If the gentleman(tech) that did the service wasn't so nice I would leave one star. Last year we had issues w/ crickets and spiders. I broke down and set up one time appointment. Price seemed fair. He did his thing and was gone. Here we are a month and half after visit. We are right back to same as we were last year. I could have saved and sprayed myself as it would have had same results. Time and $ would have been better used. I called asking what could be done and was just told too bad. When I was talking with the tech (on site) I mentioned we only had a few months left in the house(rental). He never once made mention this wouldn't last. In my past experiences with pest companies, it seemed like the visit/service would last a lot longer. Figured I would leave my thoughts as I sit here listening to the crickets laugh at me. read more

I had Ricky out today to do a courtesy termite inspection. He was very easy to talk to and explained what the inspection entailed. He found several areas that needed treatment. This company does not care about you or your home, they are only interested in milking you for as much money as possible. The pest guy was almost an hour late to the scheduled appointment. The termite guy (same company) who was scheduled 30 minutes later arrived first, did his inspection, and then quoted me almost 1400 to put a repellant on a bush and then install termite bait stations that then cost an additional few hundred dollars a year to upkeep. The department of agriculture has stated in court that 1 year bait stations are essentially ineffective compared to modern 5 year liquid termicides such as Fipronil, and it certainly doesn't cost 800 in labor to dig 6 holes and place some plastic in the ground. I'm so incredibly displeased by the way I was treated as a customer but also the audacious attempt to get me on a plan that is expensive and still leaves my home at risk to pests. read more

We had a bad pigeon issue with 7 areas of infestation. Hunter did a GREAT job at getting the large amount of pigeon poop removed and cleaned and then secured all the problem areas with netting to keep the pigeons from future nesting and shelter. read more

Nonstop phone calls every single day of the week no matter how many times I asked to be taken off their list! I just get hung up on! They've admitted that they're just sourcing leads from public records of homeowners and calling daily. Absolutely unethical business practices. Don't give these people your money Or your contact info. You'll never hear the end of it. UPDATE: you've been harassing me for hours today. First you threatened to sue me via Instagram direct messaging. Then multiple Phone calls text messages and a creepy voicemail going on and on and asking me to lunch all after I've told you to leave me alone. All over valid feedback that you don't like so you call it an "attack". Grow up. Move on and stop paying cold callers to harass homeowners! What made this experience even better, Tate noticed the work that was done by a previous technician was subpar. We were a long time customer (9 years to be exact), but due to the current political climate we decided to spend our money elsewhere. When we informed them we were no longer interested in their services they started obsessively texting and calling. Every couple of days they tell us they are sending a technician to service our house. We refuse, ask to be removed from their contact list and they start the hounding all over again. It's insane! I've never experienced anything like it. They're like a bad rash that won't go away! Buyer beware... I can't recommend this company anymore after the way they've treated us. For years I used another pest control service and was really unhappy because I kept seeing pests everywhere after the tech visits and in between visits. Last year, I made the decision to switch to Ecoguard and am so happy I did. I spoke with D'Angelo and registered all my rentals and my residential home with Ecoguard. Every time I have an issue, I contact D'Angelo and he responds immediately. I recently had a bee issue at a property we are currently building and roofing work had to be stopped because of it. I contacted D'Angelo and he sent out Daniel E the next day. Daniel E was extremely professional. Despite the bee hive being on top of a two story roof, he climbed up there multiple times and was able to take care of the issue so our roofers were able to continue.
