Fast, great communication, fantastic price. First month in but so far so good! Was able to get same day service which was super helpful because I was out of town and I had my wife and first time mom at home anxious about scorpions. Haven't had any issues since and wife was able to sleep! Happy wife happy life! read more

We had some freeloader pigeons living rent-free on the side of my house. We reached out to several vendors, but Merrill Pest Solutions outbid and won my business! They offered competitive pricing and excellent customer service. The customer service representative was very friendly and spoke naturally (not scripted or robot-like), which is a huge win for me. The technician communicated with us before and after the visit and provided us with photos. Overall, the experience was great and very impressive. read more

Blake and Trever showed up on time, and did a great job spraying inside and outside the house. I really appreciated them!! I thought $80/2 months is a reasonable price too. read more

We've been working with Merrill pest for a few years now. We haven't had any pest issues since then. They're always polite and professional.

My husband and I have lived in our house for 14 years and rarely see scorpions. I reached out to this company in April after one of our cats suffered a very serious sting from a scorpion that got into our house one night. The next day I called Merrill Pest Solutions and the company sent someone out to our home the same day I called. They have serviced our house for three months now and in that time we have not seen another scorpion. The price was extremely affordable and the worker who came to our house, Ryan, was very nice and thorough. The office staff and the owner have all been incredibly helpful from day one and we cannot recommend this company strongly enough. read more

Merrill Pest Solutions - Pest Control Near Me

Quick service and very friendly! Second time I have used Merrill Pest Solutions and I would recommend.

I submitted an inquiry late at night about suspected roof rats at my home and almost immediately the next morning received a response from Merrill Pest Solutions. They sent out a technician named Blake who did an awesome job checking around my home, the roof and the attic for rats and he was honest, fast and effective with his recommendations. The entire consultation was free and they sent me a quote afterwards with fair and reasonable pricing. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone! read more

Fast and friendly service. Able to schedule whenever we need, very flexible! Good value for price

Thanks for your time & expertise Blake. You explained everything well, and gave me 2 different options based on my needs.

When we requested a review of our property. Nick Merrill was on it immediately. We quickly scheduled a time to meet and review the property and he provided and estimate on the spot. When I inquired about the treatments being dog friendly and kid friendly he said they have both kids and pets so they all the treatments they use are safe as soon as they dry. I hired him on the spot and we signed documents the next morning and the technician came that day for 5 year termite protection read more

I'm very disappointed in this company and absolutely do not recommend them. The fees are very much at a premium and the level of service is poor. I contracted with this company to spray my interior. Obviously, someone needs to be home so I simply asked that they call ahead of time so that we aren't waiting around for hours. This just doesn't happen, yet I still seem to be billed. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're looking to have the interior sprayed. read more

They came out promptly and did the job at a reasonable cost. We appreciate the knowledgeable service.

One of the first subscriptions we signed up for when we moved to AZ was a pest control service. We did not want to run into any scorpions or bugs! My husband searched businesses in the area and landed on Merrill Pest Solutions. We signed up for a quarterly service back in 2022 and have been getting regular service since even after moving houses. The guys are always friendly, communicative, and thorough. They are great about sending reminders and are often flexible about rescheduling. We've never had an issue or seen bugs around the house! read more

Silas at Merrill Pest Solutions was outstanding! He took excellent care of our home, thoroughly spraying both inside and out, dusting around all the doorways and applying granules to the lawn for full perimeter protection. His attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in his work really stood out! Big shoutout to their dispatch team as well, they were quick, friendly, and got us scheduled for the very next day. Thanks again to the whole Merrill team! read more

Told is like it is. Family run business that is honest and affordable. I had an in the wall built into my new home, could have continued to put poison in the walls. But I like it outside better. Just me I guess. read more

Great to work with. Excellent communications. I recommend anyone needing this type of service to give these guys a call!

