When my husband found some unique "droppings" in our laundry room recently, I immediately freaked out a bit, and when my dog started acting weird that same night in my bedroom, I knew something was up. Specifically, there was something under our roof that did not belong there. My brother swears by House Doctor Exterminating and many family members have been working with David for many years. He has a longstanding trusted business for a reason and now I can speak to that first-hand (even though this was not a club I wanted to belong to). David and some of his crew members have been extremely responsive to our situation and while we have not yet caught the rodent, we have a solid plan in place to do so as well as a plan to make sure the house is safe from any rodents moving forward. Thanks for the timely communication, David. Thanks also specifically to Isaac who sent me a video on how to move a trap on my own because I was a bit scared to do so! If you are in need of this type of service, don't hesitate to call David / House Doctor Exterminating. read more

We requested a quote for termite treatment. We originally heard about this company from a web search and I found the highest recommendations on NextDoor and Yelp. We looked up the website and the information on it aligned with our needs. We chose the 5 yr warranty and set up the appointment for the following week. When the appointment day arrived, the termite tech arrived at the scheduled time and he started with the outdoor inspection followed by an indoor inspection. He came up with a plan for treatment and he trenched the perimeter of the home. He was all done in less than 4 hours. The treatment is in the ground and it can take up to 90 days for termite trails to stop. The work was thorough and clean. The information given throughout the process was easy to understand. We give our highest recommendation to this company. read more

This organization has always been professional, prompt, and addresses any concerns. I've been working with this company for 20 years on five properties. Always had wonderful experience experiences. read more

The owners really care about providing an honest necessary service for your home. They do not upsell services. Their price is straightforward. I am so glad I found House Doctor Exterminating on NextDoor that provided a 5-year termite preventative treatment to my home. Paperwork was sent to my email throughout the process and a TARF filing for the Department of Agriculture was included. I can rest easy knowing my home has a termite preventative treatment. The price is fair compared to other companies out there overcharging and upselling their customers. read more

I realized I had termites and immediately started researching. I saw folks recommend this company in multiple Phoenix forums so I used Yelp to reach out to multiple businesses and David was the only one who was able to look up my address, it's public termite treatment history and provide me an price without needing to send someone to inspect the property. The price I believe is very reasonable as it includes a 5 year warranty to inspect and treat again if the termites reappear. Knowing I wouldn't need to have 4-5 guys from different companies walking all over my house and likely quoting me a higher price was the cherry on top to the value, patience and expertise David showed during our long conversation. Issac who came over to perform the treatment was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! He respected my home, my privacy and my ocd cleanliness requests. He did a great job throughly treating my home, including drilling in my sitting area and around the property. I hope I never have to worry about termites again but I know who I'll be calling if I do. read more

They did an amazing job! When Terminix stopped serving my house and said they had no record of me, House Doctor Exterminating came to the rescue. David, the owner, gave me a quick quote over the phone. He spent considerable time discussing what chemicals they use since I was afraid they would hurt my dog. He listened to my concerns about drilling into the house and my problems with bugs and termites. Isaac, the one who showed up to do the termite treatment, was professional and worked about my dog. I've never seen anymore take more care and work harder. He listened to my concerns with the chemicals and we talked through where to spray for bugs. The quote was exactly as they said, no additional charges. I feel this company is honest, didn't over charge me, and I trust them. I recommend them if you need any kind of pest service. Also, they are the only ones I've found who will treat your house for termites for five years at a fair price. Highly, highly recommend. read more

We did our research and went with House Doctor Exterminating. From the initial call to Mike our technician we had a great experience. Super friendly team and knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommend! Great prices, excellent customer service and superb customer experience. read more

When I bought my home new the pre-treatment the builder used was not effective against termites. We ended up with two minor infestations which the builder remedied during the warranty. Knowing the warranty period was set to expire in about a year, I researched termite companies in the phoenix area and "House Doctor Exterminating" had good reviews. Upon digging further I found that the company is still locally owned and operated and has not been sold to private equity. The owner, David, is awesome. We had several talks and he really impressed me with his knowledge, all I could think is "I want to hire this guy". David gave us an initial quote for another 5 year bond in Spring of 2025. Since we still had a year of warranty left with the home builder we budgeted and saved. When I called David back in March of 2026 he still honored his old quote, without me asking! We set an appointment and the tech came out on time and performed the work safely and efficiently. He explained the entire process, what chemicals he would be using, addressed any safety concerns I had and got to work. If I ever have any future need for a termite company or general pest control David is my new go to, hands down, no questions asked. read more

House Doctor has been my go-to exterminating company for 10 years. They are responsive, professional, and pleasant to deal with. The owner, David, is always available for questions, and his staff members show up on time and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend. read more

