reach out and his voicemail is ALWAYS full! When he did answer, he was very rude and made me feel stupid for asking questions. Very unprofessional! I brought my grandmothers china cabinet door in, the glass had been broken during a move, and they took it back and got it done in 30 minutes. And the cost ended up being even less expensive than what I was originally quoted. I also had expected to have to reassemble the door with the new glass myself (I didn't know for sure what their scope was) but they returned it back to me all put together and in perfect condition. We had our window glass replaced in our dining room and bathroom/closet windows from being recommended to Best Glass from Pella due to the size and location of these windows. All the employees are wonderful. The dining room windows ended up being a bit small in the current window frames so they reordered a larger size and got them all installed in a very timely manner. Best Glass replaced both our Toyota vehicles right on our driveway. The technicians did a good job on the glass replacement jobs however they didn't reattach my remote starter antenna because it's an aftermarket accessory, they won't listen to reasoning and kept saying it's their policy - i don't care if it's your policy, when you remove something off the glass, it's your responsibility to reinstall it - I had to call the office to get the manager to come out and brought me some commercial grade double sided tape. Our Honda CR-V windshield was damaged with a stone chip. That grew into a horizontal crack and also a vertical one. I called our insurance agent who gave me the names of 3 companies they had very good luck with and left it up to me to choose which one to call. An online review suggested one of the three had a lot of negative feedback so the 3 suggestions became 2. I went to the websites of the other two, Best Glass being one of them. I used the other 2 companies online "request an appointment forms" late one afternoon. Literally first thing the following morning, Best Glass was calling me, saying they had a technician available the following day. They called my insurance adjusters office with me on the phone and a dispatch number was assigned. Best Glass and I agreed on an appointment time. It wasn't until much later that same morning when the other company called me - I told them another company had already called and set an appointment. Thanks for calling but the early caller got the work. The following day the installer called to say he was running ahead of schedule and would it be OK if he was early. Soon thereafter he arrived. He went to work and within about 30 minutes the new windshield was installed. Not only was Best Glass very efficient, the installer was extremely friendly and invited me to watch if I wanted. While that was a nice offer, I suspect most tradespeople prefer not to be monitored so I left him to his work. Our CR-V has a Honda safety package consisting of monitors that use a device behind the upper windshield to activate all of the various systems like the adaptive cruise control to name one. Whenever a windshield is replaced the sensors need to be re-calibrated to the new glass. Best Glass contacted the calibration center who in turn called me to arrange for the calibration. The calibration was performed the next day and thanks to Best Glass not only do I have a sparkling new windshield, I also have the safety system re-calibrated. All in all this was an excellent experience. While I hope we do not need their services any time soon, should we need a windshield replacement company we would not hesitate to call them. We would recommend them to anyone who asks. read more
