Carlos and Mike cleaned my garage after I had an oil spill on an unsealed concrete garage floor. These guys explained what process they'd use to clean, put up a barrier (as best they could) to reduce overspray into an area of the garage that wasn't being cleaned and they worked hard. While the stain wasn't completely removed, it looked much better at the conclusion. I was impressed that they cared about the quality of the work and worked hard for a successful outcome. We had our driveway and our outside house power washed last week and also our windows cleaned as well s the screens of the windows. The guys did a fantastic job, The house looks like it has been repainted and the driveway is finally free of the dark stains. I was shown videos of the dirt coming down the walls as they were pressure washing, also on the driveway as they were doing it.. Very thorough job! 1st time homeowner and when we first moved in we immediately were notified by our HOA to remove a huge oil stain. For 6 months we tired so many products but the stain was set into the concrete. We took a chance on this company- they were very friendly and quick to set up an appointment for the very next day. Albert was awesome! He came promptly, answered all my questions and made suggestions to maintain the driveway. The main stain isn't completely gone because it was there long before we moved in and you will see it more while wet but it looks a 100x better. Hello, I went through a vendor prior to using AZ Power Wash Pros. And I want to say that these guys did an excellent job vs. The first cleaners. The first vendor was charging alot to clean a water stained cement driveway, too high in price but me being so close to closing my house, I desperately needed to clear this escrow violation. The job they did was poor and said my driveway is damaged and no one can do a better job. AZ Power Wash pros came in, charged a better price, lower than my first vendor and sealed the deal with their exceptional skills and I would highly recommend them should you need their services. Manny did a great job power washing my back patio, pool deck, and getting a bad chemical stain lifted from an unknown substance off the concrete outside. He was friendly, timely, and did a thorough job. He pointed out the risk of power washing a couple things and sought my approval before I gave him the go ahead to do it anyway, which I really appreciated. Other companies seemed very afraid of this stain that hardened on my concrete and prompted me to reach out, and Manny got it up within minutes. They came out 2x to strip old surface off our pool to get it ready for sale and then to reseal it with a nice shine so we can sell it. Horrible experience with a horrible company. AZ PowerWash Pros are exactly that....Professionals! The customer service is above and beyond. Our sign out front of our office was in bad shape with lots of build up. They did a great job, but we were concerned about a couple tiles that appeared to need more help...without hesitation when we asked for someone to just come out and try one more time....they sent Carlos back within a couple days..After his attempt the tiles seemed the same and appears that the flaws are probably within the tile itself after many years of build up....Either way they did what they could to make their customer happy.
