Our first house we moved into had cockroaches, they treated right away and we never saw them in the house again! We also had them treat for termites there as well and they were professional and informative through the whole process. We moved a year ago into a house with scorpions. They worked their magic and we don't have a problem anymore!! They're easy to schedule with and will come out at a moments notice if you need anything. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I would love to rate a zero or minus if I could! Total scammers! The guy that came and pitched their lies to get us to sign a contract was the total definition of slick salesman... talked us into signing a contract after telling us we would get pest control and weed control including new sticky trap boxes in the garage every month..And that it would be a monthly service for $55 (we paid another company $75 every other month and we discussed this with the slick salesman and that his was a better deal because it was monthly!!) At the initial service the guy came and did only pest spray and said he didn't have us down for weed control.. called to complain and the salesman that got this whole sham started came out and sprayed for the weeds and then tells us they only come every other month but we make monthly installments of $55! So we are unhappy but thought let's give another month and see.. same thing they only do pest spray and no new boxes left in garage! This final time the guy comes and only pest spray and he tells me that weed is extra and he doesn't do that. I asked for my new sticky trap boxes and he said he was out and would do next time.. we called and cancelled and they charged us $145 to get out of contract.. our neighbor signed up at same time and he cancelled after the first month when he saw the guy only did his front yard.. he paid $110 to get out of contract!! It was so dumb of me to have signed a contract but the guy was so smooth and slick that I fell for it!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR $ BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE ..call GREEN FLASH OUT OF AJ.. I'm going back to them ..they were honest unlike this company!!! read more

Disappointed in their customer service from start to finish. 1) Pest control guy showed up to my home with NO MASK ON during the COVID pandemic (didn't ask permission not to) and then proceeded to cough all the way back to his truck after spraying the yard. Then the owner has the nerve to tell me he knows for a fact that the dude is healthy... we all know that's debatable! 2) First service is advertised on here as $29 from the business owner, yet I was charged $75. Owner told me he quote "never gives discounts" yet I can read his responses to other customers' bad reviews on here saying he has. He offered a discount to me only after a lengthy conversation in addition to a snarky "what do you want?!" Umm it shouldn't get to that point and I shouldn't have to ask. 3) Nothing was ever explained to me via phone or multiple emails I received on how the process works and what they would be doing exactly. Even when the dude showed up he never explained anything and just helped himself to whatever. All we got was an "all set" afterwards. 4) Owner kept brushing me off as if I was only doing a one-time service and not making money off of me. In his email response to my feedback, the majority of the email was telling me "how pest control works" and that I need to spend more money with them. What makes you think there will be a second time when you haven't addressed all my concerns with the first time???? After the second condescending "how pest control works" lecture from the owner over the phone, congratulations you've convinced me I need to keep continually spraying... just NOT with your company. Found a much more professional one through a friend that I don't mind even paying more for, that provides outstanding customer service already. LOOK ELSEWHERE PEOPLE. read more

I found Iron Mantis through Home Advisor when I was looking for someone to do a termite treatment on our house. Within seconds of requesting a quote, the owner of the company Keith called to set up a free estimate, and he was able to come check everything out the same day. He was incredibly informative and assured me that 3 termite trails weren't going to cause my house to fall down. He explained everything that needed to be done, went over the products they use, and explained their 5 year warranty that is automatically included. I had quotes done by other companies, and nobody else that used the same product came close to their price or warranty. When the technician Bobby came out to do the actual treatment, he made sure I understood everything he was about to do, explained how to keep my dog safe while everything was processing (side note... my old lady chihuahua was being a total jerk and he was very patient with her very intimidating threats to eat him) and explained what to look out for in the future. Keith was very personable and informative! He explained where our bugs were most likely coming from and what we could do to fix the situation after he sprayed. I have been with Iron Mantis for I believe 4 years or more at this point. They take great care of my yard and I have yet to find things/creatures I don't want to find. When I have little things come up (like ants) they come out right away and take care of it. They have never missed an appointment and the times I forgot to unlock my gate they come right back out to finish the job. They send emails to remind you of appointments and are very reliable. They are also fairly priced and competitive if not cheaper than some other companies out there. I like to support these small companies versus the big ones as you just get better customer service. Well, I didn't receive a phone call back the first day I called them at 8:00am. I did mention on the voice mail that I had a Groupon. Relunctantly, I called them again the next day but a red flag was flashing before my eyes. I received a text message asking for my address. I told them the area I was in, in Chandler. Except for this week I am only able to do Fridays. They couldn't do this week, which was "OK." But then by text they said would not be in this area on a Friday at all. The only day they will be in my area is 3 weeks+ out & not on a Friday. I received a refund through Groupon so I'm glad I called right away. I was very disappointed as there was no effort to get my business. Just sayin. read more
