We have since tried two other companies with no help with the first and insufficient help from the second without paying exorbitant service charges for onsite service. Requests for help from Generac eventually resulted in Dave from Sunny Energy RX calling and doing an outstanding job of providing help which, at least initially, is making the problem manageable. Only more time will tell, but I do wish to express my thanks for his interest, knowledge, quality of service and timely follow-up as we are now monitoring to see if further adjustment is needed.
