Sadly we have bugs. We think they came in on an Amazon package and no longer bring boxes into our house because of this. It started in December and Varsity was the second pest control company we called to help us. Varsity is amazing! They came and gave us a quote and promised to stay with us and keep coming until the bugs were gone. One flat cost and a guaranteed- how amazing! The other bug guys charged us $75 every time they came and after 3 months, the problem still didn't go away! They were content to charge us indefinitely and not actually fix it. Too bad. But Varsity isn't those guys! Varsity has been awesome and we're almost past this crazy period. Thank you, Varsity Team! Highly recommend their services! read more

This was our first visit from Varsity. Sean was very polite and went over what he was planning on doing his first visit. Thanks!

They were very efficient and offered me a variety of choices unlike other pest control companies I had consulted. Sean was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain a lot to me, much appreciated read more

Blake came out and gave us a quote to address our pigeon problem. He was very professional and friendly. Got us set up for the following day with David doing the install of spikes. David was also very nice and professional, got the work done quickly and cleaned up debris the birds had left. I will definitely use them again should we have any additional pest needs. read more

We have been using Varsity for a couple years now and the results are fantastic. When we bought our place it had been rental property and was not taken care of properly. Chris has been our tech this whole time and he is fantastic. He is quick to answer all our questions and a very polite person to deal with. We would be lost without him!!! Definitely 5 STAR material. read more

This updated review is to report that our termite problem has been efficiently and promptly handled! My husband received a call this morning and Varsity was at our house by 11 am. Ethan and Jessie quickly went to work and treated our problem areas!! Thank you also to Gary, one of the owners, who made sure we were taken care of Right away. I changed my review to 5 stars!! Thank you!! read more

Always great service! Customers for 3 years now! We have Christopher come to our house and he always does a great job!

I setup an appointment with the office on Monday for a service call on Tuesday. Their office text me on Tuesday and rescheduled with me three separate times throughout the day. After adjusting my work schedule the two previous times that were set by them, They never showed for the third and final appointment they set with me. I had to call their office Since they never showed up to see where they were and was told someone would call me back. After an hour past my appointment time, and this is giving them a 3 hour appointment window.. I finally received a call from a guy stating that they had a schedule conflict and couldn't get to me until tomorrow. This is obviously a poorly ran company that needs some real guidance in customer service. Do not waste your time because believe it will be wasted!!! read more

I just want to say that Frank was great! When it came to service and quality, this was the best I have ever received! I don't normally write reviews but when it came to Frank servicing my house, he took his time and made sure everything was done properly. He is definitely an asset to this company and I will be highly recommending Varsity because of the work that Frank does! I hope his work does not go unnoticed! read more

Quick and easy! Got a quote from them on Yelp, scheduled my appointment for the home inspection and met the inspector on the day of the inspection (not mandatory to do so). They were friendly and efficient and sent us the report and invoice the same day. Great work and made it so easy! read more

These folks are very thorough and well trained. I have more confidence in Jesse than I do in my family doctor. Thanx!

Best company in the valley hands down. Staff is polite and professional. Techs are sincere and thorough.

Very happy with Varsity. Definitely recommend! Special shout out to Tanner who went above and beyond. Not only did he treat, as expected, but he listened to me and subsequently uncovered the source of my problem. Thank you! read more

Jerry did a fantastic job and was very nice. He was very thorough and made sure everything was covered in our house. He treated our garage, front yard, backyard and upstairs. I will continue to use Varsity for all my pest control needs and hopefully get Jerry again. read more

Me and my wife were referred varsity by our house inspector while we were buying our current house about 2 months ago. They were really professional, they came over while I was running errands and had to leave them the key to lock up once they were done and they were clean professional and did a good job, locked up and left the key where I specified. Obviously we will see how well and how long the termite treatment lasts but really happy with them so far read more

We were recently informed of a past and current termite issue under our home. I checked reviews and called Varsity. Blake came out for a consultation. He was professional, courteous and explained our options in detail. We chose the Sentricon Bait stations and made our appointment for installation at our convenience. Josh was the lead on the installation and we were very pleased with the service, the clean up, the walk around and explanation of what was done. We received extensive information and feel we made the best choice for us. We highly recommend this business. read more

