Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional service at a fair and reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

I placed a request for service, received a call on Tuesday asking for additional information. We were told we were doing everything correctly! I will be recommending this company as they do have quality customer service! read more

I used this company to spray my new apartment and they're wonderful. Mark is great and even came back on short notice when I forgot to have him spray an area. Very reasonable pricing too. read more

STEER CLEAR OF THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I would love to rate a zero or minus if I could! Total scammers! The guy that came and pitched their lies to get us to sign a contract was the total definition of slick salesman... talked us into signing a contract after telling us we would get pest control including new sticky trap boxes in the garage every month.. And that it would be a monthly service for $85 (we paid another company $75 every other month and we discussed this with the slick salesman and that his was a better deal because it was monthly!!) At the initial service the guy came and did only pest spray and said he didn't have us down for rodent control.. called to complain and the salesman that got this whole sham started came out and sprayed So we are unhappy but thought let's give another month and see.. same thing they only do pest spray and no new boxes left in garage! This final time the guy comes and only pest spray and he tells me that rodents are extra and he doesn't do that. I asked for my new sticky trap boxes and he said he was out and would do next time.. we called and cancelled and they charged us $650 to get out of contract.. our neighbor signed up at same time and he cancelled after the first month when he saw the guy only did his front yard.. he paid $650 to get out of contract!! It was so dumb of me to have signed a contract but the guy was so smooth and slick that I fell for it!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR $ BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE read more

They are amazing to work with! They are very understanding people when it comes to life and schedules not to mention they are very knowledgeable in the world of pests! They are quick to come out should we notice an increase in bugs and if we see something we haven't seen before. They are great! read more

Mark at Greenflash was very informative on the service and treatment plan he'd recommend for my new development in Gilbert. We set up a bi-monthly service that I feel very comfortable with given his recommendations. The communication from the company has been on point. Straight to the point, clear and concise. He cleaned up some of the webbings on our exterior walls as well. If any issues or critters that we say, they'll come back out to re-treat at any time. The price is very reasonable and honest. Highly recommend! read more

Efficient and effective! Free 60 day warranty for the service provided. They were reliable and professional. Hope I never need them again but will definitely call them first if I do! read more

I got three bids through Yelp for removing one pigeon nest and to put up spikes so the birds don't come back. I decided to go with the lowest bid. The owner came out to our house within 24hours. He removed the nest without making a nest. He was very good at putting up metal spikes in patterns that would work better than we have been able to do on several attempts. The work is also guaranteed. He was a very nice man also. read more

I had a bird (or a few birds) that kept on pecking on my chimney cap every day. Contacted a number of different companies to install deterrent spikes but their price estimates were ridiculous. Luckily I found Mark at Greenflash. Not only did he provide a fair and reasonable price, he was able to come out to our place the very next day and get everything installed. Mark is very fast, attentive, and efficient. I highly recommend him. read more

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++ read more

Responsive professional and honest. On time with good communication and understanding of the issues

I used Green Flash when I lived in San Diego and was very satisfied with their service. When I moved to AZ a couple of years ago, I used a local service (which was so/so) since Green Flash was not yet in AZ. I was thrilled to learn that the guys have recently expanded into Phoenix and I have already made the switch to them. This is a quality company with exceptional service. No longterm contracts, they show up on time, their fee is very reasonable, and the technicians are presentable and courteous. In short, they are doing it right! read more

Came out quickly and fixed the problem. Had birds pecking the chimney at 6 am every day. They installed deterrent spikes and no more noise! read more

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk. read more

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great. Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps. He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet. Great customer service from Mark! read more

We have been using Green Flash Pest Control for over a year now. This company is amazing! They are honest and hard-working, and very punctual. When we have had to reschedule in the past, they have been very flexible. Mark is our technician and he is outstanding. He always takes the time to ask about any specific issues I am concerned about, like spiders on the children's trampoline, etc., and addresses them. He is extremely knowledgeable in this field. We also use them to service our dog run area, as sanitation is necessary in the Arizona heat. Their prices are extremely competitive, and Mark always takes his time to completely cover all areas around my home. With little children and the kind of pests in the area, it gives me comfort and peace of mind. We have had no pest issues since using their service. If you're looking for one of those honest, hardworking companies that are so hard to find these days, then this is it! Ask for Mark, you won't regret it. read more
