Loud Shout-Out to Simply Green Pest Control! Most pests don't bother me. I can handle scorpions, rats, mice, snakes... but, for whatever reason, I am not equipped to handle arachnids. I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so incredibly grateful. read more

Simply Green was an easy yes for me! After searching around and quoting with several businesses, they were the easiest to communicate with and offered a great price! I appreciate that they did not hassle me with hundreds of texts or phone calls to complete the sale. I received our first service the next day and Hunter was kind and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with Simply Green in the future! read more

We have had Simply Green Pest service our home for the past 5 years in the San Tan Valley area, and they are absolutely amazing! They are consistently punctual, thorough, and incredibly friendly. I am so thankful for the professionals who come out; they always go the extra mile by providing extra traps when needed and taking the time to answer any questions we have. Since they started spraying our home, I never have issues with critters. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service! read more

Thank you Bryant for a thorough job this morning. We removed storage cabinets in our garage that were there from previous owners. We saw some termite lines after the removal. They ended up to be old and not active. Bryant treated the area as a precaution. read more

This company has been providing pest control services to us for years! They come every other month and spray around our home and backyard. They use an organic, non-toxic chemical that works amazing! When we first moved into our home, we had problems with roaches. But once we started having the treatments, things have been great! The person who comes out to our home is always very polite and always wears disposable booties over his shoes to help keep our floors clean! This company provides excellent service and I think the value is worth it! Highly recommend! read more

Great initial cost as well as the cost for the year contract. Tech was very thorough and explained what he was going to do as well as what to expect after the treatment! read more

I've used their service before for roaches and it was effective. This time, it's AZ termites. Of the 3 companies, relatively competitive bids; this one seemed most reputable. Surprisingly this one had a 2-week wait compared to the other quicker-availabilities. You can view that in 2 ways. This one is busier because they really are the better/best option, or if you're in a rush, you might go with the others ? My rep, Matt is a bug lover (loved bugs growing up as a kid, so he seemed to understand and know his bugs ), which is a great repertoire of knowledge and helps educate average folks like me. If I could change anything, it would be the warranty. Another company offered 5-year for the same product, but overall I was most comfortable going with Simply Green. Kudos to Katie for her responsiveness to questions. D-Day.. rep was accommodating. He pretty much carried out the tasks as described by Matt. No surprises. At my request, remedied the inside first so we could reposition furniture and get the interior back to normal (spot treatments into the wall plus topical filler. Paint touchups not included, but that was disclosed upfront.) Then, our external side wall which is actually our neighbor's side yard (so we could wrap up disturbing the neighbor and could reposition their yard furnishings.) And finally the rest of our external perimeter. Overall we're happy with the service and hopeful no further termite issues for at least 7 years (we bought the 10-year product which realistically may last 7+ years, but warranteed by Simply Green for 3 years.) read more

They always show up on time and I never see any insects between treatments! Highly recommend! It completely took off the aphids from my hibiscuses as well! read more

This is the best pest control experience I have ever had. I have been worrying about fleas in my house for years, and recently thought we had another issue in the bathroom. Other pest control companies sold me services to treat what I thought were fleas in the past. But Paul from Simply Green explained that these small black jumping bugs along the baseboards in my bathroom were not fleas at all, but springtails! Much easier to get rid of and completely harmless to humans and pets. He didn't try to sell me on any service I didn't need. He also inspected our house and made sure to point out the spots where we could hire a roofer to prevent rodents from getting in, or cut plants back to prevent the same. Solid advice all around. The peace of mind I have after this visit is priceless. read more

