Anthony is the best! His expertise is amazing, and he's efficient and professional! We love Bills. We've been with them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Anthony was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained how the treatment should work. I have always had a good experience with this company.

Update after 4 months of service for mosquitoes and no-see-ums (biting midges). "I am amazed at how well the treatment has been and continues to work on our property. For several years after moving here I tried everything (all the DIY techniques to no avail) but we still had to put on ceadercide repellent, etc. everyday to avoid getting bit. That is a pain in the butt and always on mind if need to put on more after a few hours for prime time in early evening, etc. Ever since Skyler started treating our home I nor anyone in my family no longer get bit and before we were getting bit constantly. It's like these biters no long exist in and around our entire property, front and back. We never ever have to put any type of repellent on and do not have to bother with all the gimmicks. I wish I found Bills Pest Termite Control and Skyler several years ago when first moved here. One thing about that is though, I now have proof to compare just how effective their treatment is. Total game changer, and there has been no harm to all the wildlife that visit our yard everyday. I have used other pest control for mosquitoes, etc. in another state lived in before and helped a little but would still have to put on repellent. I did not expect the treatment to work as well as it has due to past experiences, just hoping to at least lower the numbers of bites, etc. But Skyler at Bills Pest Termite Control has completely obliterated these biters, they no longer even seem to exist on our property, even after all the rain recently. If they happen fly in on our property that is the end of them. My family and I are in total awe!!!" read more

I had an excellent experience with Bill's Pest & Termite! My technician, Skylar, was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough during my general pest control service. He took the time to explain the treatment process, answered all of my questions, and made sure every concern was addressed before leaving. It's clear that Skylar takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. If you're looking for a reliable pest control company with outstanding technicians, I highly recommend Bill's Pest & Termite. Thank you, Skylar, for the exceptional service! read more

About 6 months ago Bill's crew installed pigeon deterrent wire on our roof and around the chimney. At that time we were getting 10-15 pigeon visits a day to our backyard fountain, and they were making a mess. Pigeon visits steadily diminished after the deterrent was placed, and now we rarely see one. So, it was money well spent. And a professioinal crew. read more

Today was 2nd time I had service from this company. Grateful to Paulina for finding beginnings of termite issue in our garage. Last time we had service, it lasted for 3 months before I started seeing any bugs/mosquitoes. Hoping treatment lasts as well this time, though we did have rain again shortly after she left. Also, if next time Paulina could concentrate on spraying around our home/yard, that would be great. I noticed on one side of yard spraying was done mostly on our neighbors yard instead of ours. Am sure he appreciated it though. :) read more

Upon arrival, Bobby suggested several areas where it might be advantageous to apply additional chemical at locations not previously indicated. He then proceeded to drill in the cement and tile injection locations. The drilling was done with minimal damage for cement injections and no damage to tile injections. Trench application around the perimeter was done as described for the chemical. Overall, Bobby indicated a professional knowledge of his job and politely answered any questions I had concerning his task. read more

Had them out for a termite inspection. The tech was fine, showed on time, no issues. They wanted to perform a whole home prevention treatment for $2500. The company I eventually chose to do the work found the termite entry point, evidence of their coming into my home, and resolved it with a $350 spot treatment. Furthermore, if for some reason that doesn't fix the problem, they will credit that $350 to them doing the same whole home prevention for only $1150 total. The quoted treatment aside, my main concern was the lack of follow through on the quote. Due to the perceived urgency of matter I contacted the company the day following the inspection and requested to schedule/ pay for the service. I was told that the tech did not enter the quote/ visit information into the system, and they would contact me later that day to get everything scheduled. But, they never contacted me again. I am not implying they are dishonest by promoting a more expensive treatment, but my overall experience was subpar. read more

He was on time for the appoinment, gave a detailed description of what he did in the Notes and was very througjh with how he did his job. Thank you for the great service you provide. read more

I do not recommend this company at all. Their prices are ridiculously high compared to the other companies I got a bid from. Also the guy they sent out was really creepy. He wanted to go all through the house rooting around our closets which isn't required for an inspection. None of the other companies did this. The creepy guy that bid the inspection was enough to turn us off. read more

