I was recommend by a friend who has used them for years. Our first experience was great. The Tech was thorough and explained everything well. He informed us that the first round rarely gets all the bugs so to call within two weeks and the follow up spray was complimentary. He was right as there were still a few spiders and a scorpion or two that didn't die. Things were great for a couple month till the bugs reestabisued so I called again for service and the same tech was out a day later. That visit was great and I told him I'd keep an eye out for anything still moving in the next week and a half. A few things were still not dead so I scheduled what I thought was the free two week follow up only to find out later I was billed for the visit. I explained this to the office assistant via text and she simply said I'm sorry for the miscommunication but the follow up sprays are only for monthly customers. I paid the invoice and said fair well to this company that can't seem to be clear with its customers and seems to not value them enough to care. Edit: since posting the customer service department has reached out and apologized for the miscommunication and refunded the fee. I sprung for the sentry control system for termites, and I will say the installation was done fast. However, contacting them after they've been paid is impossible. In the photo is the bait box and next to it is a termite tube. Comical. I've discovered more tubes around the house as well. Holly has not responded to emails or voicemails. I share this as a warning to all-the service does NOT work, proof provided, and they do NOT respond once you have paid. I honestly tried to pursue these options before leaving a negative review. I called for a termite (visible activity) inspection/service. I left a voicemail thinking I would get a call back. Someone called (I was driving) but didn't leave a voicemail. They sent a text! Asked for my address and email address. Said they could get all the information off of the counties website and send me a quote. Why do they assume it's ok to text? Not everyone has unlimited text. It's also very impersonal! My home is not everyone else's home! The county website is not always correct. I returned the text to ask: "Why didn't you leave a voicemail? Do you think everyone has unlimited texting? How do you know the county website has correct information?" No return call just another text. Very unprofessional!! "WOW!!! We've been texting with customers for years and have never had a complaint. People work and can't answer the phone but they can respond with a quick text. As far as the counties website most of the information is correct enough to give a quote that we will stand by even if it turns out we have to do a little more work. Most people don't want a high pressure salesman coming out to get them locked into a contract that they regret later on. Contacted Creepy on Tuesday and they scheduled an appointment for me the next morning at 9:00am. Eric, the owner, came on time and asked a few qualifying questions about our pest problems. Once he understood our issues, he was very efficient and got right to work. He treated every room inside the home and then hit the outside. I had left the spider webs so he could see the bad areas, and after treatment he removed all the webs on my property. When finished he explained all the precautions I should take to minimize my pest problems which saves me money having to call them all the time. I have made the decision to use them on a monthly basis just to keep the critters down to a minimum. Of course I don't know the results yet as this was our first treatment, however I'm confident that if I had issues that he would return to take care of it. I understand bugs don't just die instantly. After I left a message, I received detailed information about what would be covered in the initial visit, and was given choices for scheduling follow ups. Got an initial treatment, the guy came out and used a backpack spray and did the whole house in under 15 minutes, No glue traps or anything. when I found a scorpion the next day they came out and did a proper initial service. When I moved into Chandler AZ several years ago, I loved my backyard but couldn't get in the house fast enough due to constant bug bites. We ended up getting a couple of scorpions inside our house and my wife was ready to burn it down. I decided to try using Creepy Crawly Pest Control due to the great reviews. What was awesome was once we started using them, we no longer got bitten alive outside by other bugs and we only saw one other scorpion on the wall over a 3 year period. I moved to Mesa and bought a much bigger house with a huge yard. I thought the quote from Creepy Crawly was too high so I used another company. I had the new company spray before moving in. I found over 50 scorpions the first night and continued catching 5 to 10 a night (4 to 5 nights a week) and after 3 sprays and 1 scorpion inside the house, I decided to switch back to Creepy Crawly. The rep who came out and sprayed and dusted was Micah. He did an awesome job. I have hunted every night for 5 days and I have only caught 7 in total and the numbers are going down. I would catch 7 in one night before having them come out. The other thing we noticed is we are not getting all the bites we were getting before Creepy Crawly came out. I highly recommend them. They are a little more expensive that other companies around but more importantly I have seen more bugs while using them then while not using them. They have come out and resprayed multiple times in the matter of 4 months I used them and it made no difference.
