Jody was very professional, thorough, and took the time to walk me through what he was seeing and how they approach treatment. That level of clarity and care was really appreciated. Garrett, the owner, happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by, that's actually how I ended up signing up for service. They also placed a live cockroach by the door to create the illusion that the home has a pest problem, we have cameras all over the property. Horrible first impression and shady business tactics. It felt misleading, especially for people who just moved in and may assume the company already has a history with the home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. They kept trying to come out every 3 weeks instead of 4. When I questioned this I was told no one else complains and it's what fits in their schedule not mine. I was concerned they were trying to get paid more by coming more often. Drew said that wasn't the case but did so by insulting me for asking. They will make you sign a contract, DON'T DO IT. He was very excited to tell me there was a $200 cancelation fee which is probably the only way this guy can make a buck. They also pressured me for a review the very first time they came out, before they had done the service. So, Drew now you get that review you wanted so badly. Do better, be more professional, stop screwing people over, and no reason to be such a jerk! read more

On August 1st, I contacted your company to address a matter and followed up with an additional email on August 2nd, with the intention of resolving the issue amicably. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I have yet to receive a response to my communications. Additionally, I attempted to visit your listed address at 2304 W Hefner Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73120, only to discover that it corresponds to a USPS building and not a physical office for your business. It appears that your customer service efforts are focused solely on acquiring new business, rather than supporting existing clients. On July 30th, Greg was scheduled to perform services at our home, but he was unable to do so because no one was present. Following Greg's advice, I reached out on August 1st to reschedule the service. Unfortunately, during this call, I encountered a staff member whose demeanor was both unprofessional and condescending. This negative experience was a significant factor in our decision to terminate services with your company immediately. When we initially consulted with Greg in June, he assured us that we would not incur a cancellation fee in the event of relocation, particularly as a military family, provided we submitted proof of our new location. Greg specifically mentioned that if we moved out of the service area, the cancellation fee would be waived upon submission of appropriate documentation. We are now in a position to provide such proof, as we have received official military orders for a transfer to Korea this year. Despite these assurances, a $200 cancellation fee has been incorrectly applied to our account by the aforementioned staff member. This charge is unauthorized and is not in accordance with the terms communicated to us by Greg. We were also charged $129 on Juy 30th for a full service that Greg was not even able to conduct due to nobody being at the property! read more