I've used this company for termite treatment for several years, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing and frustrating. Despite repeated treatments for subterranean termites, I continue to see new mud tubes appearing in the same areas. Each visit follows the same pattern: spot treatment, reassurance that "they never really go away," and the explanation that it would take years before any real damage occurs. No meaningful effort has been made to aggressively locate the source of the infestation, identify entry points, or discuss colony-level eradication options. After owning my home since 2017, I find it hard to accept that recurring activity over many years is simply "normal" or unavoidable. At some point, continued reappearance indicates that the treatment approach is not working. I also would have expected clearer documentation, a long-term plan, or recommendations beyond repeated spraying. The technicians are polite and professional, but the overall approach feels complacent and reactive rather than thorough or solution-oriented. Homeowners should ask very specific questions about inspection methods, treatment strategy, and whether the goal is actual eradication or just ongoing maintenance. It's an endless loop of reoccurring maintenance contract renewals, with no real maintenance. I'm now seeking a second opinion. I expressed my frustration to this company and shared that, at this point, it felt like there was no aggressive or proactive plan to address the ongoing termite activity. I also mentioned that I may need to seek a second opinion. What stood out most was the lack of concern or effort to address my dissatisfaction. It's disappointing, especially since customer relationships are built by the smaller, consistent efforts, regardless of the size of the company. read more

Not happy. This company have treated my house 5 times. My issue is that when the technician arrives, the first thing he says is that he doesnt have much time and will need to come back another time. Thanks God I found another company who will be on sight next week and will treat the house by standard. After pulling up the data online of previous treatments by Bill's crew, expert opinion is they never executed the treatment right! Im just happy I found a more reliable vendor who actually has the time it takes. read more

I contacted this business to get an estimate for a pigeon problem I was having in my home. We had this same problem 20 years ago and it had been resolved until recently when the pigeons came back due to the plastic spikes weathering and breaking. I was told by the person who came out that I would receive an estimate of what the costs would be within 24-48 hours. It took 5 days to get an email estimate and I only received this because I called to see when we would be getting it. The estimate was 3 times the amount of other estimates we received and when I let the company know that we would not be using them I was accused of being "cheap" by the estimator. If this is how this company operates they are very unprofessional!! read more

Bobby White IV was on time, professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company for their services.

Our technician was on time, very friendly and informative. This company was referred to me by another pest control company that is no longer taking clients. Very happy with the service! read more

Bobby assessed my situation with an annoying woodpecker on my roof pecking my metal returns. His suggestion was that I wait it out until the woodpecker leaves this spring. the cost to deter it and the visual of a whirling deterrent would detract from my Scottsdale desert home. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and highly recommend Bills Pest Control. read more

We have used Bill's for termite control for over 10 years so when we were unable to rid a rat from our back yard, we had you come to help. You agreed to 4 follow up visits setting 4 traps. On the first follow up, there was evidence that the rat was injured and on the 2nd followup the rat was dead. The 4 visits were completed with no evidence of another rat and with disinfectent applied. We believe the charge of $825 was excessive and probably will not renew our termite agreement next year. read more

We were at our wits' end with a massive pigeon problem that had taken over our patio and backyard. The constant cleaning and frustration were making our outdoor area completely unusable. Thankfully, we found Bill's Pigeon Control (a part of Bill's Pest and Termite company). Over the course of a month, we had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Logan and Travis Randall. From day one, their performance was outstanding. They meticulously followed our contractual agreement, demonstrating impressive knowledge and skill throughout the process. Jonathan and Travis were always punctual, polite and completely transparent, ensuring our satisfaction every step of the way. Once the project was finished, they left ore roof and patio immaculately clean and sanitized. The results speak for themselves: our patio and roof are now pigeon-free and we are finally able to enjoy our outdoor living space once again. I highly recommend their services. read more

My initial contact over ten years ago could have saved money and wasted time. This year I called another firm who without see my residence quoted me a price and would have set an appointment to do the work. It made no sense to not see my residence. I contacted Bill's Pest and Termite and was impressed with how Scott explained the problem, the source and how Bill's was usually successful and why. I thought I was going to have a mess indoors and out. Their procedure left no mess, was done in the estimated work period, that was around six months ago. Pest free. I am greatful, with Bill's method it was done right the first. I needed to move many things to be ready for the exterminator and would dread needing to do a second time. The work is guaranteed but I don't want to think of needing. The required movement of contents was my creation. Had Bill's not solved the problem I would have needed to do even more readiness work on the other side of the interior central wall read more

After a large corporate pest company left us unimpressed during a bug crisis, I called around to about 10 different bug companies to try to find help. Karen spoke with me on the phone and spent 15 min giving me information and advice (at no charge and never pressured me to sign up for service). She helped me more in 15 minutes than our normal company helped in 3 home visits. We immediately switched over and just had our first home visit with Bill's today. Our tech, Fantasia, was amazing. If I hadn't already signed up for recurring service, she would have convinced me. I have been so impressed by everyone so far that I have dealt with. Don't be fooled by large corporate companies and their 5 star reviews, having a family owned local company makes a HUGE difference. Thanks again!! read more