Owner, David Ramos, from the very beginning was friendly, very knowledgeable, quick to get me a quote, answered any questions, was very accommodating with my schedule (and possible changes due to predicted heavy rain) and termite situation. Issac was very professional and thorough. Excellent smooth and easy experience. Highly recommend! read more

I can't recommend this company enough! My mom bought a house completely infested with termites. This was a surprise to us, because another termite company had only found one tube upon inspection. But when we closed on the house, Isaac found evidence of termites in every room inside and out! Navigating this situation has been so extremely stressful for all of us. But I have to say, this company has really been a godsend. They really go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The owner (David) has been readily available to answer all of my millions of questions and multiple phone calls. And he has been there to reassure us every step of the way. It's been 4 months since the treatment and I have not seen another termite or tube. I have found several areas of wood damage, but that's a story for another day. I am thankful that I can now move onto fixing things without worry of an active infestation. read more

Speedy service. Clear outline of what to expect. We've used them twice. Great each time.

I'd always heard people here say that "If you don't know if you have termites, then you probably have termites." Had House Doctor Extermination come out today to check as it's been a while since I bought the place. Had a great conversation with the owner (David) when setting up the appointment. The inspector (Isaac) came out on time, and was very nice answering all of my questions. Thankfully, I don't have termites! They provided some info papers, got a call from the owner thanking me for calling them, and they didn't even charge for the checkup visit. I'll definitely be calling on them in the future and recommend to friends and family. Happy to support this local business instead of a chain. read more

1-30-2024 Cliff notes review - I had House Doctor Exterminating come out for a termite treatment at my home. A family friend recommended them. Simply put - they are professional, they perform quality work, and they did a great job! Isaac, the tech, did not rush the treatment work and he ensured all areas were properly treated. I spoke with David, the owner, and he took his time to explain the treatment plan, and options. This group has great value but was not the cheapest option I had offered; the old saying rings true: "You get what you pay for." Full review - I unfortunately found some activity with termites in my home and on my exterior. I had used another company for termite service and warranty and they were not responding to me no matter how I reached out (Call / Text / Email multiple times over 3 months). I needed to find another company to perform a full treatment and stand behind their work. I am not a termite expert, I needed to do my due diligence and reached out to a few companies. House Doctor Exterminating was on my list of companies to call, as it was recommended by a family friend. David, the owner, took his time in describing how they would treat and perform the work, as well as looked up my home details online to help give me a price for work to be done, as well as specifically treat areas with activity within and external areas of my home. He explained how the treatment worked, the warranty options, and the use of specific chemicals to help combat the termites. We scheduled service, and the technician, Isaac, came out. The weather was not great for the full treatment, so rather than rush anything, they scheduled another time to come back that was convenient for me. On the first day, Isaac did a lot of work and took his time. When he returned to finish the rest of the treatment he took his time and ensured he properly trenched the area to treat properly. Every property is different but mine required Isaac to trench further down than normal to ensure there was a good barrier where the stucco and foundation met. While we just had the treatment completed, and I realize termite control is an ongoing maintenance item, I feel that I have found a great partner in taking care of termites for my home to protect my investment. I would highly recommend House Doctor Exterminating as an option for your termite and pest needs. read more

Isaac listened and inspected my areas of concern then went to work with professional, detailed service inside and outside the house. The "micro" crickets and ants don't stand a chance. Always effective and professional service from House Doctor. Highly recommend! read more

Always great service and responsiveness. Highly recommend them for pest control and termites.

In 2014 I called House Doctor exterminating for what happened to be the first termite infestation I have ever had at my home. I am happy to say, 10 years later I have not had any recurrences of them. My 5 year extended warranty will end soon and I decided to extend it as they give you an option of 5 years or 1 year at a time, whichever works best for your situation. It's nice to see they stand behind their work. Would definitely recommend them! Dan Phoenix read more

Very professional and on time! Would recommend to anyone! Technician Issac was very sweet!

