Jackson with West Coast Pest Control has been providing pest control services for my home for over a year now. He always lets me know when he is on his way and takes the time to check in with me to ask if I have seen any bugs in or around my home. He is professional, on time and always does a thorough job. After all the rain I was seeing scorpions by my front door. The company immediately addressed my concerns and sent Jackson out to spray again. We recently moved into our home and within a month we started to have a lot of ants and a few spiders coming in. I called and they squeezed us in because of my concerns about the ants in particular being a problem. The woman who made the appointment was very friendly and helpful. Set a good tone for the company from the beginning. Their rep was very nice and professional. He addressed my concerns and did a very thorough job. He wore shoe covers while in the house which I really appreciated. I found the price to be reasonable for the work that was done. I liked that I did not have to sign a contract which most of these types of companies do. I can call as is needed. Hello Everyone: This is an updated review to my review for West Coast Pest Control I left last month. When the original tech came out to set up the initial service to our residence, I was told, "I will set up on a 30-day follow up, included with the fee". Because, if it was not included in the initial fee, I would have asked what the charge would be at that time. But, when the 30-day follow up time came up on the calendar, I was told there was an additional $75.00 charge for this to occur. When I called about the 30-day follow up, West Coast Pest Control indicated they would come out at no charge to "look" at the area, but if they have to add bait, service the trap or do any other maintenance, the charge is $75.00. Therefore, my initial five-star review dropped to a four-star because I feel any future charges which a customer could incur should be spelled out clearly in writing at the initial service visit. read more

We've used West Coast Pest Control for the last 3 or 4 years since we moved to Buckeye. When we first moved in we needed regular monthly service, now we use them quarterly and spot treatment when we see more creepers crawlers than usual. They are highly responsive, always punctual and effective in what they do. They also don't cost an arm and a leg. You have to use them in the West Valley. No other option. read more

In our case, Wes and I had conversation by phone and he gave not only complimentary advice but also (if needed) a clear estimate for a plan B fix. West Coast Pest Control was easy to work with. They came out to my house and gave me a free quote for my pigeon problem. After I approved the quote they were out there two days later. West Coast Pest Control setup new spikes, mesh around beams, and repaired flywire system. They also power washed my roof and cleaned up well.
