Outstanding service from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was easy, and John arrived exactly on time. I felt completely comfortable having him work inside my home. He was thorough, worked non-stop, and the result was amazing. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. John was incredibly professional and courteous, and paid great attention to detail. He didn't just clean the glass; he also did the sills, and didn't leave a single streak or mess behind. It seriously looks like the glass has disappeared! Highest recommendation possible. read more

We reached out to A New Look Window Cleaning to have our solar panels cleaned. The process was very efficient. John was great, quick to respond to my messages and we were able to get the cleaning scheduled right away for a very competitive price (not always the case for a highly rated service like they are). I also appreciated how efficient he was, very little noise and no mess at all. It was like he was never there, but the before and after photos he sent me (which were very helpful) clearly showed he was and did a great job. We plan to use them again for our window cleaning coming up in a few months. Thanks John! read more

We had the dirtiest shades and windows in the neighborhood but John took care of everything and now they look fantastic! Thanks John!

Awesome!! Great guy to do business with. Easy scheduling. Prompt communication. Excellent work. Shows up on time! HIGHLY recommend!!

I told John I didn't like to write reviews. But, I have to make an exception! I am so happy with this entire experience. My crystal clear windows make me smile each time I look out. The quality of care is priceless. Thank you for coming by today. I look forward to the next time. read more

This is the second year I hired John Gale to clean our windows. His attention to detail is excellent. I asked for extras that required high ladder work in the great room -- cleaning mobiles and a fan light. He also replaced two slider screens with a upgrade screen that is very strong. I am happy to say that my cats don't like it! After six hours, the windows were sparkling! I highly recommend Jon: licensed, insured, professional, and takes pride in his work. read more

10 stars! John did fantastic work. He was quick to get back to me when I first reached out, gave me an estimate in line with other window cleanings we've had, and showed up promptly at the appointment time. While his price was about what I've paid before, his work was outstanding and fat surpassed the other guys I've used. Previous guys have been a bit rough with the screens (throwing them down from the second story) and John was super gentle with them. His attention to detail is amazing and our windows (and screens and tracks) are spotless. He wore a mask and booties when he was inside and cleaned up after himself. I'll definitely be calling John again and would recommend without hesitation. Thanks for such great work! read more

The window cleaning company we used previously, is no longer in business, so we had to find someone else to perform this service. I was very impressed as John responded to our quote request within minutes and arranged to stop by a few days later to see what our job involved. John's price was very reasonable, so we decided to give his company a shot. He arrived at the appointed time and went right to work, donning a camouflage gaiter and booties. He even placed booties on the top of the extension ladder he used to reach the upper, interior windows in our house so it wouldn't mar the walls. This demonstrated to me that John took pride in his work. After he finished, he said he noticed a spot he missed on a window interior when he was outside and made it a point to correct this. The spot turned out to be on the bottom edge of the window and was barely noticeable. I honestly could not believe he was so meticulous, which again, shows John's commitment to quality. I can say without hesitation that our windows haven't been this clean in years, thanks to John and "A New Look." We will definitely be using his company in the future, and anyone who needs their windows cleaned could not go wrong doing the same. read more

John was great! Our windows look amazing! I purchased a kit and tried to wash the windows myself when I first bought the house, and managed to make them look even worse! I knew I needed some serious help, as I am having out of town guests coming to visit! Booking the appointment was very easy, John was able to come on the exact date that I was available. I had originally asked for the main windows to be cleaned, but John was so efficient, not only did he do a stellar job at getting those done, he even had time to replace a screen that was broken and get the upstairs windows done too! I now feel so confident and ready to show off my new sparkly clean house to my guests! Thank you John!! read more

John did our windows yesterday and we could not be happier. We are now set to entertain guests this Super Bowl weekend with fantastic and clear views to our back yard. Unlike an unnamed other company, John responded to my inquiry immediately and called the day of service to see if he could show up earlier. He did and completed the job in a timely manner.
