We've been using Overson Pest Control for almost a year now so this is definitely overdue! Today's technician was SA and he was so great that it reminded me I needed to leave a review! SA was really thorough with the ant problem we had in the backyard and even explained what he was using to fix the issue. We have had great customer service experiences with every single technician who has serviced our home, they are always on time and ask questions before starting the service and check in after as well. They also come out in between services if needed! Overall they have been great and most importantly affordable, definitely recommend to give them a try! read more

Finally! A company that understands customer service! All the techs we have worked with have been great and effective. My only complaint was an 8 hour window which didn't work well for us and was ready to cancel but the owner himself called and wanted to work out a solution that fit our needs. I was so impressed because it's hard to find that level of customer service these days. Instead of losing a customer we are now loyal advocates! Can't recommend these guys enough. read more

I've had the same pest control technician, Noah, for every visit, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the service. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in what he does. Every time I have a question or concern, he takes the time to explain things in a way that's easy to understand, which I really appreciate. He's also very reliable--whenever I receive a text with his arrival time, he shows up exactly when expected. That level of consistency makes scheduling so much easier and stress-free. On top of that, he's just a genuinely friendly and respectful person. He's always professional, courteous, and makes the whole experience comfortable. It's not often you come across someone who combines skill, professionalism, and such a great attitude. Overall, Noah does an excellent job every time, and I truly value the service he provides. Still awesome. Would never dream of switching. All technicians are polite and respectful. Thanks Chris!

Four days after moving into our new home we discovered a huge ant problem in our kitchen. We called around to a bunch of pest control companies - we were really impressed with how they explained everything over the phone. They were able to come out same day and we signed with them. They did a great job, I believe our sprayers name was Chris. He spent nearly 45 minutes at our house checking both outside and inside. It's been a few weeks since they sprayed and we haven't seen a single ant or bug since. Thank you Overson! read more

I've had them for the past 3 years and haven't had any pest problems. Chris is always prompt and thorough.

All the guys I have ever met have been incredible! BUT today Noah came through to service my yard and made sure to spray extra well in my garage since the critters are defrosting and making appearances. He was super sweet and quick! :) read more

Mosquitos were in our backyard & sneaking into our house when we would let our dog out. The final straw is when my baby was bit up because one snuck in his room. I called Overson Pest & was able to fog my yard & install something by the front & back door to prevent them from coming in. This was just a few days ago and I've already noticed a huge difference. Jared came out and was very knowledgeable about what we needed. So thankful for their service! read more

read the BBB comments on billing and cancellation for this company. There is a trend showing difficult situations customers find themselves in when trying to cancel service.
