I went to Bell, my usual cleaner for suits/sport jackets (which always look crisp after they come back from a trip to Bell), and I believe the owner helped me out. They not only prioritized the job, totally understanding the situation, but did it free of charge. That's the kind of service you can only get from a trusted, local institution. First and foremost, Retta (The person that you will speak with when you call) is amazing! She always is able to accommodate any changes that I need in our servicing schedule. She is also very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Secondly, our technician, Kason, is very courteous, thorough, and efficient at his job. I am disabled, so sometimes I am only able to talk to Kason through the speakers on our front door camera. Kason is always so patient with me, he is fantastic with our dogs, polite and courteous to my wife when she is home, and most importantly, he is great at making sure there aren't any critters or bugs of any kind sneaking into our home! Despite my no soliciting sign, I have had several other pest control companies knock at my front door in hopes of earning our business. For how often Iron Mantis comes to our home, nobody has been able to come even close to the pricing that we are paying! I am so grateful that I found Iron Mantis Pest Control because they are hands down the best in the valley. read more

I am very happy with this company! I had my house treated last year and after the initial "flushing out" of bugs that happens, I never saw bugs. I only had one treatment a year ago and have been very satisfied! I am terrified of scorpions so not seeing them has been amazing! I highly recommend them. Great customer service and super friendly staff. I had a problem with ants recently outside and inside the house. They sent a tech who took care of the issue outside and inside. He was a specialist on ants and explained in detail the products been used inside and outside the house . He went over any safety concerns and how the product used inside the house is harmless to humans. He also left extra sheets to place if we saw any more ants. Was selling home that is 24 years old and never had a termite treatment since the builder did it during construction. I got this company through a recommendation from Home Advisor and they came out the next day for an estimate. I was on a tight schedule and had to be out of the house within the week. We are originally from the south and I am deathly scared of the scorpions they talk about. I check my sheets before I go to bed and wear flip flops as soon as my feet hit the floor. I was reassured when I called in that they would be able to help worth a guaranty. They set me up for the next day. Yay! A few months ago I called Iron Mantis for help with the crazy population of pigeons perched on the roof of my house. the next day the tech came back and in a humane fashion put up barriers on my home and a tension wire. Recently we discovered some new trails inside a closet and when we looked at the original report, we realized the garage wasn't treated so now the activity is on the other side of indoor the garage wall. Looks like we now have to start all over with a complete treatment. The front of the house did not have the holes drilled into the cement (just into the soft joints) like they did the back patio. Since this is near where the activity is, I'm wondering if that's what caused the issue to return. The people were definitely pleasant to work with; I just didn't realize we would need to start over with such an expensive process so soon after the first treatment.
