We had our initial service with PureHome Pest Control, and our technician. Eric was so amazing throughout the whole process. He was definitely on top of his game and was very informative in regards to the process and what to expect. He was able to answer all of our questions and clearly displays an amazing work ethic. Do not use these scumbags! I signed up with them in good faith. No one showed up for weeks. I sent the sales director a cancellation e-mail and two days later someone shows up to treat the house. I told him I canceled two days prior. Later that day I was charged $230 for a "cancelation fee." They said because I was "added to the route." Are you fucking kidding me?! That requires no effort at all. These people are all scammers! Fuck these assholes!! read more

PureHome Pest Control is reliable, and Eric Curran, who serviced our home last week, reminded me what customer service is about. He knocked on the door to say hi and check whether we wanted the inside sprayed, and remembered coming a few weeks back to address an ant issue we were having...a situation they addressed within 24 hours, which was much appreciated. I love getting an email reminder every month that they're going to come, and I love the friendly touch and reliable service. read more

Just had service with Eric, he did a great job. Thanks for your service. He answered all my questions.

Eric was friendly, personable, and thorough. We have bimonthly service through this company, and after purchasing a black light to go scorpion hunting, we only found one scorpion in our backyard. We mentioned it to Eric, and he went the extra mile by applying a treatment to help deter crickets, which he explained are one of a scorpion's main food sources. We really appreciated him taking that extra step to help keep these nasty creatures away from our home. Thank you, Eric, for your excellent service! read more

Requested a quote through Yelp for a normal routine Pest Control service and was quoted $5,000?! The exact message was "$5k gets the job done."That's one way to make customers go elsewhere, you were better off not responding. read more

Having moved into my new home just 10 days prior, Eric Curran serviced the second treatment. From the start, he was professional and friendly with a warm disposition. We had a chat first about the initial service and what may be needed, and in the middle of that learned we're both originally from NY! From there the conversation flowed. He's a down to earth guy who is also knowledgeable and thorough. The visit concluded with a couple recommendations that I thought were very helpful. I continue to be confident that our home is in good hands with PureHome Pest Control, and look forward to more chats (and excellent service) with Eric as my regular tech! read more

Eric completed the service I asked for in a friendly and professional manner. I enjoyed having him service our home.

Had Eric come by and do my routine pest inspection and treatment. Loved his energy and friendliness as well as attention to spaces where pests are prone to hide/be. read more

Shady company. They left a card claiming to have serviced this home previously, checked with the previous owner and they did not. They also placed a live cockroach by the door to create the illusion that the home has a pest problem, we have cameras all over the property. Horrible first impression and shady business tactics. Needless to say, stay away from this company and go elsewhere for pest control services. read more

A representative from this company came to my door and said they had serviced the previous homeowner. After checking with the previous owner, I found out that wasn't true. It felt misleading, especially for people who just moved in and may assume the company already has a history with the home. I would recommend verifying any claims before agreeing to service. read more