House Doctor Exterminating Licensed Technician Isaac Martinovich did a thorough preventative servicing of my home and guest house this last Tuesday. He was professional, knowledgeable, and the extensive work he did has given me great peace of mind, lowered my home insurance cost, and assured the guest house tenant that his rent is well spent. House Doctor Exterminating has in recent years serviced a house across the street -- and my next-door door neighbors' house, and they recommend this company highly. The owner, David Ramos, spent generous time on the phone with me, describing in detail the company's preventative treatment I would receive, tailored to my property by satellite photos online. This is a great company doing great work ! read more

This is the second time we've used House Doctor for our termite problems. The first time was 12 years ago at our previous home. David Ramos took good care of us then, so we decided to go with House Dr again. Sure enough when I reached out to David he spent a good amount of time informing us what new chemicals will be used and what the process will be for the treatment. He gave us a good 5 year quote and we booked them for the very next business day. Isaac was our tech and he and the assistant were kind and professional. Isaac wore shoe covers inside the house for us and throughly answered any of our questions as they completed each treatment step. We are very happy with the service provided! Glad we called House Doctor Exterminating again! read more

I hired House Doctors to spray my house for termites. They did a through survey of the home and identified where there had been termite activity. Their prices were good. The scheduling department was efficient and able to accommodate a last-minute rescheduling. Their on-site team was professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy with their work. I recommend them highly and have a contract with them for future service. read more

I am happy with the work done by House Doctor. They came and gave me an estimate and found active termites in two places. I think their price was reasonable and I will pay $150 a year for maintenance. For that price I have peace of mind and NO termites. Good deal. read more

I called the right people and I'm satisfied. I don't have time to type the whole story of the mass cinch/sinch bug infestation I encountered and how they covered my entire patio, brick wall and exterior home walls and working their way into my home via doors seems and dog door but in short just 24hrs after they sprayed they are virtually all gone. Now it's just a few bugs which I and my dog can handle. Being in this home during covid-19 working from home all day and being forced to walk my dog several times a day was STRESSFUL I was losing my mind. On the phone immediately they were SUPER friendly. I sent them photos of the infestation. I've lived in Arizona for 47 years and I've never encountered this bug. They let me know what it was instantly. They had someone over in a couple of hours. He let me know the source that it was my neighbors yard of weed overgrowth. He sprayed two chemicals. Kept my dog away from it for 24hrs just to be on the safe side. Life feels back to normal. Thank you!!! I can sleep in peace. read more

We had a horrible experience with scorpions in our home- two sightings and one sting - all within one week. Needless to say we were all a little uneasy. We immediately contacted House Doctor Exterminating and Tracy was extremely accommodating and was able to get someone over quickly to spray. Since then, we have not had any issues and are very happy with them. I highly recommend House Doctor! read more

When I found signs of termites in my home, I knew I wanted the best on the case. I'm so glad I decided to go with House Doctor. David, the owner, was able to address all my initial questions over the phone, and he provided a very reasonable quote for treatment with a five year warranty. His knowledge and passion for the job are very apparent. Isaac, the technician, showed up right on time a few days later. He did a great job, taking the time to drill diagonally under the foundation where a lot of others probably would not have bothered. Not only that, he was exceptionally careful to leave everything exactly as he found it, which is greatly appreciated. Months later, when I saw signs of new activity after the recent rains, David had Isaac back out to my place just one day later. Isaac again did an excellent job: aside from the complete absence of termites, you'd never even know he was there. Discovering termites is no fun, but it's a huge relief knowing that House Doctor is just a phone call away. read more

Termites invading a block house? Another company came out to look at two tubes outside, told us (incorrectly) that termites will go 6 inches up and retreat if they don't find wood. THAT IS WRONG. 6-8 months later they are in our roof! Isaac came out to assess the situation. He did a thorough walk-through, documented visible activity and educated us on how they would get this under control. Isaac also came to drill and apply the chemicals. I cannot say enough great things about Isaac. He is very professional, tidy, quiet and respectful. He put everything back as it had been inside and out. Dave and Tracy were also great in helping educate us and get scheduled. Treatment comes with a good warranty. I have already recommended House Doctor to friends. read more

I had such a great experience with this company. They were quick to fit me in the schedule and the technician really took his time examining the exterior and interior of my place. I highly recommend this company for your termite issues as they talked me through the steps that were taken. read more

Ended up using their services again! As before, David showed up on time and even though it was humid, he was very meticulous in evaluating and preparing the ground by trenching before the treatment began. Since the garage had a few visible termite trails, he drilled holes in the concrete all the way through before pouring the "termite juice". After the treatment, he plugged up the holes and then filled the trenches back up. Very methodical! We are satisfied and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business! Oh did I say that he was very friendly and knowledgeable to explain everything in detail?! read more

I sold my house and in the home inspection "evidence" of termites were found. So the buyers asked for a treatment before they bought - to which I agreed to. Since I don't have a termite person in my Rolodex, I turned to Yelp. House Doctor came out and did their inspection and laid out the price. I agreed and it was done. House Doctor was prompt in their times. Their initial inspection appointment window was 9-11, and they showed up at about 9:30. Perfect. Then for the treatment it was 9-11 also and they showed up at almost exactly 9. Storm came in and the technician worked hard to get the job done so they didn't have to come back and do it all over again. read more
