These guys not only do a great job with pressure washing and windows, but they are extremely friendly and professional. I had my windows cleaned after several years so they were a tough job. They made them look brand new!! The best part of my experience with them is that the following weekend my landscaper was replacing my entire irrigation system. After a few hours the landscaper hit a pipe, and there was water and mud everywhere! I called Cloud 9 less than 24 hours before I was supposed to host a Christmas Party. They told me they would be there. The next day came and my landscaper actually did clean up the mess, but Cloud Nine stayed on standby the whole time, and refused to take payment even though they had rearranged their schedule. I found them on the internet and I picked them because I was able to get a quote immediately on their website and even schedule the appointment on the website. I thought that was pretty cool but it also made me a little nervous because I hadn't spoken with them first. Anyway, they showed up as scheduled (maybe 20 mins late..but they called and told me they were a little behind) and did a fantastic job. These guys are a class act!! Follow up like no other. From the first call to schedule an appt. right on through to the squeaky clean windows! We even had some unusual internal blinds between the two panes on a bunch of our glass. Josh agreed to give it a go, and they look outstanding! Zachary and Josh came out to clean my windows and screens. The windows and screens have not been cleaned in over 10 years. They were on time and did a thorough job.
