We went 18 years in our small farm in a county island without pest control. We are very frugal and try to do everything ourselves. We always had so many tight spider webs on our patio roof that only stuck to the wood when I tried to clean them, we had our share of scorpions in the house and around the property, loads of ants, cockroaches and everything that goes with them all. Later when we lost our cats we were horrified to end up with roof rats and mice.We just figured all this was part of living on our little farm with animals. However 6 summers ago, young Rebecca who was working with Richardson Pest Management for the summer talked us into giving them a try. What a blessing! I never knew how different life could be. I have a lovely patio, I can have my grandchildren play in my house without worry of scorpion stings, I don't uncomfortably run into cockroaches! With their help and a couple new cats; the rats and mice are under control. Nelson and his sons are so interested in knowing what is happening and where, quick to respond in and around the house and with our outbuildings, when I have concerns even between visits. I love the way they educate me about different pests and their habits and leave me supplies to help with the success they are already having. I always feel valued and do NOT want to go back to life without their visits and excellent interest in our comfort. I really trust them. read more

5 Stars, hands down. If you have the choice, always go local and family-owned. There's a level of care, pride, respect, and appreciation you don't get everywhere else. From the moment we connected with them, they were kind, trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely invested in doing things right. You can tell when a business is providing a service vs when a family has poured their time, reputation, and heart into building something they're proud of. This is the latter. They treated us with respect, followed through on what they said they would do, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. Supporting a local family-owned business isn't just about where you spend your money. It's about who you're choosing to support. And this is a family and business we're genuinely grateful to have supported. Five stars without hesitation. Highly recommend. read more

First time I called them it was in desperation! I had found hundreds of ants in my bathroom and bedroom! I had already called several other companies who told me it would be days before they could help me. Richardson Pest offered to come out at 4p that day, treat my ant infestation AND do it for free! I was blown away! So we asked them to keep coming back. We hardly ever have any issues but if we see any critters between treatment, we just call and they are back out. So, yes they have excellent business ethics but they go above and beyond that. Every single employee I have ever spoken to, either by phone, text or in person, had been extremely kind with great customer service! They are just good people! And I love that they ate a family business. I'll be sure to keep my business with Richardson Pest Management! read more

We've been with Richardson pest control for over a year now. We could not be happier with their services. When we first moved in to our new house, we saw three scorpions inside the house. They came the next day and did a full service on our property. They've been doing maintenance since and we have thankfully not had to deal with any scorpions (indoor or outdoors). In our backyard, we've had several wasps and other critters over the past couple months. They've been amazing about coming out between services anytime we have needed them. They're always professional, courteous, and in good spirits. They are family owned. Their prices are transparent. No contracts to sign and no corporate gimmicks or door to door salesmanship. Unparalleled service. Highly recommend! read more

Richardson Pest Management is the best - some of the nicest people you will ever meet, they do a fantastic job from treatment to billing and they listen to any concerns we may have! We have a home in Gilbert, AZ that we operate as a rental through VRBO and Furnished Finders. It is imperative that we always receive great reviews and having a clean home inside and out is essential. Chase from Richardsons has taken care of our home since we purchased it. He comes over and takes excellent care of all treatment, efficiently and intuitively. He suggests things that will help us prevent any problems before they occur and is very thorough in his applications. Because of this we have never had any pest problem and ALL our reviews have been 5 Star! read more

Have had scorpion issues for the last 3 years. During those 3 years I had a "big name" pest control company out on the normal 2 month service routine and still had constant issues and having to call them back out for a an extra service constantly. I have now been with Richardson for about 6 months/ 3 service appointments and the spiders , scorpions and any other pest have completely disappeared . First summer in 3 years that I did not find a scorpion(s) in my house because of these guys. Best experience I have had with any business big or small ever. These guys will have my business for indefinitely. read more

Awesome absolutely recommend Chase, his dad and his brother to everyone. They are family owned and so helpful and nice. Ashely is amazing with her customer service. They are easy to work with and always respond quickly. I have used them since moving to Arizona in 2017. Since moving here I was very scared of the scorpions and they have helped by explaining things and making sure to do the inside and outside of the house very throughly, putting me at ease. I will not use any other Pest Control Service. I highly recommend Richardson Pest Control to anyone. read more

I have been with Richardson Pest Management for a year and a half now. My experience has been only positive. I love the email reminders about my scheduled service, and the fact that the tech is always on time. RPM is definitely family friendly. They call me and my family members by name! They listen to our concerns and make sure issues are taken care of. Richardson Pest Management has gone above and beyond what any other pest control business has ever done for us. I would highly recommend them! read more

My family has trusted the Richardson family with our home for over a year now. They do a wonderful job and are good to their word. They treat every two months, but will always come right away if we see creepy-crawlies before the scheduled time. They use chemicals that are as safe as possible, which is important when you have little kids like we do. Price for service is fair, and the guys who come (usually Nelson or Chandler) are professional, kind, thoughtful, and thorough. read more

We LOVE Richardson Pest Management! After using another pest control company for a couple years with no results on scorpion control, I saw Richardson Pest Management on Facebook and gave them a call. Awesome company and even better family! read more

Locally owned business with owners who have old school integrity. Anyone who needs pest control there wont be another place I would recommend. They go above and beyond and even back again if need be to make the customer happy. The ways of good business are getting thin in the world so finding a place like RPM who is as solid as they come you keep their card and tell everyone you know. read more
