These guys not only do a great job with pressure washing and windows, but they are extremely friendly and professional. I had my windows cleaned after several years so they were a tough job. They made them look brand new!! The best part of my experience with them is that the following weekend my landscaper was replacing my entire irrigation system. After a few hours the landscaper hit a pipe, and there was water and mud everywhere! I called Cloud 9 less than 24 hours before I was supposed to host a Christmas Party. They told me they would be there. The next day came and my landscaper actually did clean up the mess, but Cloud Nine stayed on standby the whole time, and refused to take payment even though they had rearranged their schedule. I work in the Hospitality business, and the fact that they were so willing to help me last minute blew me away. I will always use these guys for any pressure washing or window washing needs!! read more

I found them on the internet and I picked them because I was able to get a quote immediately on their website and even schedule the appointment on the website. I thought that was pretty cool but it also made me a little nervous because I hadn't spoken with them first. Anyway, they showed up as scheduled (maybe 20 mins late..but they called and told me they were a little behind) and did a fantastic job. I have never had my windows professionally cleaned before, always did it myself (or made my kids do it), but now I'm sold because they are cleaner than ever. The owner (Joel or Josh?) even called me the next day to make sure I was happy before he charged my card. Very impressed. read more

Cloud 9 Window Cleaning Had called several places for quotes to clean my windows and screens. Went with Josh as he was very nice and their prices are reasonable. Josh accommodated my scheduling needs and he and his partner showed up on time and did a fantastic job! When they arrived, Josh asked if I had any special instructions....thought that was nice that he cared to inquire. They are fast and do superior work. I was extremely pleased with the service (and I am picky). I am now enjoying my sparkling clean windows and screens. I would definitely recommend this company...ask for Josh. I will be using Cloud 9/Josh in the future. Thanks again Josh for a fantastic job! read more

The company is owned by brothers Sam and Josh King. These guys are redefining the art of residential window cleaning. I could not have been more pleased with the job these guys do. They start with a competitive quote and follow it up with attention to detail in the window cleaning process that is over-the-top. They are also, very reliable. They work with you to select a day and time that works best for you and confirm same with an email. They then reconfirm the appointment with another email a day before. They show up on time and they take a great amount of time to make sure the job is perfect. I would highly recommend these guys. Phone # is 480.331.1165. I read more

Very impressed, I can see why everyone else on Yelp was so happy with this company. Right from the start, when Sam answered the phone promptly, and was willing to work me in during a busy time, I was impressed. The team I was assigned, and will request again for sure, was Mario and his son. They called when on their way, and arrived when they said they would. Very nice, very professional, really enjoyed their company. And non-smokers. Which now days, is really a nice plus!! I will request them for sure. My windows and HUGE screens look brand new. When I looked out this morning, I could not believe how clear my gorgeous view was!!!! thx so much Cloud 9! read more

These guys are a class act!! Follow up like no other. From the first call to schedule an appt. right on through to the squeaky clean windows! We even had some unusual internal blinds between the two panes on a bunch of our glass. Josh agreed to give it a go, and they look outstanding! We dealt with Josh and he was extremely polite and professional. We got an email the day before the work was to be performed, as a reminder (which is great, because you know they remembered LOL), and then an email when they're done to let you know they look great. I happen to live out of town. I wish they had a location in Jersey!! Thanks Josh! read more

I was curious to know how much it would cost to get my windows cleaned. A friend referred me to their website. It was actually very easy to follow, and I was able to get a REAL quote and book for the window washing right there. I didn't have to call anyone, or deal with someone coming out to my house just for a quote. The technician arrived, cleaned my windows and didn't try to up-sale me. Great website and service. It was refreshing to see a service company move into the 21st century and use online quote and booking, it really saved me time and hassle. I recommend these guys to anyone. read more

I used Cloud 9 to power-wash my back patio. I was super impressed with the company. Everything about the process was painless: the front office staff was friendly and helpful, and the person with whom I spoke thoroughly explained the pricing and the process. The technician called in advance of arriving (as promised), and was polite, prompt, and thorough. The price was also very competitive. I spoke to the owner after the job was complete, and he was incredibly helpful and kind. It's great when you can support local, small businesses! I definitely recommend Cloud 9. read more

