We've had bucksworth since 2021. We don't see any bugs and things have been easy with them.

I highly recommend this company. I've had. So many experiences with pushy sales reps. This company cares about their customers

One of the biggest reasons we hired him was because we needed a plumber who spoke both fluent English and Spanish so he could communicate directly with our tile installer, and that made the entire process so much smoother. Ernie was punctual, responsive, professional, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire job. He responded quickly whenever we had questions, showed up when he said he would, and his work was efficient and high quality. On top of that, his pricing was very fair. It's hard to find contractors who are not only skilled, but also genuinely good people. Ernie is one of those rare people you immediately trust and feel comfortable having in your home. We will absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled plumber.

I'm probably leaving some things out, it was a lot! All Ernesto's work was high quality, clean, straight, and timely. Ernesto worked for a couple Tucson and Phoenix plumbing companies for a number of years, but has recently gone out on his own. I would strongly recommend him the next time you need some plumbing work done at home. He also apparently has a lot of experience with tankless water heaters but that is one thing I did not need from him - yet! (lol)

Fraud warning: If your home warranty company sends out Froggy Fix and they send their "business…read morepartner" Weston Woolsey with "Drypoint Restoration" they may try to talk you into filing a "Home INSURANCE" claim and tell you that the "Home WARRANTY Company won't cover the repair." That's exactly what happened to me. Homeguard home warranty sent Froggy Fix out for a warranty repair. Instead they sent Weston with Drypoint. He inspected my leak and immediately told me that the home warranty company would not cover the leak and that I would need to file a home insurance claim. He then tried to sell me on signing a contract with him. I felt something was off and told him I'd need to think about it. Upon reading the contract, it was very aggressive and one sided. He was really pushing me to sign the contract, file the home insurance claim, and let his team "demo" my entire bathroom the next day before my claim was even approved. This was bizarre to me. Why would I agree to this BEFORE my home insurance company approved the claim? And why would I need to file a home insurance claim and pay a $5k deductible for what looked like a small leak? I ended up calling my home warranty company back and they sent out another plumbing company who fixed the leak. Total cost was $90 for the home warranty service call and some drywall damage I fixed myself. I later had a conversation with my home insurance company (to cancel the bogus claim) and they told me that some predators like to "take advantage" of naive homeowners by telling them a plumbing issue is much worse then it really is. They then force you into an aggressive contract and "demo" the entire effected area before your home insurance company can inspect. Then when your home insurance company does come out, they are kind of "stuck" approving your inflated claim because all they see is a fully demolished room. The end result is your insurance premiums go way up, you are forced to pay the deductible (in my case $5k), and you've already signed over your insurance benefit to Weston and Dry point who can then charge basically whatever they want for your repair. But beware Weston, Drypoint, and FroggyFix. I had an extended conversation with my home insurance company after this incident and they are well aware of this shady tactic and familiar with all of you by name. Karma (or the law) will catch up to you.

Dustin was a breath of fresh air, he was professional, fairly priced, and clearly knows his stuff. He did a custom copper bypass manifold and added a soft water bibb in the garage which is a huge plus. He even took the time to educate me on the settings and maintenance. If you're looking for a pro in Mesa who actually cares about the quality of the install, Dustin is your guy. 5 stars.

In a little over an hour I had a response that provided a quote to fix the leaking part and rebuild the hose bibb that was attached (also corroded). They provided a clear description and pricing details so we could make an informed decision. Once accepting the bid, they were able to get us on the schedule for Monday, which exceeded our expectations. The plumber gave us a heads-up when on the way with an ETA, and showed up on time, within the provided time slot that we were given on Friday. Once the work was completed, they walked my husband through what was done and they even painted it to make it look cohesive and finished, which I very much appreciate it considering it's on a visible side of our home. Thanks Phillips for being prompt, communicative, and doing quality work. Will hire again for any future plumbing needs that may pop up!
