Had this company install bird remediation around my solar panels about two years ago. Recently the fencing started falling down, so I called them to come out and look at repairing it and possibly improving a few areas since birds are still getting in. When they came out, they told me the company has changed hands a few times and that the work should still be under warranty -- but then claimed it couldn't have been their installation because it was a "shoddy job" and they don't use that style of gates around solar panels. I provided invoices, receipts, and even credit card statements clearly showing they did the original work. After that, they said they would put together a quote to clean up the area and address the bird problem. Since then, my calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered. I paid another company to bird proof my home about 5 years ago but the stuff they put down on my tile roof dried out and the birds returned to nest over and over and over. Called Pigeon control because we had pigeons entering through the top of our solar panels. Other pigeon company said that was impossible. Joe from pigeon control listened, didn't assume and said he would inspect and get back to us as we were leaving when he showed up. I was expecting some plan to get rid of our pigeons when contacted but, Joe said he would not do anything until our panels were reset to narrow the space between our panels. I had a situation that presented a very unorthodox problem. So much so that I wasn't sure I could get rid of a family of pigeons roosting up on the roof.
