This is the second year I hired John Gale to clean our windows. His attention to detail is excellent. I asked for extras that required high ladder work in the great room -- cleaning mobiles and a fan light. He also replaced two slider screens with a upgrade screen that is very strong. While his price was about what I've paid before, his work was outstanding and fat surpassed the other guys I've used. Previous guys have been a bit rough with the screens (throwing them down from the second story) and John was super gentle with them. The window cleaning company we used previously, is no longer in business, so we had to find someone else to perform this service. I was very impressed as John responded to our quote request within minutes and arranged to stop by a few days later to see what our job involved. John's price was very reasonable, so we decided to give his company a shot. He arrived at the appointed time and went right to work, donning a camouflage gaiter and booties. He even placed booties on the top of the extension ladder he used to reach the upper, interior windows in our house so it wouldn't mar the walls. This demonstrated to me that John took pride in his work. After he finished, he said he noticed a spot he missed on a window interior when he was outside and made it a point to correct this. The spot turned out to be on the bottom edge of the window and was barely noticeable. I honestly could not believe he was so meticulous, which again, shows John's commitment to quality. I can say without hesitation that our windows haven't been this clean in years, thanks to John and "A New Look."
