Great company to work with! Andrew & Gabe did a wonderful job helping us replace and reinstall a damaged closet window. We had a minor issue quickly rectified through management. This is a company that clearly cares about their customers and it showed throughout the entire process. Professional staff, friendly skilled installers and overall great experience. I would highly encourage you to reach out to them for an estimate if you're in need of window service!! read more

They did an excellent job on two small projects and were a pleasure to work with each time.

My experience with glass king was quite horrible! I requested their window service and in the end it ended up costing me double of what I was quoted. I can not recommend this company to my fellow yelpers, I don't wish badly to this company but I don't want anyone else to get taken advantage of the way I was. read more

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They replaced the glass for our large master bathroom window. Which I didn't know was even possible. Much less expensive than replacing the whole window. They were very professional and polite. They were prompt in coming out to give an estimate. Came back with the new double pane window and installed it. We also asked them to check our other windows and went around and showed us how to get some tricky ones to lock and said they were good. No up sell stuff. Thanks Glass King read more

Jay was awesome to work with as he saved me tons on some glass I needed....highly recommend.

Andrew was great at helping me pick out the glass I needed! Very Friendly and very much a hard worker!

I had my sliding door shattered at 4am and needed the glass replaced. Glass King did a great job and came back a year later for another issue. Excellent service. I'm happy to support a local company and repair rather than replace. read more

While I did not need services that this company did offer, they went beyond helping me obtain class for my class assignment. The only was able to obtain class that is usually not obtainable anywhere else, but I was also able to get it for a very amazing discount. I will consider this services in a the future for any of my glass need. Especially considering, I was able to get a quote fairly quickly, more impressively after hours. I see this as a company that will do their all to give you the best they could provide, as well as a company that support the future generations of students and helping the community. Thank you, Glass King read more

They were great! Our bedroom window broke due to an erratic shot by a golfer. We called Glass Guy, got a super reasonable estimate very quickly and they installed our new window even quicker than they told us. Installation was professional, quick and their installers were super considerate and arrived on time. We would definitely recommend! read more

Big shout out to Glass King Inc. for fixing my Arcadia door quickly and at a very reasonable price! The glass in my Arcadia door had shattered (what a mess!!) I requested a quote online Monday night and received a call back first thing the next morning. Matt, one of the owners and his GM came out the same day and had the glass replaced in no time. And what nice guys!! I highly recommend Glass King!! read more

During a severe windstorm the night before we were leaving on vacation, one of our front windows in the bedroom blew in. We left the repair up to our son who called Glass King and they came out that board up and seal the window. Very happy with finished window and the price was right. Definitely would recommend. read more

I have never written a negative post about a company before. But after speaking with Glass King and trying to resolve an issue, I feel that I must. My husband and I had Glass King come out to replace a transom window and another bedroom window. At the time, the installer also replaced the trim in the bedroom window. The two windows cost $752. The trim replacement was not done correctly and there was a small glitch when opening and closing the window. The installer assured me that it would be fine. We really didn't open that window much so I took his word for it. Now, 2 short years later we can barely open and close the window because of the faulty trim. I called an owner at Glass King and he told me that they would not try to replace the trim. The only option was to pay for a brand new window all over again. His answer was that because I didn't call in time, they would not stand behind their work. He didn't offer any sort of compromise or a reduction in price of a new window. He said sorry. Have a good day and hung up briskly. He seemed bothered that I would call to bring this up at all. My husband and I are stunned that this kind of customer service would come from a company like this. Buyer beware. The real test of the integrity and honesty of a company is when you contact them with a problem and receive this type of unprofessional and dismissive attitude. read more

No one likes to come home finding their front window smashed. After being a bit freaked out, I called a few glass companies to come bit out the work. Glass King was one of those companies. They said they would match any price their competitor was offering and they were the last company to show up so they got the work. They did a good job of cleaning up the mess, measuring the new window, and getting it installed. It took a week or so to get the new window so that would be my only criticism. Other than that, am very happy with the work they did and both the guy who came out and measured and the installer were very nice and easy to deal with. read more

Our daughter accidentally broke a window. I called around and glass king was the best price and the earliest to come fix it. They were so professional and kind and so easy to work with. We will use glass king for all our glass needs :) read more

Very disappointed with the service we received recently. Not only did the problem not get correct, but more problems developed after the two repair guys man-handled the sliding glass door. The lock, which was never an issue is not operable and needs to be replaced. In addition, the door was left in a worse condition where it couldn't even be opened up one bit. We had another repair company come out. They disassembled the door and put it back together with all the existing parts, they added some screws and adhesive for the gasket...and low and behold the door slides really nicely! The only repair that remains is the locking mechanism. The Glass King repair guys kept changing what they believed the issue was...it started with only an adjustment needed...to multiple issues for a total of $771 for new rollers/wheels and a window thickness size issue which is 5/8" according to the new repair company (a standard size). Also, the prices on the invoices were verbally quoted at about half of what the invoice shows. After contacting the company via email about the issues we experienced, the owners called and tried to make it better by listening to my concerns and then stating that they believe the fix by the new repair company were not the correct way to handle it. Time will tell. They did refund the money we spent on their service call while we still need to get the door locking mechanism handled on our own. read more

