I've had WCPC come service my house for a few years now and will continue. I had a ton of scorpions when I first moved in and now I see a few dead ones once a year to almost none inside the house. I'm grateful for them. Aaron services my house mostly and he is very kind and attentive. The entire team is great! The cost of the service is also affordable. Highly recommend. read more

We've been having our house treated by West Coast Pest Control for some time now, at least over a year. Every service has been thorough, kind and organized. Our service tech Justin is always communicative and attentive in ensuring our needs are met and cared for. I highly recommend them if you're looking for your property to be serviced. Thank you for always taking good care of us, Justin! read more

We were sad to hear that Josh was no longer available, but wanted to provide a quick update...Justin M has been a phenomenal replacement. They tried sending someone else that we've repeatedly asked not to come due to questionable quality of care. We almost decided not to continue with this company because of the continuous mix up, so hopefully moving forward Justin can continue to provide our routine services. Justin takes the time to listen to our needs, goes the extra mile to provide solutions, and follows up with any previous areas of concerns. read more

The guys were great , fast , thorough and courteous! Recommend West Coast Pest Control!

West Coast is always very professional and on time. They always take care of any problems we have

Hello Everyone: This is an updated review to my review for West Coast Pest Control I left last month. When the original tech came out to set up the initial service to our residence, I was told, "I will set up on a 30-day follow up, included with the fee". Because, if it was not included in the initial fee, I would have asked what the charge would be at that time. But, when the 30-day follow up time came up on the calendar, I was told there was an additional $75.00 charge for this to occur. When I called about the 30-day follow up, West Coast Pest Control indicated they would come out at no charge to "look" at the area, but if they have to add bait, service the trap or do any other maintenance, the charge is $75.00. Therefore, my initial five-star review dropped to a four-star because I feel any future charges which a customer could incur should be spelled out clearly in writing at the initial service visit. read more

Had WCPC come out to "pigeon-proof" my patio, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The technician, Frank, arrived right on time and was very personable and courteous. After completing the job, he walked me through everything he had done and explained it clearly. Great service from start to finish. Well worth the price to keep those pesky birds from building another nest on my patio. I would definitely recommend WCPC! read more

Amazing service. Justin was so thorough and professional, and we couldn't be happier.

Great communication from the beginning. Very responsive to emails. Accommodating when we could not do the day they typically service our area-which was truly appreciated. And they showed up on time! Huge deal to us. They were the most competitive with their pricing and had lots of different pricing options. They sprayed inside and out for little bugs. They explained when we should see the spray take effect. Great to work with read more

We recently moved into our home and within a month we started to have a lot of ants and a few spiders coming in. I called and they squeezed us in because of my concerns about the ants in particular being a problem. The woman who made the appointment was very friendly and helpful. Set a good tone for the company from the beginning. Their rep was very nice and professional. He addressed my concerns and did a very thorough job. He wore shoe covers while in the house which I really appreciated. I found the price to be reasonable for the work that was done. I liked that I did not have to sign a contract which most of these types of companies do. I can call as is needed. I would definitely recommend and would use them again myself (if I need to). read more

Always great communication, quick response and easy. We have been using West Coast since before we moved into our home in Vistancia. Being from out of state we had concerns about Scorpions. We had our home sprayed and brushed inside and out before the furniture arrived. We have been using West Coast for over a year now and have no complaints. I pay with Zelle so it's easy. I have recommended them to friends as well. Thank you. read more

I have been using West Coast for years now! Top notch customer service, they are very friendly and helpful! Always on time, and they get right to work! My neighbor dug up his backyard to rehab it, it looks great, but now I've had scorpions visiting. I called and requested a "spray for scorpions" visit. Not happy about it, but because I get my house sprayed regularly when I do find them, they are dead. They are very affordable too! You can use them one time, or 100 times, you will be completely satisfied with your decision using West Coast Pest Control! read more