I've known Paul quite some time now and he is simply the best, and is so knowledgeable, kind, articulate, and truly does an outstanding job. He even noticed some issues with my newly installed driveway.... Which was spot on! He goes above and beyond with his service. Today he checked my closet for what I thought was a rodent, and within 5 minutes he assured me that it related to something like a hanger causing all this debris on the floor. Sure enough what he speculated and determined made perfect sense! Paul is honest too, and is never trying to over sell or make a quick buck off of you. Simply Green is a laudable company, but what puts it over the top is Paul. He can even talk about the wildlife in our area and their behaviors. He caught several rats for me over the years and has kept our bugs to a minimum. Also, he looks after our beloved dog Bruno the Havanese, by using products that will not harm your pets! He also does stop by before and after treatment with updates and never fails to mention to let the product dry before letting Bruno out. There are very few "Paul's " today... and his heart of gold makes it and personal touch to every thing he does from pretreatment, post treatment and beyond is impeccable! read more

My spraying was due and Paul, who gets a 5 star rating from me every time, promptly took the job in hand. I was ill and couldn't interact much today- 5but have no worries when he is on the job. Thanks Paul, sorry we couldn't chat but maybe next time! read more

Very pleased with the attention to detail, dusting for spiders, putting down granules for ants and spraying block wall corners in the backyard. Service tech arrived on time and was here approximately 30 minutes, doing a very thorough job in my front and back yards. Very happy that I decided to go with them!! read more

Thorough application and safe for pets. The pesticide Works well and they are friendly and efficient

I was so impressed by the promptness, professionalism, and courtesy shown by Brittney when I initially inquired about pest services. Other pest companies were not as transparent in providing their pricing without paying first for an inspection. When I needed immediate service for a rodent problem Brittney was able to schedule Paul, the rodent service technician, for the very next day. Paul was incredible! Patient, thorough in his investigation, and detailed in his explanations of what he recommended, how it would work, and honest in what to expect. I was so impressed with Simply Green that I've also transferred by insect treatment service to them as well. I highly recommend them - you'll be very happy! read more

I had an unexpected issue with wasps come along after living in the same house for 9 years without any difficulty. I guess Mother Nature decided it was just my turn. I called Simply Green who sent out a service tech a few days later. He did find one honeycomb shaped hive in some bushes in my back yard which he removed, as well as where activity was occurring near a roofline. He dusted the bushes and roofline and said give it a few days, as they might increase their activity in the short term before moving on. After about a week it became apparent the wasps weren't moving on and were in fact getting worse. I called Simply Green again and they scheduled a follow up with a different tech by the name of Kyle, to come out and get a second set of eyes on the problem. He was able to locate FOUR different wasp nests in the bushes in my backyard. He eliminated them, dusted my patio where they were also starting to congregate, and spent a considerable amount of time going over the yard. He advised there was nothing wrong with what the first guy did, because the size of the new nests were small and so probably started in between the first visit and his. He also said that although he was treating inside the yard, to keep in mind they were coming in from somewhere else so it's not like they could get rid of them 100%. But having said that between the two visits I think the wasps finally got the message as they've moved on at last, and I am free to enjoy my backyard again along with the dogs. Simply Green did not charge me for the follow up visit, which was greatly appreciated, and I appreciate their timely response and follow up. It took a bit to resolve the issue but I'm glad it wasn't me poking around in the bushes looking for spicy flies! read more

Great service people but way over priced. Got 3 quotes for termite inspections, found termites and they wanted $3,000.00. 3 houses one lot, two casitas, one house is 1,800 square feet. Got two more quotes, comparing "apples to apples," the second one was $2,000.00. The last one was $500.00. Mind you this company had me cut a square into each closest in the bigger house to access the foundation. Neither of the other two ever mentioned it. Of course I went with the more thorough one, plus it was the least expensive. read more

Simply Green Pest Control was wonderful! I submitted a form to request a quote and Brittany called me quickly to provide the information. She provided all the options and the pricing for each, and was very friendly and helpful! Our technician, Jason, was prompt, very friendly, and extremely thorough. We recently had them come out for the first time after switching from another pest control company we had several issues with. Jason explained everything he was doing and checked in to see if I had any questions. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs and he was great about explaining how safe the chemicals are and the precautions to take. He was very knowledgeable and very considerate. I love that they are local and they are great value for what they provided. It's rare to find friendly and reliable companies that communicate as well as they did at every step of the way. I am beyond impressed, and very grateful to have found them! read more
