Jared a family member named Jared came back and went over the screens with me and I showed him inside and out all the faulty window frames showing a gap large enough to let a mouse in let alone a bug. He said he would make it right. I told him if he didn't do the job right the first time and walked away, leaving all of that undone work. What made me think that he would do it right the second time so on his own, he showed up on a Friday when I was at the hospital picking up my husband, and I had no idea he was going to be there as I saw him on my ring doorbell. there was an email I found later in the day and of course like many others, I don't check my email first thing every morning, but even so it said he would be here Friday but no time specified like I was supposed to sit around all day and wait for him I didn't see it until after the fact when Friday was almost finished and I saw them approach on my ring doorbell. I called the office and spoke to Haley. It was the phone call from Hell. I asked for a refund she compared it to refunding groceries to Walmart duh, then she hung up on me telling me that I was talking over her and told me to never call again and has blocked my number. I have called countless times all of the phone numbers and each time. I am told that I could not reach them from this area. The which blocked my phone number I am left with 17 old S screen frames instead of new. And with every single window more than 17 with gaps all around them, some gaps are as big as half inch screens loosely held with no clips on side and none on bottom Jared offered to take away my old screens as I was going to leave them for bulk trash day. Sure, he wanted the old screens they came back on MY windows it was as though I I paid for my own stuff that I gave away as trash. There was no way that I had 17 usable screens. Jared claims that he told me that he reduced the price because I agreed to use old frames. It was a flat out out lie never once. Did he tell me because I want it all new screens. This is plain fraud I will report them to the Better Business Bureau not that they ever do anything. But at least others will know what they may be getting into who knows if all the good reviews they get are legitimate The best thing I can do is perhaps call channel 15 in Phoenix as they offer help to consumers who have been gypped. Used to be cold "ask Gary" but now it is advertised with a different title. If not there, I will report them to the state level. I will not relent. They have not heard the last from me. I called them at least 25 times today. I called them at least 25 times today each time the call is rejected blocked.

Had this company install bird remediation around my solar panels about two years ago. Recently the…read morefencing started falling down, so I called them to come out and look at repairing it and possibly improving a few areas since birds are still getting in. When they came out, they told me the company has changed hands a few times and that the work should still be under warranty -- but then claimed it couldn't have been their installation because it was a "shoddy job" and they don't use that style of gates around solar panels. I provided invoices, receipts, and even credit card statements clearly showing they did the original work. After that, they said they would put together a quote to clean up the area and address the bird problem. Since then, my calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered. I thought they were great when they originally did the install, but the follow-through and customer service now seem completely gone.
