STEER CLEAR OF THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I would love to rate a zero or minus if I could! Total scammers! The guy that came and pitched their lies to get us to sign a contract was the total definition of slick salesman... talked us into signing a contract after telling us we would get pest control including new sticky trap boxes in the garage every month.. And that it would be a monthly service for $85 (we paid another company $75 every other month and we discussed this with the slick salesman and that his was a better deal because it was monthly!!) At the initial service the guy came and did only pest spray and said he didn't have us down for rodent control.. called to complain and the salesman that got this whole sham started came out and sprayed So we are unhappy but thought let's give another month and see.. same thing they only do pest spray and no new boxes left in garage! This final time the guy comes and only pest spray and he tells me that rodents are extra and he doesn't do that. I asked for my new sticky trap boxes and he said he was out and would do next time.. we called and cancelled and they charged us $650 to get out of contract.. our neighbor signed up at same time and he cancelled after the first month when he saw the guy only did his front yard.. he paid $650 to get out of contract!! I got three bids through Yelp for removing one pigeon nest and to put up spikes so the birds don't come back. I decided to go with the lowest bid. The owner came out to our house within 24hours. He removed the nest without making a nest. He was very good at putting up metal spikes in patterns that would work better than we have been able to do on several attempts.
