They are so kind, and patient (I probably text them more than I should haha) I haven't seen a scorpion since we have started using tactical pest control, and only here and there we will see some bugs, but as soon as notified, they come out and do a re-spray! I usually do my own pest control but when I got german roaches, I knew they could multiply fast and needed a professional to handle it and I am so thankful and very happy with the service from tactical service!! they were efficient and friendly and more then 4 weeks post treatment and not one sign of those dirty roaches anywhere. I can't believe this place got a 5 star. We've been having scorpion issues at our house. We have had them come out to spray our house at least 4-5 times within two months and we are still seeing scorpions a couple times a week. I've gone through companies before where it only took one spray within a 30 day window and we didn't see any scorpions. After 4? Why are still seeing scorpions every couple days? And whenever we call the lady that schedules the appointments always has her kids crying in the background. Not very professional. Not to mention now they are harassing me with phone calls. I've gotten multiple phone calls, voicemails and constant text messages from them. I obviously don't want your services otherwise I would've answered already. We'll definitely be going elsewhere. read more

I always request Matthew as my tech, he's a good guy! Always listens to my concerns for certain areas and makes sure to spray them down. I highly recommend these guys. I moved into a scorpion infested property about a year ago. The home was empty for a few months prior. There were lots of scorpions inside and outside. WARNING...this is how you're treated by Tactical Pest Control: (this is an exact quote of the text they sent me) "AT THIS TIME, I FEEL IT IS BEST FOR US TO PART WAYS. WE WILL NO LONGER BE YOUR PEST CONTROL PROVIDER." I've used Tactical for probably about a year. The service seemed okay but I agree with other posts that we've still seen scorpions, and at one stretch quite a few! The service claims to kill both scorpions and their food source. My BIG issue is most recently when they have not sprayed my entire home. I pay for a service and expect to receive the full benefit of what I pay for. I don't pay for a full meal, then act fine if I'm served only part of what I paid for. The past two times they've come out, I've told them they did not spray areas...I even took pictures and videos. Last time they sent another person out to correct (even when the initial technician lied straight to me that he'd sprayed everything), but when that same technician came out and I saw him walk up my stairwell without spraying either side, I checked hallways and rooms after only to find once again that he'd missed large areas. I text them about this and was told they asked the technician who replied he sprayed everything. I responded that I was not going to argue and that I am able to SEE and FEEL if something is wet from the spray...I know wet from dry. At this point I received an astonishingly curt reply from them stating "At this time, I feel it is best for us to part ways. We will no longer be your pest control provider" So let me get this straight...I PAY for a service that is not fully performed TWICE, I let them know they failed to do the job they were paid for, and they FIRE ME????? I expect what I pay for. If you don't, then by all means use Tactical. read more

The technician should up exactly when they scheduled, gave a courtesy, respectful, proper handshake which is a rarity these days after which he performed service and again a proper handshake at the end of the service.