GREAT company to work with. There price was well below the other bids I got. They were extremely prompt and courteous. They called to tell me they would be a little late for their appointment, which was fine! Did an outstanding job of drilling for termites, and making sure all the holes were covered very nicely. They took extra care out in the backyard when drilling in my new pavers. I can't even tell where they did! All of the work was completed very quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY recommend this family owned business. read more

I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with Varsity Termite & Pest Control. I sent a request through Yelp last night explaining the problem I was having and I got a call 1st thing this morning from the owner. I explained what was going on and he sent out Jessica and Bobby to treat my house TODAY! So within less than 24 hours from the time I sent the request they were at my door. Jessica and Bobby were extremely knowledgeable and personable - rare combination these days. AMAZING, FANTASTIC, IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish that I could give more than 5 stars! When they were on the roof checking the vents, they noticed that my swamp cooler water line had a leak in it and asked me for a couple of things so they could just fix it for me. Unfortunately I didn't have one of the items, so they offered to run down to the hardware store and picked it up. WHAT??? I was seriously shocked and impressed that they would go out of their way to fix something for me that wasn't what I had hired them for. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs bug control of any kind. I was impressed that there was no contract that needed to be signed either. read more

Called this company to get termite inspection, They showed up on time were very professorial, spent good 30 min, walking around the house, combined with some education about termite. The guy was very nice polite and knowledgeable. And on top of all the good things,They did it for no charge. Will definitely use them for all my pest control needs in the future. Simply fantastic. read more

I was having some cabinets installed in the garage and he told us we had termites. I immediately found Varsity on Yelp with great reviews. When I call the nice lady (sorry didn't remember her name) was able to get me an appointment the next day. Don arrived and did a quick look around the garage and indeed stated we have termites. He gave me the options and estimate. I couldn't believe they got me in the next day! (I was leaving town the following day). Zach showed up and worked hard in the hot garage. I was very grateful and impressed with everyone in this company. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Varsity!!!! read more

Blake came out to give me an estimate for termite treatment. He was friendly, personable and very professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate with a discount that was exceptional and a 2 year warranty. I decided to go with Varsity vs another company and I'm glad I did! Zach came out the very next day and treated my home. He took the time to do it right! He dug out all around the house and then put everything back, gravel, etc, it looked like nothing had happened he did such a good job of covering his tracks. I saw it dug up and I saw it put back! Excellent job. Then he treated under all the sinks where the plumbing comes in so no termites could get in. Zach was very friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend Varsity. Don't bother going anywhere else when these guys do such a great job and are so reasonably priced. read more

Ethan arrived on time and did an excellent job applying the treatments for termite control to our home. In that pursuit, he discovered the primary entry area for the termites via a crack in the floor slab in the master bedroom. Thus, Ethan extended his stay to insure a complete treatment to address the newly discovered infestation origins. Ethan is a very professional and personable technician that is a great asset to the Varsity team. We also want to state our appreciation for the excellent, professional termite inspection and design of our termite control strategy provided by Blake Swim. The quality of service and friendly services provided by Blake and Ethan makes it very easy for us to recommend the Varsity team to family and friends for their pest inspection and control needs. read more

These are the BEST bug guys ever! Usually when I think of Termite Control guys, I think of poor professionalism or lack of customer service....I WAS WRONG! For guys that spend their days trying to out smart micro visible termite bugs...they sure know how to make us humans feel safe and great. The Varsity team came to my house and knew within a few min what was wrong on the home we were looking at buying. Gave us a fair quote, but more importantly gave us a confidence with their warranty we would never see issues again. The warranty really gave us the peace of mind it would be okay to buy our home. Right after closing, our Termite control friends came over, did their magic and KA-POW!!! (imagine an old batman bright colored sign here) All done! The termites were gone. All pests were eliminated and my wife has stopped scratching her hair when thinking about the house. You know that feeling when you keep scratching because you think bugs are crawling all over you? (are you scratching now?) well, we don't get that feeling any more. Thanks again for the Termite treatment Varsity. read more

Varsity was contacted by our realtor to check a home we are buying. The home is currently being serviced by another company and although it was less than a year after the last service, there were signs of termites. Blake suggested corrective measures (which were not done by the other company) and was extremely helpful in answering our questions. We are from the northwest and have zero knowledge of termites and their habits. I would highly recommend this company. read more

i was not happy with the wait time for termite treatment under warranty. I wrote a review that stated so, and Gary did what he said he would do and expedited an appointment, only three days and a follow up in 30. So thank you Varsity and Gary for that. Tremendous customer service. I think that when a customer is not satisfied, the scheduler should elevate the clients concern, hence good reviews , not negative ones. I am happy to write this positive review and thank you, Gary for listening to me. read more