Zachary and Josh came out to clean my windows and screens. The windows and screens have not been cleaned in over 10 years. They were on time and did a thorough job. Zachary recommended an upgrade on the screen cleaning called screen treatment, I thought uh oh up sale! The cost was so reasonable as was the original quote I said sure. I was happy I did it my screens looked brand new! I am writing this a couple months after service and we have had dust storms and my screens still look great. Cost and service I can say hire Cloud 9. read more

I booked an appointment online for this company based on their online reviews. I got a couple of emails back from the company confirming my appointment and a reminder email the day prior to my scheduled time...love that. Zach arrived on time was prepared, courteous and did an outstanding job on our windows. No streaks, cleaned the screens and had a another employee arrive in the middle of his job to help get the job done. Zach did a great job on our ceiling fans, too! Will definitely hire this company again. read more

I have used cloud 9 for a few years. The service is fantastic from booking on line- to delivery of a super clean end product. We have a large number of windows and screens, service is punctual and professional and they leave all windows sparkling. It is hard work and their price is what I expect for a great service. None of us at home could handle that hard job. They also don't mind our dogs roaming around which we appreciate. I would hire them in a heartbeat if looking for the best window cleaning service! read more

John was sent to our home to clean the inside and outside of our windows. He showed up as promised and got right to work. He also cleaned the screens and channels prior to replacing the screens. He was professional and a hard worker. When he was finished he approached me and asked if everything was to my satisfaction and it was. Also, the staff working the phones were polite and professional. I will use them again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. They are a small top notch company. read more

Cloud 9 was here yesterday and I was very pleased with the job. Tom was very willing to listen to my high demands to pay attention to detail and would not leave until I was happy with everything. He was very understanding about my expectations for the windows, sills, screens & the dust storm dirt that had collected in the corners of the tracks in-between the sunscreens! My windows all look like new again and the sun is shining in and what a nice sight! thank you very much Tom and partner! Debbie read more

Josh did an amazing job cleaning our windows. His attention to detail and friendly character made it an extreme pleasure to have Josh here. He took his time not rushing through and had us review his work to ensure we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend Cloud 9 to anyone who is looking to have their windows looking sparkly clean. Josh is also very down to earth and easy to talk to and get along with. You will be happy you made the right choice with Cloud 9 for sure! read more

Cloud 9 Window Washing is now extremely recommended by me! They took an appointment same day, even with a busy schedule. Zachery washed lots of windows, washed and treated lots of sun screens and bug screens, and washed 56 solar panels. He worked hard and did a perfect job. He even had to install the sun screens because the clips were removed for house painting. He is a very thoughtful man! I plan to tell friends, family, and neighbors about him!! read more

Fantastic work! Zachary was very prompt, efficient, conscientious and did a wonderful job, I cannot be happier. All my windows are spotless. This company absolutely met and even exceeded my expectations. The cost is quite reasonable and they are easy to contact and work with around one's schedule. I highly recommend them and will use them again requesting Zachary as the person to come to my house. Thank you so much Zac and Cloud 9! read more

You guys have a user friendly website, and I like your window cleaning service, Alex did a very good job. BUT I really wish you would add more services to your business rather than just window cleaning. It would make it easier for me if I could so a one stop shop window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and yard work. Anyways, you guys arw great, but I really hope you expand the services offered on your Cloud 9 windows website. read more

We've been wanting clean windows for some time, and we made the right call when Calling Cloud 9. Sam, one of the owners, was great on the phone, and he did the job himself today while a member of his team was out of town. Very detail oriented, and our new windows really sparkle. We will call on them again, and will begin a cleaning schedule throughout the year to keep our windows looking great. read more

Cloud 9 did a great job on my windows and screens. I don't think I'd had my windows cleaned since I'd moved into the house so I didn't realize how dramatic a difference clean windows would be. Zachery was thorough, professional, polite and knowledgeable. The job took a bit longer than I thought it would but I guess my windows really needed it. I'll use Cloud 9 Window Washing again! read more
