So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I found them on yelp and asked for a quote. I was impressed by the quality of information I was able to get just in the email. I felt confident these guys knew their stuff. With a brand new baby and a dog, we were concerned about scorpions, we were given different options and different pricing to choose from. We got a phone call ahead of time to be ready, and when they did come, they were able to take a quick look and work around some crazy junk piles. It was fast, the guy was friendly, and it has been effective so far. Plus they gave us a month to call back if we had any specific issues. Excellent service, these guys are amazing. We met the owner Wes and Jason who came out to help with our rodent and pest problems. We were very nervous about the damages the rodents could do to our home. They put together a monthly program for us, they showed up when the said and took the time to answer any questions we had. Since we have had immediate results. We also had them treat our home for pests, we have had service by other companies in the past but there service was above and beyond. Excellent service!! I have had bad experiences with other companies such as incomplete work, not on time and rude techs. This company was awesome, they were rite on time, very professional and polite and listened to my concerns. Gabriel the technician was wonderful, I have cameras all around the house and he did exactly what I asked for without cutting any corners. Amazing company. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful customer service. I thought I had a rodent infestation so they sent George out for a free inspection. He spent about an hour scouring the house and let me know that what I had was not a full blown infestation, but maybe one or two mice that made their way in. After only a couple visits, the mice have been removed and I was only charged for the service I truly needed. They saved me hundreds of dollars and I will certainly be using them again. read more

I have owned many properties since 1971, townhouses, single family residences, high rise condominiums, etc. In each of these cases, I have used reliable pest control companies, however, West Coast Pest Control exceeded all my expectations. Within a day, Chad came out and did a complete house walk around including the attic. He provided a recommended solution including sealing all potential entry points, rat traps and a "smoke test" to detect potential bad pipes in the walls. Price was very reasonable. Turns out, a sewer vent pipe had completely rotted out. We would have only found this with that smoke test. No ideal, but we had to cut into the wall at which point we could see where the rat had come through the sewer into our house. A day later a trap caught a big rat. The company I eventually chose to do the work found the termite entry point, evidence of their coming into my home, and resolved it with a $350 spot treatment. Furthermore, if for some reason that doesn't fix the problem, they will credit that $350 to them doing the same whole home prevention for only $1150 total. The quoted treatment aside, my main concern was the lack of follow through on the quote. Due to the perceived urgency of matter I contacted the company the day following the inspection and requested to schedule/ pay for the service. I was told that the tech did not enter the quote/ visit information into the system, and they would contact me later that day to get everything scheduled. But, they never contacted me again. I am not implying they are dishonest by promoting a more expensive treatment, but my overall experience was subpar.
