When I asked what is the warranty they said we do not warranty any repairs. Than when when we receivd the report they completely ignored the beam I showed them and said it is just dried paint. So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

Is that a good old boy make work arrangement or even a conflict of interest? On a home that was built in 1995 they did new home type inspections with current building requirements and codes and what common sense would suggest normal lived in conditions. On another note it seems like a new hot button in the real estate industry to recommend underlayment replacement even though there have been no leaks and no insurance claims whatever. Is it possible that realtors are using this as a ploy to get the price down? A suggestions would be to separate health and wellness issues and cosmetic issues so you don't kill sales or just shift over to new builds inspections only.

He took before and after pictures of our attic. The inside temperature of our garage feels much better now. This is a small owner-operated business who knows how to take care of their customers. A couple even came by to look at the job site and make recommendations about the type of installation they thought I needed. After talking to four or five firms, Milton from Izzy's insulation reached out to me and made the most practical recommendation based on my unique situation. We ended up going with a blown in fiberglass insulation of R 38 and 13 inches. His price was the best by a few bucks, but I particularly liked his practical recommendations, and so ended up using him. He booked me out a week later and showed up exactly on time and had the job done in just a couple hours. He even provided me with before and after pictures that I can use when I submit my taxes for an energy tax credit. Very straightforward and honest service I recommend if you're looking for installation to talk to him at least. As it ended up the insulation did basically nothing to help with the temperature in my garage. If others are looking to do the same thing, I tell you to look at a combination of insulation for your ceiling, walls if needed, and the inside of your garage door these metal garage doors really radiate a lot of heat into the garage.

Never thought I'd be writing a review of this type, but the occasion warrants the effort on my part. I have never used your company or even heard of it until today. My wife and I noticed several small beetles in our laundry room and several Jake's (our 4 year old lab) dog dish, so the search was on for a reliable pest control technician. I called Bryant Pest Control this morning (8:12 AM) and spoke with Sue, who was professional, upbeat, and amazing in her customer service skills. Truth be told, this was my fourth call made to multiple contractors trying to resolve this issue, but other contractors were either unavailable or couldn't schedule an appointment until NEXT WEEK. Are you kidding? But I digress. Sue tells me they're really busy, but they can put me on the schedule in a couple days, which was better than the others. So, I then ask her if she get me an apppointment today? Hey, you don't know unless you ask. She calls me back in 10 minutes and says she got me on the schedule with 10:00 to 2:00 window. Mind you, I'm trying get this issue resolved before my wife returns home and finds another beetle in her laundry room or kitchen. Not good for me, because I'll never her the end of it! Anyway, Sue tells me technician (Garrett) will contact me when he's in route and surprisingly, he does! Garrett shows up as promised, makes the proper introduction and goes straight to work on the beetles. We didn't see any while he spraying, but he stated that wasn't uncommon. They'll probably show up again in a few days after the treatment has taken effect. Finally, he packs up his gear and explains he'll be out again in a couple weeks to see how the treatment worked (it's part of the package). Hats off to Garrett for restoring my faith in working professionals who care about customer service. There was no attempt to up-sell or bait and switch, which seems to be the norm in today's service industry. Although it was not my intention to hire these folks on a regular basis, my positive experience with both Sue and Garrett makes this an easy business decision to make. Note to the competitors of Bryant Pest Control: professional and positive interaction with your customers goes a long way, allowing for a trust based relationship between you and your customers. Finally, repeat and "word of mouth" business is earned by excellent customer service and standing bye your product! My interact and positive exchange with this company might seem inconsequential to some, but for those who've had negative experiences with their local pest control guy, you get it!!! I had Bryant Pest Control come out to my house to treat termites. The person that came out to my house was extremely knowledgeable and treated my whole house for termites. After he treated them, he explained what I should expect, and told me how Termidor would work to kill the termites. The cost of the termite treatment was extremely affordable and came with a 3-year warranty. I could even extend the warranty if I wanted to for $75/yr.