The Glass Kings are awesome! We have ordered 2 pieces of glass, for a door and a window, over the years and the customer service is unbelievable. Matt and Jay gave me a price guaranty on replacing 3-windows. They sent their lead installer Josh to do the official measurements. Josh was approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. My home is 20 years old and the cheap builder original windows are failing slowly. I discussed replacing a few of the other windows, in the home. Jay gave me great pricing on these as well. I decide to just go all in, and replace all of the windows. Jay again stepped up wIth very fair pricing. I'm very glad I chose Glass King. The 10-year warranty and their commitment to customer service is I got all of my windows installed, very happy with the windows and the service. Josh came out and finished up the few windows that hadn't come in yet on the previous appointment. He and his crew worked efficiently and just beat the rain! Josh cleaned all existing rollers and lubricated them made sure I was happy with the way they worked. He also eliminated a squeak "nails in chalkboard sound" from our sliding glass door. I'm so happy I will use them to update sliding door at my rental townhome. read more

Yes, this is the place that I would recommend highly! Courtesy was displayed as well as being on time for scheduled appts.

I called around to multiple shops looking for custom insulated glass replacement for my aluminum windows. Every store said it would be 10-15 business days to get in. Glass king was able to order the glass Wednesday morning and it arrived Friday by noon. Went to pick it up at their shop and they installed the new glass in the frames for me. Customer service and the quality of the glass are incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! read more

Glass King is the best! There was no BS'ing they quoted me a price, and they delivered. I was really amazed in the overall customer service and quality of the work. They replaced my upstairs window, took a week for the product to arrive as they informed me. I paid half, before and the other after the job was complete. Saved around $3000, i will use again if needed. Great job! read more

Thank you Glass King! One glass pane of our arcadia door has been broken for months. It's been so lightweight that one of our precious pooches can open it with her paws. We're going on a longer trip this summer vacation and wanted peace of mind and for the door to be fixed. We called several "glass replacement" businesses for quotes. Most were nice and could schedule appointments right before we left for our trip, but none were as affordable and accommodating as Glass King. They beat all other quotes by greater than $40 and scheduled our appointment right away. The technician was polite and efficient and all is well with the door. Our doggies and kitties are safe and can't escape while on our trip. Please consider their services for your glass needs! Highly recommend. read more

After speaking with Jay, the owner, I decided to order a clear glass table top from Glass King to protect my new wood dining table. It was fabricated and delivered within a week at a very fair price. I suppose that was to be expected- good product, right price. The Glass King differentiator was the unexpected level of care by the delivery guys, Will and Andy. These guys were polite, professional, clean, pleasant to talk to, and VERY careful when placing the glass and positioning it properly. They also were very careful to remove all adhesive and marker residue from the glass surface for a pristine look before they left. They made sure we were happy before they considered their work finished. Very impressive guys. I'd definitely recommend this company. read more

These guys are great. I called on a Friday afternoon and they got me scheduled for the next week. I had a 9x8 foot mirror that I needed removed. Glass King was by far the best bid I got. On the day of the removal the guys were great at communicating with me about when they would arrive. Once they arrived they took that giant mirror out in no time with no problem. They removed the mastic holding the mirror on and were on their way. Glass King will be my first call for any home or business glass needs. read more

How hard can it be to install a front windshield? The service tech came to my house. He had some kind of issue and didn't even complete the task. They were offering cash for insured replacements but no amount of money can make that experience worth it. So unprofessional. read more

Great company. Always does a good job and has taken care of me and my clients. Their prices are really good also

Our sidelight window next to our front entry was broken... I had called several companies and they were the only one that called me back in a timely matter. I did notice too, that others that I called were directly linked under the same company (different company name, same coordinating rep). I spoke to them on June 1 about having my window done by them, was a reasonable price and their installers and reps seemed to be nice and helpful. On the date that my window was supposed to be delivered, no one was returning my calls. It took them two days to finally call me back and then tell me that they had to reorder the window as it was done incorrectly. I was patient. Because, it's an expensive window and yes, I'd like it done correctly. When the next installation date came, I got a call AGAIN that it was incorrect and they'd have to push out my installation yet, again. By this time I was starting to get very annoyed and started calling other companies to come out and replace our window. Yesterday, they called and said they got my window in and that it was the "correct way now" and they could install it so I agreed. The installation tech is super nice and friendly, and did a great job installing, I assume? However, I am still not happy with how the window looks in the frame and he basically pointed out that I have to "deal with it" and "that's just how it's going to look" and even then proceeded to point out something on an older window saying "It doesn't look any worse that that...." Hmmmm. By this time I am FURIOUS with this company and their accommodating. They did give us a discount but I felt like it was comparable to giving a waitress a $2 tip. For what we put up with them, and then now what we have to look at every day and "deal with it", I felt they should have discounted the installation at least something more affordable. I will NOT ever use them and I WILL tell every one of my friends and family to make sure NOT to call them for any glass or window repairs. (as well as the other 4-5 companies they run). read more

Go nowhere else for glass and mirrors. Glass King are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, also their prices are definitely lower. I am an engineer and am very particular about my projects, and it was very impressive to see the accuracy with which the measurements were taken, the efficiency of communication (both a phone call and text when my mirror was ready, and an email receipt) and the ready willingness of Jay to discuss mounting channel, sealant, etc. They even gave me some wedges and some channel. The mirror is perfect, including proper "dressing" of the edges. Well done! read more

I stopped in their office to discuss an installation job and had the opportunity to meet with the owner; the company has a good rapport with their clients. This company is professional and friendly.
