Dave used to work for the company that installed my system, but is now one of the owners of Sunny Energy RX. I reached out to him with some questions, and he answered right away. Every once in a while, I have questions about my system or things it does, and Dave is always available to answer my questions and give me advice. He is under no obligation to help me out, but always does. He is always friendly, professional, and gets back to me quickly. I wanted to sign up for the monitoring service they have (one less thing for me to worry about). Unfortunately, they do not support my system yet (they are working on it, though), but Dave said that he will check on it from time to time on his own, just to help me out! Wow! It's great to know that there is a company that will assist us, diagnose problems, and do repairs for those of us who had our installers go out of business. I asked him a for a managers number when I called she was insanely rude asking where did get this number don't call it I will reach out to you. then tried to save face by offering a credit for a repair. they still charged me 375 dollars for nothing because I called the manufacturer they said there wasn't an open ticket I had to spend the next 45 minutes troubleshooting with the manufacturers tech which approved and sent my replacement parts. again no one answers unless you call the sales team because that's how they hook you in to get their money. beware beware and do not use this company. p.s.