Provided clear information about all of our options, and made the whole process easy and quick. The termite treatment options were affordable and covered everything we needed. Definitely recommend! read more

Really nice guys, appreciate the in depth explanation of all our options and total transparency on what is most effective. Great pricing and they got the treatment done quickly. A few weeks later we noticed a new termite tube and called the office and they came out to spot treat that area right away. read more

had a great experience with Merrill Pest Control! They were able to schedule me almost immediately to help with our tick problem. The first technician, Isaac, was very kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We noticed results almost right away, but since our pets go indoors and outdoors, a few ticks still made their way inside. After about a week, I reached out to see if we could schedule the second spray a bit earlier -- and they actually sent someone out that same day at no additional cost! That kind of responsiveness and care really impressed me. So far, I'm very satisfied with their service and plan to continue using them for regular maintenance. I'll definitely be recommending Merrill Pest Control to our neighbors! read more

Just all around solid service from head to toe. Had the dreaded mud tunnels in the home when we arrived home after being out of town for 2 months. They came out and explained everything so well about the situation and how they'd solve it. As soon as we accepted the quote they were out the next week and completed the termite service. A+ company that I will now use for all my pest issues. read more

Everyone from the owner, Nick, to the technicians were very nice and professional. Nick came out and did the inspection. He thoroughly explained everything and pointed out obvious signs of termites, that I hadn't noticed in other areas, as he inspected my house. I was able to set up an appointment for treatment 2 days later. The two technicians arrived 15 mins ahead of time (which was nice). They estimated they would be done in 2hrs but were actually done in a little over an hour. It's nice to find a small business that still has excellent customer service and business practices. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

If you want someone who is responsive, professional, timely and honest, Nick and his team are exemplary on all counts. We had a rodent issue at a rental property being dealt with by our HOA's contracted company, but we needed further assistance inside the unit to give our tenants peace of mind. Merrill could have sold us on duplicate services, but instead they did what I asked, and confirmed that what we were already doing would suffice. Honesty and integrity go a long way toward earning my loyalty. Thanks, Nick and team! read more

I find them to be fairly priced and fast to respond. We set the whole thing up via text and they come when they're supposed to. The chemicals seem to be working since there are no insect incursions to my home so far. No complaints. read more

I had a great experience with Merrill Peat solutions! I do not have much experience with Pest companies and found a few scorpions in our home. We've never seen them, before or had problems, but I wanted to take a more preventative approach to avoid any future problems. I sent an inquiry through Yelp Projects - most amazing tool - I received a few messages from other companies, all of which, including Merrill, start with a first time spray special that roll into monthly plans. Since it hadn't been an issue before, I only really wanted a one time spray at the moment. Merrill pest has no problem giving me the one time price without pushing the plan or upselling me. Not to mention it was pet friendly and eco friendly, which I greatly appreciated. Merrill had the best price by overall by quite a bit. They got me on the schedule for quickly, made the process super easy and I would definitely return for any future pest needs. read more

Pest management inside & out. Arrived as expected, fair pricing & good service. I recommend this company.

I asked questions about the different treatment options including what my situation was and what did they think was the best options for myself which did not fit my parameters but they did not address anything to do with what I needed I even asked what the name of the business was it was contacting me via text because that was not listed and they didn't even answer that question. If they can't answer the question as to what I need or even the name of their business I don't think that I would go any further read more

To our absolutely horror we had a roof rat enter our home late last night. ''John' the Merrill Pest Solutions technician showed up on time according to the promised time. He checked every square inch of our home from top to bottom, inside and out. He moved out the 50 ton washing machine and the ;@ ton refrigerator, I truly was totally reassured that the rat had moved on. He charges me a pittance for working so exhaustingly and thoroughly. I would absolutely contact them again! read more

Called them out for a bee hive in my water meter box. They were quick to respond via text and included a quote and time they could service. Those pieces of information made it easy to choose them. Once they came out they were great. Quick and informative process. they guaranteed their work and said they would come out in 48 hours if the problem wasn't gone. No need for return. . I've been using them for almost two years now and have been very happy with their service. Helpful and kind from the moment I reached out for a quote. The owner Nick was helpful and reassuring (I had a black widow living in my house and he really calmed me down).
