It took them roughly 6 hours to get everything done, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their work! In the meantime, my power has been shut off twice for over 3 hours while crews worked--yet the project is still incomplete. Communication has been almost nonexistent. My project manager will reply if I email her directly, but otherwise I receive no proactive updates about progress or next steps. When the field crews finish for the day, they just leave without saying a word. I've been left with panels unscrewed, wide open, and conduit scattered around my yard. Most recently, the electrical crew assured me everything would be finished and turned on--but once again, it wasn't, and no explanation was provided. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. I went into this wanting to recommend them to coworkers with new builds, but now I'm warning people to stay away.