I called this company they answered right away and scheduled an appointment in a timely manner. We had a termite problem, tech came out and checked the entire exterior of house plus garage gave us a fair deal for treatment. The treatment techs came out 2 weeks later and got the job done. Would definitely recommend this company read more

They came and treated for termites. Punctual and very kind. Family owned business. Would definitely use them in the future, hopefully never have to! read more

Great company!!! We called about a termite problem. They came to our house, inspected for termites and gave us a free quote. They were very professional, punctual, and affordable. I highly recommend Varsity Termite and Pest Control in Mesa! read more

We have used Varsity for 3 1/2 years now at the recommendation of our Real Estate Agent, Mindy Jones Nevarez. They treated our house when we initially bought it because it was quite a mess and hadn't been properly cared for in years; we purchased a 5 year plan, and true to their word, they are out here on the spot if we need a bug or termite treatment. Their staff is always amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable and I'd trust any of them to address questions we have. Now that we bought a second house, the 5 year plan is transferable to the new house owners and now they, too, get the benefit of being cared for by Varsity. Highly recommend! read more

Lisa just spent 20 mins on the phone with me giving me the whole 9 yards on scorpions! Previous pest services I called only wanted credit card info and for me to sign a year contract! Thank you Varsity for your no contract, no hassle service! I am going with Varsity and feel very good about doing so. I have a guy coming on Friday to give an estimate on sealing the home, to keep these critters out. Jess the Tech for my area is soooooooooo knowledgable!!!!!!!!! This lady is so smart when it comes to bugs, she turns over every stone, sprays every fence post, dusts the trees and cracks in the cement blocks. Thank you Lisa!!! Your family owned A+ customer service earned my business. read more

Thanks to Blake who inspected and made recommendations. He really knew his stuff but was not pushy at all. He answered all our questions and diffused our concerns. We were in the middle of selling our home and he was very accommodating in regards to our schedule. Josh was our technician. He explained the procedure well and was very thorough treating our home. We were comfortable having him in our home. Overall, definitely a 5-star experience. read more

Haven't had treatment YET, we close on our home in February. I will use them in Febuary though. This company is A on excellent customer service. Our new soon to be home, is bank owned. So we have limited access, with a couple termite issues. So most companies today seem like until you own the home they will not give you the time of day. Luckily Tony Listened to my situation and was very thorough and professional. I am so thankful!! Thank you!! read more

Professional, neat, prompt. Tony, owner came out for estimate, and explained exactly what would occur for termites. Workers were professional and courteous, very neat. The termite holes they drilled are small, evenly spaced and hardly noticeable. Most peoples are sloppily drilled and huge. A plus company, if looking for pest control, highly recommend. read more

I recently purchased a house and knew from the home inspection that there were termites in the garage. Tony from Varsity came over for a free estimate the day after I called him and was able to schedule the extermination that same week. Both men were very polite and informative about their findings. Because the flooring was ripped out, they went beyond the garage and continued the very thorough treatment throughout the house for preventative measures. They even did a walkthrough with me after, listing off everything that had been done. Although I hope I don't have to anytime soon, I would definitely use Varsity again or recommend them to anyone with bug problems! Thank you Varsity for promptly getting rid of all the creepy crawlies in my house! read more

Tony came out personally to inspect my home. Then he called me twice, personally, to follow up. He had provided me with a detailed plan of attack for the recent emergence of subterranean termites in my home. He also referred a great inexpensive company to remove a recent bee hive in my roof. I know, right? So many bugs! Well, it was Spring Break, and Tony made sure I didn't go Spring Broke. The crew he sent out to do the trenching, drilling, and baiting were awesome. You could tell they really enjoyed their work, and that, in my opinion, is because of great ownership. Got termites? Call Tony. read more

I finally had to call in another exterminator, and surprise, surprise. No bugs. Won't be calling this place again. Don't waste your money.

Varsity Pest Control is absolutely awesome!!! We've had issues with scorpions and they went above and beyond to search out and help solve the problem. We may still see them but when we do they're on their last leg. Jessica Coia, who is our tech, is amazing and puts the extra effort in to make sure your pest problems are solved! I highly recommend Varsity. read more
