Knowing I wouldn't need to have 4-5 guys from different companies walking all over my house and likely quoting me a higher price was the cherry on top to the value, patience and expertise David showed during our long conversation. When I bought my home new the pre-treatment the builder used was not effective against termites. We ended up with two minor infestations which the builder remedied during the warranty. Knowing the warranty period was set to expire in about a year, I researched termite companies in the phoenix area and "House Doctor Exterminating" had good reviews. Upon digging further I found that the company is still locally owned and operated and has not been sold to private equity. The owner, David, is awesome. We had several talks and he really impressed me with his knowledge, all I could think is "I want to hire this guy". David gave us an initial quote for another 5 year bond in Spring of 2025. Since we still had a year of warranty left with the home builder we budgeted and saved. When I called David back in March of 2026 he still honored his old quote, without me asking! Full review - I unfortunately found some activity with termites in my home and on my exterior. I had used another company for termite service and warranty and they were not responding to me no matter how I reached out (Call / Text / Email multiple times over 3 months). I needed to find another company to perform a full treatment and stand behind their work. I am not a termite expert, I needed to do my due diligence and reached out to a few companies. House Doctor Exterminating was on my list of companies to call, as it was recommended by a family friend. David, the owner, took his time in describing how they would treat and perform the work, as well as looked up my home details online to help give me a price for work to be done, as well as specifically treat areas with activity within and external areas of my home. I don't have time to type the whole story of the mass cinch/sinch bug infestation I encountered and how they covered my entire patio, brick wall and exterior home walls and working their way into my home via doors seems and dog door but in short just 24hrs after they sprayed they are virtually all gone. Now it's just a few bugs which I and my dog can handle. Being in this home during covid-19 working from home all day and being forced to walk my dog several times a day was STRESSFUL I was losing my mind. On the phone immediately they were SUPER friendly. Termites invading a block house? Another company came out to look at two tubes outside, told us (incorrectly) that termites will go 6 inches up and retreat if they don't find wood. THAT IS WRONG. 6-8 months later they are in our roof! Isaac came out to assess the situation. As before, David showed up on time and even though it was humid, he was very meticulous in evaluating and preparing the ground by trenching before the treatment began. Since the garage had a few visible termite trails, he drilled holes in the concrete all the way through before pouring the "termite juice".
