He took before and after pictures of our attic. The inside temperature of our garage feels much better now. This is a small owner-operated business who knows how to take care of their customers. A couple even came by to look at the job site and make recommendations about the type of installation they thought I needed. After talking to four or five firms, Milton from Izzy's insulation reached out to me and made the most practical recommendation based on my unique situation. We ended up going with a blown in fiberglass insulation of R 38 and 13 inches. His price was the best by a few bucks, but I particularly liked his practical recommendations, and so ended up using him. He booked me out a week later and showed up exactly on time and had the job done in just a couple hours. He even provided me with before and after pictures that I can use when I submit my taxes for an energy tax credit. Very straightforward and honest service I recommend if you're looking for installation to talk to him at least. As it ended up the insulation did basically nothing to help with the temperature in my garage. If others are looking to do the same thing, I tell you to look at a combination of insulation for your ceiling, walls if needed, and the inside of your garage door these metal garage doors really radiate a lot of heat into the garage.

King Air Duct Cleaning

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

Sooooo previously I had given a 1s star review, and after I gave the review I was IMMEDIATELY contacted by the owner and he set up a time to come out personally with his employee that regularly sprays my yard. On the day he came out both the owner and his employee sprayed and triple checked EVERYTHING, explained to me the process of everything AND even explained the chemical process of eliminating the pests. All clear pest control went COMPLETELY out of the way to make me happy and honestly I haven't had a problem since. This company is the definition of make the customer happy and they did. I have a better understanding of how their process works and WILL continue to use them. All Clear has the friendliest techs and the widest spray area I have ever seen. I fortunately got to be home to see him in action and I was amazed at how wide and high of an area they spray. We just bought our house in March and came from a scorpion infested house since using them we have not seen a scorpion or bug of any kind since. It is wonderful to be able to walk through the house without constantly looking down expecting to see a scorpion or roach and my wife is extremely clean and afraid of all bugs. All Clear Pest Control is the best! They've always maintained the established service schedule and shown up on time without fail. Their service techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. On the one occasion that two bugs were found (dead) inside the house, they immediately dispatched a tech to come out and look for the areas where the bugs gained entrance. It was very humid so I felt extremely bad about him having to be outside so long, due to our first session. He made sure every corner and crevice was sprayed. Wow! These Bugeyes are over the top! We had recently…read moreswitched to using them for our routine maintenance service and even after their 1st visit we noticed such an improvement over our previous pest control svc provider! Not only in the little things, like going around and knocking down cobwebs, checking in trees and hidden areas for signs of pest nests or presence, and taking specific care to note where my dogs were located during the spray of the inside and outside! BUT they must be using a much better spray recipe too because we sure noticed a significant increase in the quantity and variation of the different critters that were "caught" by even just the 1st spray treatment! We never saw that amount previously. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they even immediately noticed that we may have a roof rat problem! I hadn't even noticed anything at this point and I spend a lot of time out in my yard! The Guys were so knowledgeable. They explained several things to us and told us what to watch for... This hands-on-approach is not something we were used to receiving. Sometime later....Sure enough! We did have a roof rat problem!! The Bugeyes came back out, in between our scheduled services, and set up a plan of action to make them go away! I spend a ton of time in my garden with my hands in the dirt, I couldn't have that kind of a fright lurking around; my neighbors wouldn't be able to handle the constant girly frightful screams! So after the multiple different tools/methods were set and ready to start working.....we waited...and believe me....all I did was watch...from safely indoors, of course! Just 2 or 3 days later, the Mouse-Removing Man-of-the-House happened to be out of town when the first (surprisingly HUGE) guy was "caught"! I called Ryan at Bugeyes to tell him about the success! He actually even came by my house to remove the "catch" for me since my man was out of town. That is a crazy level of service!! In 3 weeks time the significant issue we had was resolved. The rats were gone! I am now back in the yard and haven't seen any further sign of them! That was soo fast! I never expected to have our pest control needs and wishes met in such an Over-the-Top Quality way all while being so affordable. Thanks so much Bugeyes!!! You are DEFINITELY my Bug Guys! If I needed a pest control company, I would definitely use "word of mouth" recommendations and Yelp…read morefor reviews and choose accordingly. I will never use ANY company that advertises by means of throwing a zip-lock baggie with gravel in my driveway. It exudes desperation and a total lack of class. I sometimes see baggies of gravel in my driveway, advertising from some No Class business (usually an unlicensed landscaper or "undocumented" maid service) and my first thought has always been and always will be, "I hope they come back, so I can throw this baggie of rocks through their windshield." I never thought, "Hey, let me call this company that leaves garbage in my driveway". If you're tired of picking up baggies of gravel in your driveway, DON'T USE companies that throw garbage in your at your house.
