They came and did a free inspection of the house and spent nearly an hour showing me the totality of the infestation. I truly appreciated this. I saw a bug in my bed that resembled a bed bug. Of course I freaked out and called Xtermin. Steve, was able to come over that same day to do an inspection for FREE! I was so paranoid of bed bugs! He didn't find any evidence of bed bugs, I had him tear my entire bed apart and my couch. He was so nice and very informative, he answered all my questions. I even had a picture of the bug which he could not, and would not, definitely confirm it was a bed bug without seeing it (the picture was inconclusive). I have had ant problems in my house every summer season for the past 3 years and have used multiple pest control companies.
